First time newer car buyer...always have or had ol...
First time newer car buyer...always have or had old beat up cars and trucks that I would dump more money into then they were worth. I was in the market, first place I visited was pinebelt nissan. Spent about 5 minutes looking around the lot and one salesman greated me, asked if he could help, told me he'd be inside it I needed any further assistance. Zero push whatsoever, nice surprise compared to all the other dealers in the area. So I shopped around a few places after pinebelt before I eventually ended back in their lot. Still just looking around, I took a liking to a Rouge, had another salesman approach, we had a very simple yet informative conversation. Eventually I ended up inside and Jon McShane came up to me and asked to help and from there on out it was a very easy process, we test drove the Rogue within minutes, made a decision signed some paperwork and drove it home that night. Jon was extremely helpful and he was a real person......to me that's what sold the car. I found some nice cars elsewhere but felt pressured and confused at there "tactics" to say the least. Overall my experience was a lot better then expected for someone new to car dealerships. The only complaint I have is that when I went to pick up my plates and registration the following week I was directed to the cashier in a rude manner by someone, then the cashier was very quiet and loose with her duties in my eyes. All in all great experience and I want to thank pinebelt nissan and especially Jon McShane for helping me aquire my nissan Rogue.
