Amazing vacation spot, especially if you love skiing, golf, and hiking!! I went in July and I had an amazing time. The golf course was amazing and I have never been on a nicer course before. The scenery was beautiful and I felt relaxed the entire time. Each morning I would wake up and hike the ski mountain for a workout. The mountain is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. 10/10 vacation!

We had a great experience! We were coming through town later in the evening and needed a room for the night. They were able to book a room for us last minute. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Our room was updated nicely. The bathroom was very small but clean and updated with a large tiled shower. The king bed was clean and comfortable and had great pillows. The room had a single serve pod coffee maker and a mini fridge/freezer. The one downside to our room was there was no table near the chair. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and played golf for 3 days. The condo was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would have gone 4.5 or 5 but my prime rib was over cooked.

The new owners really outdid themselves! The updates to the rooms and throughout the resort are amazing. The salt water pool is awesome and you cannot fin a resort in Northern Wisconsin / the U.P. of Michigan that offers such a clean, nice resort surrounded by such beauty. The skiing is fantastic, food and bars are good and fun. We're looking forward to coming back in summer to stay for a long weekend of golf and enjoying the outdoors!

Resort was a fantastic value. Nicely renovated and clean. Ski hill was a little less advanced and fewer runs than advertised, still had a fun time here though. Snow was absolutely perfect and the staff were all wonderful. Wish we could have stayed to see the ski jumpers!

This was a great place to stay for our white water rafting at Wildman adventure resort. The customer service at the Pine mountain was exceptional! Missy helped me with several things and made our trip so pleasant. Missy made extra accomodations for our family with a larger room and a late check-out! I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone traveling to this area of Michigan!

Bar is nice pricey. Food is marginal marginal and over priced. Pool and hot tub are better than most. Sauna is clean and is a good place to sweat. Workers are very helpful. nice to get a big smile when you walk in. Parking is plentiful and free. Place is clean. They have a great selection of alcohol.

This place is small, but I would rather ski here than anywhere else in Michigan. The staff make this place amazing. From the ski shop, to the lift attendants, to the front desk, everyone was small town friendly. The prices were very reasonable, and the snow was fabulous. There are plenty of places to stay, both at the resort and in town. The lodge has a great fire to warm up by and dry your stuff. We were there on the ski jump weekend, but even then we never had to wait to get on the lift. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here! While the carpet and decor were a bit dated in the rooms, everything was very clean. The blankets were soft. We really enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant and were pleased that they offered some craft beers. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and in a lovely facility. We did not golf or ski, but enjoyed our stay and found the staff friendly and welcoming.

Pine Mountain is a very nice resort that is getting some much needed improvements. The ski hill is quite nice with a mix of easy and more difficult runs to please all. The golf course is beautiful and challenging. The hotel rooms are being renovated and the building having work done to improve and extend their lives. The restaurant, Famers, is a good place for a drink and dinner. The menu has a good variety, though the prices are a bit high.

I had an overcharge for a room, which was done in error, last January. Missy assured me she would address the problem. At that time I believe the resort was going through some sort of transition which delayed correcting the error. Missy called me after a time because correcting the error was taking a longer than she anticipated and she wanted to again assure me that she had not forgotten about me, and that she was continuing to the address the error. It took 2 months to get corrected, but it GOT corrected, and I thank Missy for her continued assurance, and that she was able to get it corrected in the end. Thank you again Missy!!!!

We showed up in 2 groups and sat outside. The manager brought over menus for 3. The rest of the groups (5 more) showed up and we waited about 10 minutes before I went in and got more menus and asked for water. Service and food were great after the initial wait. Beautiful patio.

Only giving 4 stars because there was limited space inside (very few tables (one of the other rooms was undergoing reconstruction)), would give 5 otherwise. Overall, staff and skiers were very friendly and helpful. Staff was particularly patient, which is always appreciated, considering the fact that I had never been skiing before. Hills/slopes were well maintained. Note: there seemed to be a lot of children (ages 4-15). Ski lessons are available which makes it a plus. Will be going again.

Worst resort I've ever stayed at. Tickets and rent...

Worst resort I've ever stayed at. Tickets and rental prices are outrageously priced. They had issues with my tickets I ordered online, I had to go to the front desk to print them off because the ski shop kids couldn't find them and sent me to the front desk, which the front desk clerk had no idea how to do (not her fault, but no training) so I had to email them to the resort to get my tickets. Then I had to stand in line again. The kids in the rental room (although very nice) don't know much at all about fitting boots, or how to work them. They didn't have my kids sizes for snowboard boots (only 2 pairs were rented out). They don't rent just boots, you have to buy a whole entire package for $40 or buy
new $300 boots at the store. Didn't get on the hill until
noon. You cannot buy a half day ticket. Prices for kids are adult prices, even just to use the bunny hill, expect to pay $50 per kid. The chair lifts were broken, only 1 open all day and you had to scoot to get to the other side of the hill. There is nowhere to order any food after 12 in town, only chips and soda available at the resort "store" area behind the front desk, there are no vending machines or ice machines. The bars/restauraunts all close at 10:30 in the resort, and the pool closes at 10.... nothing to do after that. They charge extra on holidays and a 2 night minimum, yet have nothing open, and no continental breakfast eventhough it was listed online. Famers breakfast is not good but expensive. Also, they may not have night skiing and just not tell anyone booking rooms. Not worth the money to stay here.

The rooms are very nice and updated, but no microwaves.

We had a wonderful time at a birthday party in the pool area. The restaurant by is lovely and right next to the pool. They served us incredible pizza right there, so the kids could grab a bite and jump right back in. All their pizzas are delicious, but I highly recommend their chicken Alfredo spinach pizza.

Pine mountain is a fantastic family ski hill. Advanced and beginner skiers alike can enjoy this hill. The chair lifts are aged but in solid condition, no worries there. The hill is always groomed very well. Skiers who prefer icy or groomed conditions will be very happy. Skiers looking for powder will likely be in the tree runs.
They often have demo skiis available.
The Sitzmark has a great lodge atmosphere with live music often.
The Pinecone at the top of the hill offers some warm beverages and snacks for a quick break.

Expert skiers should look a few more hours north to Mt. Bohemia for a true challenge and thrill.
