I would like to say that Dr. Williams was a terrific doctor and treated me with all the professional care I needed for my injury but I can't. In my three visits to the practice I never saw him. My first was with the Philip Perrotta, PA-C and okay first visit with the PA-C to asses the injury was fine. The follow up was again with Mr. Perrotta, no Dr. Williams, and since the injury symptoms persisted and MRI was scheduled with a follow up visit after the MRI to review the findings. At the follow up appointment again I was greeted by Mr. Perrotta, no Dr. Williams. While my back injury is not debilitating, it is a subacute compression fracture, I would have expected to finally see the doctor for his thoughts on what I should expect moving forward. I will say that Mr. Perrotta was professional and informative which is why he gets the one star. The four blank stars are for Dr. Williams and his lack of professional care for a patient who made the appointment to see HIM and never did. I as I move forward to heal this injury I will seek care elsewhere.
Great care and customer service. All the staff are great and I felt very comfortable not rushed and was explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend this practice.
Any chance of providing better training to front office staff? My billing got messed up because they filed insurance improperly. Cost me a bunch of time. Sent money I did not need to.
First and last time at pinehurst surgical. Had my appointment with Dr. Lemons for back and leg pain, normally I wouldn t complain about wait time being a little long. But when I wait for over an hour after my appointment to then get a five minute, rude and belittling time with the doctor is ridiculous. I ve never experienced such poor bed side manner. Was spoken to like I was a child (turning 30 next year), and was basically dismissed with no answers or suggestions for any of my pains. Please spend your time elsewhere for your medical needs. I m appalled with the quality of care I received here.
Dr.Brenner is an outstanding surgeon.A friend of mine told me how he had fixed his hands so I got my orthopedic dr to refer me to him..I would do it again and again. My hand doesn't hurt anymore. I am overwhelmed that I can use it like I do.I still have months to go before I am at the one year. that Dr. Brenner said it would take for me to achieve maximum strength. He did an awesome job on my surgery. I have heard nothing but good things about him.My wife was told he has a passion for these surgeries and I believe it. When I was doing the pre ops I was told you have a great surgeon doing your surgery. This was by a RN. I really did have a great one. His staff are professional.Michelle in the his off has such patience.I called her so many times especially when I was near my going back to work date which is June 1.She has been so good and Krystine is too.The good office personnel can really help a practice or hurt one.In this case they shine! Really all his staff are top notch.
Most of my appointments have been at the Raeford Clinic with PA Kristin Blatz. Everyone is always so friendly and caring. Dr. Daniel Williams did my spinal surgery in the Moore County Hospital. He was excellent. He listened to me, explained everything thoroughly and gave me back mobility and much less pain. At the Raeford Cinic every follow up appointment and explanation of what I should do during the different steps of recovery made me so comfortable and positive for a full recovery. I highly recommend Pinehurst Surgical Clinic.
Whoever handles the prior authorizations for this office seriously needs to work on time management. The day of surgery after family has taken off work the prior auth wasn t done as a matter of fact up until 2 hours before it was pending. No offense as a person who works with and deals with insurance companies daily. A call to do a peer to peer gets any auth expedited. If I could ve given no stars I would.
Womens Care nurses are the rudest I have ever seen. Overall womens care is terrible and causes much stress to their patients. The manager is a nasty. I am in having extreme abdominal pain and they told me they cannot see me for it for the next 10 days out of spite. Lynn, and another lady that answer the phone and Dr Terrys sectary is nasty and rude. Do not come here
Thanks to Dr. Conti and Pinehurst Surgical, I'm no longer in a wheelchair, or even using a cane. In fact, once vaccinated for Covid-19, I will resume swimming laps after 40+ years. I can now fully enjoy my life.
Lindsey Vallet is an awesome practioner. She is caring and listens to any concerns that I have. She always asks for my input when determining the direction of my care. I never feel rushed when I see her. I would highly recommend her. She consistently demonstrates excellent patient care standards.
From the moment I stepped into the building I felt like I received red carpet service! From the check in desk to the nurse to the doctor, everyone was so kind! My pcp hadn t sent the imaging reports needed and the staff worked so quickly to retrieve those and never made me feel like I was holding them up. I appreciate your kindness and the care I received yesterday. The doctor was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident in her thoughts about my problem. I will definitely refer to your office.
