I have been with this family like company a little over a year .We work as a team and support each other at work and outside of work. Hands Down best job I've had.

Been working with Frontline for many years now and only great things to say about this company.
I have had many challenging contracts throughout the years, but through the amazing support from the president all the way down to every sign holder/driver in every one of my locations.
The support is amazing, but your success in this business depends on you and how you work and treat people.

I have been with Frontline for almost 14 years. It s a great company and the opportunities are endless. I started out on the bottom rung and worked my way up. If you are willing to work, not cut corners, follow instructions and simply do the job your hired to do, than this is the company to work for. This company and the people that run it, are the best group of people I have ever meet. After 14 years I m still with the company. It s home and the people I work for and work with are family.

I would honestly have to say this is an amazing company to work for, I was given an opportunity as a supervisor and was quickly upgraded to Area manager. This is the easiest job i've ever had you just have to be able to communicate with others very well and you won't have a problem i've had the opportunity to staff over 15 locations with great supervisors who also love the easy weekend work. Only thing i can say is the opportunity is golden and id love to grow with this amazing company not only do you use time you would spend doing nothing you get a pretty good pay rate to do the same thing seriously i truly appreciate this opportunity and wouldn't give it up for anything in the world! And ive worked for Benjamin he really is a great guy to work for so hope to see more in the near future!

I'm working with them they tell me work is slow. Can't see how i see sign walkers all over. Mabey i hope nt but maybe my manager just can't find stores. It's very easy sign in hold ur sign 5 hrs then go hm same thing tomorrow sat-sun.

Its A very VERY stressful Job "supervising" and staffing a location that's 140 mile round trip every day every weekend however the Pay is decent and If you have the right management team behind you it can be a pretty good chance for some decent coin. I wouldn't say Dont expect much in the way of breaks etc when 99% of shifts are only 5 hours and most importantly however The businesses don't like to see sign holders without signs in their hands! just be smart about it This can seem frustrating and heartless when it is 5 degrees outside and everyones appendages are freezing off! Trust me I thoroughly understand from.hands on experience ! However if you are smart about it then you can take breaks in 10 minute intervals 1 person at a time....really l enjoy the job and it has it's downs and frustrating bits like ANY JOB but communication is key and as mentioned the managers for the most part are ready and waiting to assist with any and all issues that may arise during scheduled work time. Just communicate and you should be able to keep this Job for as long as you'd like. I'm currently a supervisor in New England and foresee being here as long as there are assignments available Give them a a try! I'm sure you'll be glad you did! And Consider yourself lucky for sure if your manager is Nicholas Nave Nick.ia a stand up guy whO ALWAYS does anything and EVERYTHING within his ppower ensure his guys... or gals are 150,000% accommodated and helps to make sure all is stilland running smoothly per normal Always always always communicate as best you can as often or thoroughly so that the team is all on the same page . Example my manager also has a boss that he reports to throughout the work week so the more you communicate the better

I have been blessed to work for this group as an independent sub-contractor since I was a young man. Used to receive checks by snail mail!

They're not always busy but Frontline has been very generous when it's time to go to work. It's a great way to travel too!

Worst Company ever they guys play with u r money can't get paid work doing for this company

I have really enjoyed working for this company such nice people. I met one of the liquidators and he was so nice and professional! Wonderful company.

make sure That the hourly wage is written in the contract,otherwise you will probably not get all your money after few weeks from that company.

Awesome company to work for. This company truly cares about its employees. The organization is very professional, trustworthy and innovative. They employee people from all walks of life. The opputunties for growth and financial success are endless. I personally enjoy my one on one communication with my area manager. He truly cares about me and my team. Being a contractor for Frontline Media Solutions has been a wonderful experience for me. They are truly a respectable and honest company.

Great company to work for, I love the ability to be my own boss. As someone who previously wasn't sure of their capabilities I have really been able to blossom into the supervisor role. My regional manager is an amazing person & is great to work under, very polite. I have also worked as a holder as well & have had lots of fun dancing to music while interacting with traffic. If you are motivated & willing to give it your all you can do very well here. Being willing to travel some distance will increase your ability to gain larger contracts thus making more money. The freedom to build your own team is great too. I really enjoy my working here, it really has been an amazing experience & I can't wait to see where this role takes me. If you are looking to work for a company that lets you blossom I highly recommend giving them a chance, you will have a great experience.
