Terrible service, terrible treatment of our host of our event. Refused to help with any issues we had. They said the bar, conference room and restaurant would be open for us to use but they weren't. They only gave us broken and barely taped luggage racks to haul all of our gear and totes up the hill to the rooms. We asked for adjoining or close rooms and they put us as far apart as possible with one room being divided off because they were remodeling the kitchenette part. The parking lot and all stairs were full of ice, and trying to walk in heels many of us fell!

Nice to know at least one restaurant is open everyday in the area, especially when you have company visiting and the rest of the town is closed on Sundays or holidays. Sometimes your results vary with changes in staff, but overall the menu options and resulting table arrivals have been very good for me each time I've dined in. Additionally, perhaps a separate review section will eventually be established, but the upstairs sitzmark bar offers live music frequently, and I've not even mentioned the skiing, because I don't do it myself, but this is a very well-established ski hill in the upper peninsula that many people are very fond of.

I believe having the Wedding in an Iron Mountian, Michigan Church would have been more primary. I also believe the hotel we stayed at over night that was right next to where the Wedding was could have been more efficient.

For a small mountain the prices are outrages. Nearly $50 for a day pass where I can drive 45 minutes to ski brule, pay just about the same price, and be on a very nice and much bigger hill with a large terrain park. The terrain park at pine mountain is tiny compared to what it was about 5 years ago. You get one small jump and a couple small boxes and rails. To add onto the list, night skiing is only offered two days a week, with raised prices from previously. The only good thing about this hill is that it's close, but we also have the option to go to keys peak in Florence which may be a better idea. For $10 you can do nearly anything you want without ski patrol yelling at you for going in the trees.

The hotel was old old and out dated. Had an old small TV and you could hear everything in the hallway just as if it was in your room. The ski hill and rental stuff was all very nice and well kept. Hill is a little smaller.

Pine Mountain Resort is located at the bottom of a ski hill. It has a nice view of nature. I ate at Famers, the bar/restaurant within the resort. The food was good and the customer service was adiquit. I would eat there again.

Went up on Christmas day everything was good til next morning when they say there was free breakfast and there wasn't,it was a weekday like it says online. The next day I couldn't even get coffee wth! Then I went to get a lift ticket for bunny hill and was $50 each for my son's use tow rope? Little redicoulous pricing when they used it for 3 hrs and one actual lift broke so they only had one working. Nite skiing don't count on it, that was
Closed too! Went to rent just boots but not anymore gotta rent everything. I will never go there again, was a rip off!

500 steep concrete steps to the base of the jump, each sponsored by local individuals and businesses. That gets you overlook deck and to the bottom of the jump. Climbing the jump itself is not for the faint of heart. The 'stairs' up are More

We went only to site see yet we were greeted by all the different staff in a very pleasant manor.
They did explain that next year the resort would be managed by a new owner so prices may change.
This looks like a great place to learn how to ski. The more advanced skier will still want to head for the Rocky Mountains.
Lodging, restaurant, and shops all inviting. Good family place.

Good food great service and comfortable lodging. Condos on slope really nice for extended stay. Skiing as good as it gets in midwest. Always well groomed slopes and helpful staff. Love Pine Cone warming hut/cafe at top of hill. Something for all levels skiers and boarders

I was very pleased with my meal. I had blackened shrimp wrap with mojos...excellent! My husband was also quite pleased with his meal. He had hot wings, steak sandwich and fries. We will definitely be back. The service was also excellent.

Under new management. Absolutely the worst stay, in quite awhile. I ve never seen a place treat their employees the way they did why I was staying there. Remember the way to treat your people, definitely shows others how much integrity you have as an organization.

Absolutely loved this resort. Tucked away with excellent views. It has an amazing golf course, upgraded rooms, Famers, a yummy restaurant, and awesome trails to walk on. In fact, I stumbled across and entire field of milkweed. I am a Butterfly lover and I thought I died and went to heaven. One night we even stayed in a private condo and it was perfect for my family and I to stay in and even had a kitchen. This is the perfect place to bring your family for so peace and serenity and adventure. I can't wait to go in the winter during ski season. I know there is new ownership and it is obvious they have poured their hearts into this place. A five star in my book.

Went on a road trip to the UP and ended up staying here on the way home. Was not expecting the rooms to be reasonable, but was surprised when the total came to $76 after taxes and fees. Was not expecting the food to be good or cheap, but ended up coming on Tuesday, which means half price taps and half price pizza (ended up with 8 beers and a 16" pizza for us for a total of $22.65....great deal). The stay ended up being way above our expectations. The only thing I wish we had was a fridge in the room. Not a big deal, but that would be the only welcomed addition that I can think of.

All in all, a great deal and a great place to stay if you're looking for a good hotel at a good price. Would definitely recommend the bar/restaurant, even at regular price, it's still a great deal with excellent food.

Amazing resort. We come up here every year for Labor Day weekend. After a long day of adventure through the upper peninsula you get to come back to a resort that offers great food, kind staff, and fun activities. Great views from the ski jump also.

What had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the helpful staff. It wasn't quite what we were expecting and they were under construction. But it ended up being a delightful midweek getaway with friendly and engaging staff

Great service, especially in the store area/board service area. Slopes need more effort put into creating more terrain park items. Very simple a hill, has potential but needs more work on overall hill design. Got boring after one day

We have been going for years. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean, NOT gross out. . But for some reason their prices change from one week to the next. Which I don't understand.

Bathtub was extremely dirty. Floor was dusty. We could walk without shoes because our feet will be black. Food was spoiled and undercook. It was also optional to wear a mask with the personnel stuff when is required by state law.