This place was packed today the staff done there best to accommodate every patient, alot of people on here complain I've been going to them since my fall in 2016 Dr. Williams done his best to help me today he answered all my questions immediately when i told him the pain i was having he ordered new xrays and scheduled a full MRI I have faith in Dr. Williams and the staff at PMC awesome group of people Thank You for all you have done for me in the past til now. One woman had flew in from New Jersey just to see Williams the word is out he's an awesome Dr.
Dr. Neil Conti's expertise was equally matched by his genuine concern and almost out of style bed manner. I was always informed about my care and why a suggestion existed for a shared decision to be made. Dr. Conti helped me take the best course of actions for my care and recovery. I would, without hesitation recommend Dr. Conti to anyone who needed his form of medical expertise and care.
Because they are like to only place to go they are very busy. When you have an appointment, you arrive on time THEN WAIT 2 HOURS to be seen. My real beef right now is the way they make you feel YOU MUST pay 100% at the time of service. I actually fell into that trap with Dr. Brenner. my wife had to have surgery so I paid what I was told i needed to. Come to find out they over charged me by 548.00. I had to bring it to their attention, of course and here is the reply. Oh, well it will take 6-8 weeks to process. In my opinion, if you can get care ANYWHERE else, do so. Don't get caught in the Pinehurst Surgical trap.
Wonderful people work here! Unfortunately Dr. Brenner still has no idea how to tell time. He s a fantastic surgeon. Great job in the past on my knee and shoulder. Bravo! However, I will see any other doctor there that can keep a reasonable appointment time. Seems no one can tell me why he is habitually late (I ve never seen him within 30 minutes of an appoint) and today was no exception. My appointment was 2:45 pm. I requested another appointment with a doctor at 4:00 p.m. Bless the angels who work the front desk and have to answer to patients who wonder how this can go on.
Doctor Vance and nurses were very professional and courteous, registration process was easy. Everyone worked hard to make sure that the patient was comfortable.
Not impressed with the level of coordination this place has to offer at the women's care.
Individual staff members seem to care and bare the patient in mind, but I cannot speak for everyone there. I won't mention names because I have the feeling that the root cause is a leadership/ management issue perhaps due to priorities, guidance or vision. The overall experience is by far the worst my wife has experienced in 3 pregnancies. When it takes nearly 4hrs consistently on a routine appointment with monitoring and ultrasound before seeing the doctor, there's an issue. You'll get to see the same doctor if you're lucky, but I wouldn't hold any hopes if a referral is "placed" for a second opinion on that same day if the readings aren't clear. I can see using different staff to get the patient familiar with everyone that could possibly help, but a key item to make this work is some kind of CONTINUITY. This could be in the form of summaries, brief backs, patient historical context, etc. to alleviate the patient from repetitive answers to the same questions that a different staff member is asking. This should be common knowledge via the 10 different times, that same subject was previously addressed. Again, continuity isn't there, you may as well be a new patient every visit notifying the staff of your primary concerns, especially if you have a history symptoms or an at-risk pregnancy.
My 19 month old was seen by Dr. Miller and I couldn't be happier with our experience. This was our first time going to Pinehurst Surgical and it went so smoothly. Check-in was quick, wait time was short, and all of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this office and Dr. Miller!
So thankful for Dr. Chamberlain treating and healing me from an improperly installed Uro Lift by another Doctor in another state and doing a TURP that has completely healed me of serious issues I was having with an enlarged prostate.
This is the second time I ve had corrective surgery at this clinic. Both surgeries were for different reasons. One was to correct a surgery that I had about five years ago and the 2nd was to correct a stomach issue that constantly appeared with many different symptoms. Symptoms that stopped me from sleeping, eating, breathing and having a overall good mental health. My ability to live a healthy life was gone. Doctor Grantham and his team gave me my life back and I m certain he extended my life as well.
Very nice women. Got checked in 10 mins later was ready to go see the dr. She took about 5 mins to take out my nexplanon and we was done. She is very nice! Mrs.Carolina please check her out
I was able to get all of my remaining pre- surgery tests out of the way on the same day as well as getting my future surgery date.. Very well organized and well done!
