Pindan Asset Managemeny Review

Right from the outset I felt a strong sense of team approach from Pindan Busselton. Matt, Ray and Gavin were always present and well informed on the project. I never felt that Pindan were not prepared or not organised.
Ray was an outstanding site manager. He communicated effectively and timely, instilling a strong sense of ownership over the project. Ray consulted me regularly and was always sure to inform me of any change or addition.
The whole project was seamless for Vasse Primary School. I have been involved with many other school building projects and I would unequivocally say Pindan were the most accommodating and professional I have dealt with. The actual finished product had attention to detail, leaving us with modern, professional buildings to perform our business. Highly recommended!

We have been in our property for 4 1/2 yrs now and have enjoyed the property management team. Although Heidi hasnt been with us that whole time, we have been throughly impressed with her prompt response to any querries we have had and have found that she is very approachable and has a great enthusiasm to help her customers. Very happy to deal with Heidi and always nice to be able tobhave a property manager who is puntual, confident and easily approachable.

Firstly, The Realestate agent didn t notify us of the monthly rental inspection and attended our apartment mid day without our consent. My husband was quite shocked seeing the Realestate agent in our living room once he had come out of the bathroom. This women had apologised multiple times, she emphasised that her colleague did not email the monthly rental inspection notice and must have missed this. Secondly, Maintenance issues are not passed onto tenants.
I hope the management take this into account while reviewing improvements. For improvement sake, the tenant should not be made liable for maintenance issues that have occurred in the property before the new tenant moves in the property. This is hypocrisy to say the least. I hope Pindan Realestate make improvements in the future.

Extremely poor customer service. Having built muiltiple homes in the past, my experience with Gavin Clinton-Burns is one I would like to forget.

This rental agency is one ascended from hell, they are nice on appearance, they are slow to act on most things, if they are called about maintenance they will hold out then try charge you as if you had damaged it. 2 years of renting i thought leaving would help, it didn't, i fought for 3 months to get them to dispose my bond, for them to withhold $800 with no reasoning as to why, when called emailed nothing, lodged through magistrates before they even responded. and it was to ask for info they already had, unprofessional and your problems renting with them are yours to deal with. Please Please Please read the real reviews before renting with them.

Beware of PINDAN
I'm just hoping owners of Pindan projects are careful to find out which $2 company is building the job and will it be there when the building warranty maintenance is due.
We were just told that our apartment was built by Pindan Pty Ltd which no longer exists. What a ripoff by Pindan - PINDAN is the business name we dealt with but now it belongs to a new company???
Anyway same people, same lawyers, same management, same supervisors, same tradies but a change of company name and liquidate the old company and try and get out of warranty maintenance.

My husband Steve and I recently purchased a house and land package in The Heights estate in Kardinya from Richard Nell at Pindan. From the very beginning we knew this is where we wanted to live and Richard was kind, courteous and went above and beyond in helping us through everything from the plans to the contract. Since purchasing, we have been receiving updates regularly and can't wait to start building very shortly. Thank you Richard and thank you Pindan :)

Ill mannered rood staff, highly unprofessional and incompetent, the realestate agent that orginally was handling the property had no idea what professionalism is nor organisation skills unfortunately due to her incompetence it has caused us serve issues. The new real estate agent wasn't much better, however, she was professional.

Absolute nightmare dealing with my bond returnal and other matters.

Fathia Warda, she is our new Property Manager replacing Heidi for about One and half years. She is very helpful to my request, and proactively handle my tenant professionally does keeping me ease in mind. Her dedicate role to both landlord and tenant really amazes me. This gives me a wonderful feeling that Pindan Reality have chosen the right Property Manager, Fathia to handle my apartment.

Heidi is a real game changers for Pindan. She is definitely and asset for Pindan where she makes customer like myself feel more positive in dealing with Pindan Reality.

Pindan, If you're a building company, stay being a building company. I dealt with the Realestate department of Pindan for 7 months.
You shouldn't place the normal person in such a situation that gets in a renal contract with Pindan, if you don't know how to manage a Realestate department in all fairness maybe start out first doing more subarb areas first rather than central appartments.
To end on a good note, Pindan is a good building company, I would never in a trillion years rent with them again.

For over 18 months we have had leaking pipes through our home due to poor workmanship that has caused - mould in the ceiling, soaking through bricks damaging cupboards, pools of water in cavities, and poor water pressure. For 3 months we were left with holes in our ceiling to 'see if the pipes would leak again'. It is thought that every single pipe fitting in our home has not been properly crimped.

