Everything is run backwards, if you work hard no one cares but if u brown nose u are guaranteed a raise and who knows maybe you'll get an invite to attend a birthday party where they cut the workers hours to make that happen, definitely a very small scale mine!

Never ready for business. Takes unnecessarily long to load. Don t seem to respect drivers time. Shame on you guys.