One star is too much for this doctor- my husband was taken to first health hospital 2 times last week and admitted on Friday - the emergency room doctor called Dr. Williams after my husband had an MRI and then the emergency room doc came in and told us Dr. Williams had said no surgery necessary. While in the hospital on Saturday Dr. Williams was asked again to consult and instead send hospitalist in who spent 10 minutes in Jim's room - gave him 4 prescriptions for different pain medication and discharged him while I was home walking dog - Jim had been asleep - he was heavily sedated for the pain and did not remember what these 2 said. Today Jim got a message on the Pinehurst Surgical Patient Portal making an appointment for tomorrow with a doctor who we had never heard of - after calling office found out doc was a PA in Williams office -I cancelled appointment and will take Jim to Duke - This doctor does not care about patients!!!!!
This was my first visit. I was concerned that Pinehurst Surgical was clearly a huge operation. Consequently, my expectation was that I would be treated like just a number and moved through the process as though I was on an assembly line. That proved not to be the case; every staff member, including the doctor, with whom I interacted was very cordial, professional, and demonstrated obvious concern for my care. As much as I will miss my my urologist of almost 20 years who retired, I am comfortable with the move to Pinehurst Surgical.
Dr. Alzamora and his staff are professional, caring and attentive. Dana, his secretary is especially sweet and accommodating. The wait in the imaging department can be a bit long, hence the four star review, but I may just tend to make appointments on busy days. Highly recommend Dr. Alzamora!
I went there for my hearing test, I found out after I received the letter saying that I am not deaf enough to be considered as a disabled person. I was surprise because I can't believe why they lie about something serious like that. And if I'm not deaf then what's wrong with my ears and why i can't normal hear people talking and why i gotta read people lips? The worse part the guys told me way before I got the letter i lost some in my right ears and I can't hear at all in my left ears which it true and then he offered me to do surgery, then if I'm not deaf why offered me to do surgery for i just don't get it. I definitely not going there, I rather go somewhere else to fix my hearing problem.
My appointment was a follow up from an emergency surgery I had at the hospital by Dr. Alzamora, and I want to make a very, very strong point of saying that it was the best care by the most attentive medical professionals I have ever received! From the moment I walked into the emergency room to being released, as well as my follow up appointment, every single person I interacted with was top notch! My wife and I make a point of driving to this hospital and after care facility from Fayetteville because the care is so much better, I appreciate y all!
Dr Johnson, is a very nice Doctor. He explained things to me very well! I am hard at hearing but I could hear him and his nurse very well. Would highly recommend Pinehusrt Surgical. Thank you for your services! JME
The staff was super helpful and spoke clearly they all had excellent customer service My experience with other Dr s at First Health has not been the best But my experience with the orthopedic Dept was excellent and recommendable.
Dr. Blatz was excellent in showing me my MRI and explaining the details of the imaging to me and made sure I understood clearly what I was looking at. Thank you again!!!
I had surgery done not Physical Therapy. It went very well. Dr.Bush was great as well as the rest of the staff. The only thing I wish they had done was told me when they were about to put me to sleep. Outside of that everything went fine, no problems. Came home and am recovering very well. Thanks Dr.Bush and Staff!!!
Pinehurst Surgical Clinic is excellent! I received the best spine surgery and care by Dr Daniel Williams and PA Chad Cole I ve ever received (I ve had several orthopedic surgeries from other facilities) They are confident, caring, and extremely thorough. Their nursing and technical staff are very knowledgeable and work great together. I went from being unable to walk at all or with assistance to fully walking again, pain free and without medication literally overnight after surgery. At nine months later, I m better than I was more than 10 years ago! I give them my highest and only recommendation for spine surgery and orthopedic care.
The Rockingham Clinic has awesome staff. Everyone I have come in contact with is professional, friendly, and efficient. I saw the audiologist and ENT. It is an exceptional team working together to find a diagnosis.
Dr. Nance and staff were incredible. I am always nervous at appointments, but they made me very comfortable. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at any office ever. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
I have always had a great experience going here. The waits can be very long, but it is always worth it. My last Doctor moved, and I was glad that she took the time to make sure that her patients had received letters letting us know what was up.
This WAS a great place. All the doctor's I've seen have always been great here. However, if you do not have the first appointment of the day, pack a lunch and a snack. Last appointment was at 1:45pm. I walked out at 3:20pm, not because my appointment was over. I left because I had to pick up my children.
Dr. James Marino is the epitome of what a surgeon should be. Highly skilled, empathetic, patient and truly caring. I feel very blessed that in an emergency situation, I ended up with an on call surgeon as wonderful as he is. He is a true credit to the Pinehurst Surgical team. I could not have asked for better...he is my hero.