From the beginning:

House Slab was poured incorrectly - site supervisor did not follow the building plans. .
Site supervisor barely attended the build to 'supervise' trades, and we therefore spent the entirety of the build bringing 'problems' to the attention of the main office.
There was a 9 week period where no trades attended site and when we questioned this, the builder told us trades had been and gave us updates of work that had not been done. We lived around the corner from the build so were fully aware of what had and hadn t been done.
Tilers only attended the build on Sundays ' inbetween jobs' and took many shortcuts. Pindan were intending to hand over our home with trip hazards throughout the bathrooms and laundry.
Missing air-con ducts, power points covered over, the wrong lights/fans were fitted, they tried to chose cheaper products than we paid for, ( this was a Half a Million dollar build) , walls were knocked out with a hammer with the intention of just covering the hole up with cabinets . and the excuse from the supervisor was you can t see it so it s ok or that s just the building industry .

Our correspondence with head office has been met with bluntness, shortcuts, unanswered questions, months of waiting for anything to be attended to, and the team of managers, supervisors, and client liasons telling us the issues were with 'their legal' team for perusal multiple times.

I am astonished that people have good reviews of this builder, and can only imagine that their problems will start to surface in 1-2 years time, as from our end there seems to be alot of cover-ups and shortcuts behind the scene.

We were also offered a European Holiday to the value of $5000 by the sales team as an incentive for signing up with Pindan Homes, After the build they refused to honour this deal telling us it was expired. We had never been given any terms or conditions informing us of an expiry date, only the travel agents details to whom informed us 'there was no expiry date'.

We will be taking these matters to the Building Commission as well as Consumer Affairs.

We share our story in the hope that NO-ONE has to experience what we have been through with Pindan Homes.

I bought an off the plan apartment from this company two years ago.....unfortunately,it haven't start to build it........Waste my time and effort....really not cool experience with it.

I cannot give enough positive accolades to Fathia Warda.
I met her in August last year when I was planning to move out /downsize in an apartment in Subiaco. I went to view a smaller apartment in the same block which she was showing. We got talking and thanks to her I ended up in a beautiful new apartment in Indigo China Green. She negotiated a great deal and since then has been available any time I contact her to deal with any issues that have come up in the year ( well nearly) I have been here. Pindan are lucky to have such a great representative for their company.

Heidi (Pindan Realty) has been very helpful to me in recent weeks and she has my thanks for that. My dealings with her and Kim Bunting over time have indicated they are highly competent , professional and friendly people who are a credit to Pindan. Apart from the odd admin problem I am very happy to continue dealing with them.

With respect to our new build at KBCHS, the new buildings have made a huge difference to both students and staff. Not only has it enabled our staff to better deliver quality teaching and learning to our students, the quality and finish of the build has assisted in engendering whole school pride.
Pindan are to be commended on their cooperative efforts.
Managing a school where a building program is taking place is a complex job, however Pindan management were sensitive to the issues created and supported the school by working in partnership to ensure the least impact on the teaching and learning program. A great result and one that our school community can be extremely proud of for many years to come.

I have been doing business with Pindan for over 10 years. I purchased a house in 2009 from Pindan the purchase process and any maintenance related issues have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. I have all confidence recommending Pindan.

We have been using Pindan for a bit over four years and generally we ve been very happy with the management of the property. Heidi's work ethics is second to none and constantly keeps us informed with the property and tenants, she is very professional. If only their maintenance team could be as proficient Pindan would have received five stars.

Worst rent experience in my life.

I left the house I rented at the end of November 2018. The final inspection was made and they find a small mark in the kitchen's bench. I didn't remember to cause any damage, but I agreed to discount from my bond the amount to repair. Rental manager told me she just need to confirm with the owner and pay my bond back.
BUT THEY TOOK 3 MONTHS TO PAY ME BACK!!!
I was constantly emailing, texting message and calling and EVERYTIME there was a poor excuse. When they finally agreed to pay me back the calculations were wrong. They tried to charge me for a gas bill from my lasts days, even though I received a credit back from the gas company.
It was the worst rent service I had and one of the worst of my life.
So much, so much headache... stay away from this real estate, doesn't worth the trouble.

