Received for a job interview. I want to say that all of the staff on site were attentive, anxious that I was well taken care of and caring. The two people who interviewed me, one by video (Manon) and the other face-to-face (Elodie) were very professional, friendly and gave me a superb image of the company. I do not know if I will have the opportunity to join them but it was clearly one of my favorite contacts during my search for a work-study program. By the way, the premises are clean, modern and well equipped with regard to COVID. I highly recommend PIMAN! ;)

Well, let's be blunt, given the last excellent comments (Googling them and you will understand who they are ...).
Very good contact with Julien who really showed the motivation to recruit project managers, reactive and professional.
Then meeting with the director ... late, unaware of an interview ... either, we pass the interview which finally went well.
Then nothing, even relaunching them, no sign of life ...
Clearly if you want to waste your time, do not hesitate to contact them

I had a video interview for a future position with Mr Favrie. What he presented to me made me want to work with them. I found the contact to be very pleasant, professional and human. Mr. Favrie was very attentive to my journey and understood my vision of the work. I found it easy to interact with Mr. Favrie. He presented me with interesting and motivating missions.

They contact me via Apec, 3 interviews in 10 days in Grenoble & Lyon so far, everything is fine, except that at the last interview with the Lyon agency manager I was told that the teams are already full for the month of January 2020 since they have already recruited 3 Business Managers in September.

Which company, a serious and conscientious minimum, contacts a candidate itself, takes him through the entire recruitment process and says: "Sorry, we are already full"?

Waste of time, money and energy COMPANY TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY!

Opinion of a former candidate for the post of BM:

- I was sourced for the position of Business Manager, which was initially far from being the heart of my job search. Baste, convinced of the adequacy of my profile with the skills sought, prospects of internal development, values of this company on a human scale and by the advantages offered, I advance and dismiss the track of the other "factories" of the engineering consulting sector who contacted me to favor this one.

- very long recruitment process (more than 2 months, 4 physical interviews). During each interview, I am told that here, we only take the best!
The interviews all follow the same path (presentation of the company, scenario, presentation of the candidate focused on "who are you really? What makes you today the person you are?" Punctuated of several questions: "Well, and what was your former employer? Ah, and your partner works / worked in what structure? Ah your parents, okay, and what do they do, where?"
Each taut pole is seized, I will then understand why.

- last interview with the director France who announces me at the end of the interview (this one having insisted on the management of the profit center and therefore consultants in "SHARK" mode) his satisfaction with my profile, and that the only obstacle could be my lack of experience as a BM, the company having already recruited several junior profiles over the past months (at first glance, an astonishing amateurism in my opinion).
This same person announces that she will contact me to keep me informed of the rest of the process.
Something tells me that they make fun of me.
I leave quite disappointed with this interview, on the one hand by the catastrophic HR management (which would waste an incredible amount of time for its employees and its candidates to ultimately announce to them indirectly that they have made an HR error?), on the other hand by the huge gap between the corporate values announced in public, and the little echo that I could detect at any value during this interview.
Finally, I don't see myself working for this company.

- I understand shortly after the direct interest of the questions asked in interviews. We will prospect each quoted company, the companies of MY network, YOUR network. So that, even if you are caught, you will have been cut the grass under the foot before even getting on board.
What structure, even a little conscientious, allows this? A company of "sharks", it was announced, am I stupid. Scavengers rather, a little accuracy please. But scavengers do not eat caviar, they are content with carrion.

- another contact reminded me a few days later, telling me that they were not going to follow up on the recruitment process, because I apparently do not have a BM profile (this differs from the feedback I had opposite -to face, the conversations are not recorded, too bad for me). I explain that I would like to converse with the director, as agreed. I am told that it is not possible, that it is very busy.
So I expose my return in several points, similar to this post, insisting that it be transmitted to management. My interlocutor explains to me that he is sincerely sorry and that he will.

- To date, this exchange having taken place more than 3 weeks ago, I still haven't had a return.

very unpleasant company. you have to be very careful when you apply at home.
When they finish your mission, they tell you that you have to cancel your contract for bogus reasons.