When checking in I think the clerk should ask have anything changed Instead of repeating all your PERSONAL information for everybody to hear. No privacy at all!!!. Staff is excellent, very friendly and caring! I saw Dr. Toni Washington she's an amazing Doctor that show she care about her patients.
Dr Jones was wonderful, her support staff were knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. Will definitely be returning and recommending to other people. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during an awkward procedure for me!
90% of the doctors have innovated knowledge. PSC has some of the best staff from front office, schedulers, doctors, nurses & physical therapy! A+ 5* goes to Dr. Raymond Washington, Dr.Lemons, Dr. Fraser, Dr. Reifkhol, & The Physical Therapy Department (Kelly & Corinne). Regarding the 10% do your research on the doctors/department before see anyone in PCS to make sure they are what you need. Unfortunately, I have been with 2 no so great.
I went to Pinehurst Surgical looking for answers about my knee and got answers for my knee and for the pain in my back as well, they done an awesome job of helping me and giving the answers I needed!
I have seen Dr. Szabo for many years and he is an immaculate doctor and surgeon. He is over booked though and very busy. I am there no less than 3 hours for an appointment and speak to him 5 minutes roughly. I decided to see Dr. Nance and was very happy I did. I was in and out quickly. He has great bed side manners and took time to listen and help me. He seems to be a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I definitely recommend Dr. Nance!
I recommend Pinehurst Surgical often to friends, family, & patients I have in the dental practice in which I work. Dr. Ward Oakley and his staff are the best and I m always happy with the care I receive from them!
Awsome customer service . They made me laugh a lot . They had no issue answering every question and were so relaxed it helped you not fee so tense .. MD as well was very easy going and I get very comfortable trusting him with my care
I waited 2 hrs to be seen only to get 5 minutes with the doctor! Who by the way was not so nice! He a acted Like he wanted to leave the room as soon as he got there. Also the nurse had an attitude! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!
All the doctors here are amazing! Dr Chris Johnson, best hand doctor ever. He did carpal tunnel surgery on both my hands at the same time...Dr Toni Washington has been effective with steroid injections and epidurals for me. Dr Moore did my hip replacement and it was a cutting edge procedure. Highly recommend!
If I could give this health care establishment 0 stars I would, I would not take my dog to this place. The vascular facility is the worst care my family has ever experience. No continuity of care at all, not given complete instructions prior to surgery, or willing to see the patient for after care when issues arise. We will be seeking legal counsel against this facility.
Wasn t seen for almost 2.5 hours. After I was seen I was only talked to for about 5 minutes about my shoulder from a water skiing accident. Was told there is nothing they could do unless I just absolutely wanted to have a surgery. Doctor was literally walking out of the room before I could even ask a single question about what my options were.
Dr. Riefkohl was great with my 15yr old. He took time to show him how the small scope worked. I love when doctors do that. You never know what that may do for that child or person.
I'm Dr Szabo patient and have been years...He's great I trust him and I will continue to go. I had a operation 2/12/18 across the office. He was late due to an emergency but I didn't care he is well worth it. I will wait again and again if I have too. Tru szabo if any female needs.
I have been seen by several different doctor's that travel to Rockingham and everyone has been awesome. The doctor's take the time to listen and they explain everything. The nursing staff, as well as the ladies at the front desk are always sincere and friendly. I really love this practice.
Dr Riefkohl is the best. Very professional but friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took great care of me during my surgery and for five years after.
Michelle is an excellent, professional and very knowledgeable physical therapist. She listens to your feedback and adjusts your therapy according to how you are responding to therapy.
Dr. Jones is by far one of the best physician. She took time to explain every lab result and why she ran it. She explained diet and listened to my daughter's concerns. I have been a nurse for over 30 yrs and I have never seen a doctor do that much education. Even though I am a nurse, she didn't say "oh your mom can tell you". She was great. I have so much gratitude. Thank You!!
Unorganized and no communication. I booked my appointment three months prior and took off work. I arrived 30 minutes early but waited over an hour to be seen. If I had been six minutes late, then I would have been told to reschedule. Why doesn't it work both ways. My appointment was at 4:15 but the nurse did not call me to get my weight until 4:50. When I questioned if I would be done with the appointment and my mammogram, by six to pickup my son, the gal snorted and said I would need to reschedule. I was told told to still go and get my mammogram but when I went to the radiology department, I was told it had been cancelled and the technicians had gone for the day. Never again. No apologies and Horrible customer service.
