No greeting, no welcome no anything other than an obviously irritated young lady on the front desk that was annoyed that we had interrupted her "whatever" she was doing. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm and the young lady on the front desk could not have cared less. The hotel was quiet and we could of been offered another room but we were not. She did not apologize. When I asked what we could do while we waited she said we could go swimming or sit in the bar. I asked if we could get a free drink and she said she would get a manager. Manager never showed up. I asked if she would let us know when the room was ready and she told us we would have to check back. We went to the bar - guess what NO BAR TENDER! So we had to wait for someone who could get wine. Seriously I NEEDED wine at this point. 8 hour drive etc.... We checked back and she happened to be on the phone with who I presume was the manager as I heard her say "it's not a big deal the room wasn't ready now it is". Now we have a room - the floors were filthy. You could not get the bathroom door fully open because it hit the toilet! There was no bathmat - why? Because there wasn't room for one on the floor. So when you got out of the shower you had to stand on a towel and then step into the shower to pick the towel up to open the door. I kid you not - I took pictures. I had to ask about the breakfast plan ... no information was offered. I got the eye roll from the same young lady who now has me pegged as "That customer" I'm finally famous!! We could get a breakfast box in the morning. I fully understand that with Covid but it's her attitude I didn't care for. I read several reviews I presume its the same young lady as the rest of the staff was wonderful. Suggestion - Teach your front desk that they can set the entire mood for a guests visit. The rest of the resort and visit was pleasant. If I go back I'll ask for a full sized bathroom.

Staff was very helpful and everyone was really nice. Nice ski resort, I'm not sure of their rooms, as I haven't stayed in them yet. Clean resort, nice place to ski, ski equipment on site, restraunt on site, and pool on site.

I have not skied here but the food is pretty good. Each time I've been here they are a little slow getting the order out. It's also a little expensive but not bad at all. However they have a full bar and know most cocktails you could ask for which not many places in the area can do.

The resort is a bit aged, but considering the other options in the area, uts hard to go wrong. The atmosphere is family friendly (nice pool and hot tub area) but also offers something for those not surrounded by children. The ski hill is maintained nicely and the restaraunt (Famers) is very good. The bar inside of Famers has several micro brews on tap usually and is well stocked.

This is a beginners' hill. Intermediate and advanced riders will be bored by the flat spots that seem to go on forever, and the endless, rickety chairlift rides. There are some nice features to the terrain, like the rollers in the middle section and the steeper runs next to the ski jump, but the amount of fun terrain is dwarfed by the amount of bland terrain. The food was okay but overpriced, the parking situation was chaotic at best, and a lack of crowd control led to anarchy in the lift lines. It's possible that it was just an unusually busy day but I don't know - I would have asked but the lifties were too busy barking orders.

The bathroom door collides with the toilet, making it impossible to open all the way, and it took over 6 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot. These are two things I have genuinely never encountered in a hotel before. Part of me considers this to be a negative aspect of my experience, and part of me is fascinated by the originality. We'll call it even at 4 stars minus one more for the ladybugs and shower hair I found. I just needed a place to sleep and take a hot shower while in town one night for work, and this location more or less sufficed. If I was looking for a vacation destination I would have to assume either their golf course or ski slope is more impressive than the hotel in order to make it worth your time.

Nice, clean rooms & overall good facilities. Friendly/helpful staff. The restaurant/bar onsite serves good food & has a decent beer selection. They don't have desks in the rooms but otherwise great

Pine Mountain is home to one of the largest artificial ski jumps in the world, and hosts an enormous international tournament yearly. It's a lot of fun, there are many tents with food and drink set up, and it's really about the social experience. The jumpers are also very awesome to watch, someone when 469 meters in the air. I highly suggest checking ski jumps out!

Great family walk up the steps, reading the sponsors as go. Can't get to the very top because of construction but enjoy the view from the observation platform. All new and soon ready for World Cup jumps.

Great destination resort. World-class golf and class four white water are minutes away. Food in restaurant was delicious. Rooms are nice, though our room it was a tight squeeze getting into the bathroom.

So well worth the stay even though we are only a short drive away... Famers restaurant is good, nice atmosphere. Skiing hill is fun not a lot of runs or a big hill but the entire package is worth it. The little hut at the top of the hill is octagon and in the middle is a big fire pit, staff was very happy and out going, they kept that fire stocked and wanted us to stay. The Bar in the chalet has entertainment every night and only a stumble to the room. Pool area is very clean and refreshing. Definitely will be an annual stay... only thing I would say needs improvement at this place is a remodel in the rooms a little 70-80ish feeling. But I understand the overhead it brings too, then prices go up... so affordable or pretty, I'll go with affordable. I don't get away to sit in my room..
