I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr Lemons. His staff was very courteous and professional. They all asked good questions about my concerns. I felt well cared for from check in to the time left.
I would personally like to thank Dr. Washington for the great job she did relieving the pain I have had for 3 months in my legs. I had an injection on Monday and by Tuesday I had no pain at all!!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

Little to no wait. Everyone was nice and explained everything being done. Great experience so far with the 2 orthopedic doctors Dr. Brenner and Dr. Conti that I've seen there. All of their staff have been great too!
I wasn t sure what to expect initially because when I called to schedule my appointment the receptionist made it sound like I wasn t going to be able to get an appointment at all. However, she listened to my situation and at my request squeezed me in for an early morning appointment. We barely had to wait at all, check-in was fast thanks to the employee that took me to her office since there was not a receptionist present when I first arrived. We were taken back almost immediately after that. We so appreciated the staff accommodating my 11 month old to come back with me. The care by the nurse and the Provider was fast and informative. I m looking forward to my next appointment.
From the recepcionists , administrative personnel ,lab technicians , nurses and doctors , this is a highly profesional organization ,with people that really care for you ,and treat you not only with respect but with care and affection.
The doctors , specially my doctor Dr.Chamberlain ,is an excellent and knowledgeable professional , with
a lot of experience , and doctors and nurses always have the time
to answer all the questions that you may have , and more important , they have the patience to explain anything you need and want to know as many times as you will need to fully understand .
Finally , the only thing else that I want to do is to highly recommend this organization .
If you are looking to get any kind of plastic surgery in Pinehurst, this is the place to go. Dr. Stokes is amazing. The entire staff is amazing. Nurse Brandy is so sweet and caring, and answered any and all of the questions I had. ( I had a lot of questions) The girl at the front desk, I think her name is Beth, is very pleasant and always has a smile on her face. From my consultation, to my actual surgery yesterday, Dr. Stokes, Brandy, and everyone in the surgery center made me feel extra comfortable and treated me with care. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. This was my first surgery and it could not have gone any smoother. I m am so thankful for finding this place and I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about plastic surgery to go see Dr. Stokes! They truly go above and beyond for their patients.
This office is absolutely the best orthopedic office I have ever been to... I have seen more than one doctor in this office and they are all phenomenal!!!! I highly recommend this office!!!
The amount of time having to spend in the waiting room is horrible! Each time my husband arrives, his average wait time has been 30min to over an hour. They make you wait in the waiting room for almost an hour, then after they call you back, you have to wait another 30 minutes. The patients' time is as valuable as the doctor's time. There should be mutual respect on both ends. Why give a 3:30pm appointment and don't call your patient back until 4:30pm? I don't understand.

Dr. Terry is simply the best OBGYN provider. He listens to the patient's concerns diligently and comes up with collaborative plan of care. Absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a calm, highly intelligent and educated OBGYN. Will come back always to him. Thank you, Dr. Terry!

The nurses were so sweet and made sure all my needs were met . A couple of them even went the extra mile to help soothe my 18 month old because he was tired and cranky in waiting .
They brought him coloring books and personally took him with them a few times to walk with and get him snacks and juice and stickers ! This was an amazing experience and Doctor Lowery did an amazing job in removing my tubes . Pain concerns were handled quickly and everyone was just so hospitable haha . Thanks y all !
The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. They are also fun, my aapt. was Oct. 31st and I was met by 101 dalmatins and it was great, they also gave out candy. Every one seemed to have a good time and also very efficient. Good job!
I have received excellent care from Dr. Moore and his staff over the past couple of years! I drive over one hour to his office for visits, and it is worth it. Dr. Moore has a great reputation in the community for excellent surgery results! He is straightforward. He always gives me my options, and he has never rushed me to make a decision. The office is big and busy, but I never feel like just a number there. I strongly recommend Dr. Moore and Pinehurst Surgical Clinic!

I was worried when I first arrived. I had a really bad experience with a biopsy. I wasn t there long before I felt comfortable with the staff. I had my visit with the doctor and felt hopeful and comfortable to move forward. I would recommend Dr. Berk.

My husband, daughter, and I have had several doctors at Pinehurst Surgical. It is a large nice facility with plenty of parking. However finding a handicap parking space is sometimes difficult. But there is a nice breezeway to facilitate loading/ unloading of a patient. There is also a convenient elevator to the second floor. Registration is usually fast with the occasional accepting during high peak times. None has ever been excessive for us. The staff is friendly and professional. We have used a variety of doctors through Pinehurst Surgical and I would recommend them to anyone.
Don't be late! I was 6 minutes late & my Dr. left! Not the front receptionist but the one for my Dr.'s is extremely rude. My Dr. wasn't the issue. The poor receptionist staff is an issue. The building & area is well maintained. It's easily accessable for the disabled.
Top notch medical team. Nothing but great things to say about this wonderful place! The care we have received there over the years has been excellent.
Middle of the road review. Some Doctors care about their patients. Some are more self-centered and can't be bothered. In going through most of the existing reviews, two things became apparent: Two years ago they responded only to 5 star reviews; now, they don't even bother with that.
On my last procedure, they would not even send me a request for a review. (It was that screwed up!)

IS IT CAUSE WE GOT MEDICARE N MEDICAIDE?
IM SCREWED. IN EMENSE PAIN AND NO OTIONS TO GET MY SURGERY....