Pindan: Instead of writing fake reviews and giving yourself 5 star ratings how about start improving your realestate team get back to emails and act proffesional I don't like giving bad reveiws but you guys were bad really really really bad. I am not kidding when I say this is the WORST realestate company I have EVER gone with :( My Golly Gosh what an unpleasant experience renting with this lot. I wish I would have looked into the reviews more.

I have just left a Pindan Construction site. The mine site rules mentality is riduculous. I work on roofs. 'Long pants, long shirts, hardhats and steel cap boots' are the requirements...In the middle of summer. After working on roofs for 30 yrs, the safety rules and paperwork are put in place to dumb you down, like it is everyones first time on a building site. We are there to do a job, not be harrased by over zealous, prison screw like, site supervisors, and threatened with stop work meetings if something minor is accidently over looked. Also the fact that we are not allowed to wear shorts in the 40+ degree middle of summer is cruel. "Skin cancer"..but is is OK to smoke, including the site supervisor, and aquire lung cancer. When I called about ths indiscrepancy, i was hung up on and no message returned. I will never set foot on another Pindan site again.

Edit. OK, SO THAT STILL DOESNT ANSWER MY QUESTION RE SMOKING. LUNG CANCER IS TERMINAL. SKIN CANCER ISNT. WHY IS EVERYONE ALLOWED TO SMOKE ON SITE, BUT NO SHORTS (and on your own rules on the walls in office) BECAUSE OF RISK OF SKIN CANCER?

Very impressed with Richard's professionalism and integrity throughout the entire purchasing process. Would recommend his service as a real estate agent to anyone.

We purchased a home from Pindan at The Heights, Kardinya. Most of the workmanship has been Ok, with one glaring exception. Our main problem is getting Pindan to fix the maintenance issues. I have clumps of plaster and paint falling off my front entrance wall, I have an enormous crack running the vertical length of the staircase wall and other more minor issues. A few small items have been rectified, but it has now been months, the Maintenance Coordinator is unhelpful, we get little response.

If I could rate " Pindan Realestate " half a star this would be most accurate.

The Realestate Agent acted like an ill mannered teenager her language was disgusting.
I'm quite dumbfounded as to how incompetent the agents were, its been an absolute nightmare its caused us serve issues. I hope anyone reading this avoids them at all cost.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF PLANNING TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR BOND MONEY AND WHEREVER ELSE THEY CAN!

Their poor communication skills, lack of care & outright disrespect is not something I would wish upon anyone. Their Property Manager is lacking at her job, and since having her as our PM, I still am yet to meet her, nor speak on the phone. They will hide things in their contracts which are not explained properly too, so be sure you have a lawyer when it comes to dealing with them.

I WOULD NOT LET MY WORST ENEMY RENT A PROPERTY FROM THESE GUYS!!

They have caused my partner & I to suffer emotionally & financially all to hide a previous staff members mistakes and discretions. I will never ever deal with this company again, and I would assure all my family and friends do the same!

Seemingly a good quality build, good use of space, quality materials. Just a few quibbles--
1. Bench space in kitchenette inadequate; for very little cost the pantry could be 600mm closer to sliding door & 600mm more benchtop added
2. No roof ventilator- summer heat buildup in roof space may be a problem.
3. Ceiling insulation installed haphazardly
4. Rafter collars seem to be nailed- should they not be BOLTED? I may be wrong on this, unable to get into roof space to examine closely.

Otherwise very satisfied.

Review, phase 2-- after 10 mths living here at Unit 8, 2 Doncaster Grange, Butler. It is very quiet, tranquil.

1. I removed the awful tall pantry which obscured the air conditioner remote sensor; cut it down to form two base units matching existing.
2. Bought a new benchtop 1200 longer with two round sinks & fitted it myself; extended the splashback tiling. Fitted a small top cupboard.
Result is a vast improvement, aircon is now fully workable & more space + natural light in room.
3. Repainted interior replacing dull grey [which showed every tiny mark] with better quality soft white, again improving natural light plus reducing the 'grey everywhere' theme.
4. External stairs- here's a problem; water ponds on them during rain, plus the powder-coat bannister rail is positively dangerous when wet. Like trying to grip wet ice! Stair geometry is compressed to fit the space meaning treads are VERY narrow.

All said it still rates 4 stars after the improvements to a few design shortcomings; I hope to avoid falling down wet stairs, though!

PS- the small [4 sq m] storeroom is excellent, my little 'bunker'.
