it's a shame ZERO stars isn't an option, this place I regret to inform only LOOKS professional; they don't document things correctly in their notes/files. they also have sold me twice now nearly empty product containers & much more! Save yourself the misery & look into another Derm office.
Liza Byrne treated me rudely and with extreme insensitivity. I provided her with a short statement to read and she said, "Oh, an essay. I suppose I should have read it before I came in, but I don't want to be distracted now," and set it aside. I should have walked out then. She refused to listen to what i had to say. She took a punch biopsy that became badly infected and when I came back said she simply wasn't worried about it. She misdiagnosed my problem, giving me an Rx that only made it worse. The doctors at the clinic may be fine, but i made an appointment with a specialist and got a terrible P.A. She even yelled at me saying, "You have no right to question me!" Avoid Liza Byrne. You will find her listed in other comments.
My experience at Pima Dermatology has been excellent. Dr. Goldbert is caring and proficient, as is all of the staff that I have encountered .
Made an appointment, got to see a physician assistant. Barely looked at my eczema asked me a question. Then gave me some homomone cream that would make my skin thinner. Thinner skin yay! My only defense against the outside world. Typical treat the symptoms not the cause. Just take the magic pill healthcare system.... BS. Turns out I had an allergy to my girlfriend's cats. Just got a reminder to refill my prescription, ya right. I guess the did recommend cereve lotiin, that was good.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PIMA DERMATOLOGY FOR MANY YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THE CARE IS ALWAYS SUPERB AS IS DR. GERALD GOLDBERG. MY WIFE AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS OFFICE.

This place is great! Everyone That I dealt with was knowledgeable, nice and very confident. I wish I could say the same for the first doc I went to at a different doc office. I'm so happy I decided to get a second opinion. They were not rushed, they explained everything to me and everything made sense. I have been to Pima Dermatology three times, twice in Safford at the MGRMC and once in Tucson at their office.

Office staff is horrible. Been trying for three months just to get my son an appointment with Dr Goldberg for a hemangioma. He was out due to COVID, then the only medical assistant that handles his appointments was out, then when they are both actually back In the office she is never available to make appointments and doesn t respond to her voicemails. Every time I attempt to make an appointment I m on hold for over ten minutes just to try and speak with someone.
Could not have been better. Thoroughly professional and a pleasure (as pleasurable as a visit to one's doctor can be).
Took a day off of work so I could take my daughter who as well lost a day of school. They supposedly left a message saying her appointment to see the Dr. in person was cancelled which was scheduled approximately 3 months ago, and that it would be a tele medicine appointment. If I am paying money to see the Dr. I want to see him/her in person. My daughter s condition is not a priority at this office.
Pima Dermatology gives great services and the staff is certainly well versed on excellent customer service! Everyone is really professional and the locale is beautiful, and clean. I recommend PD to everyone I know.

Terrible, I went for Botox in between eyebrows, ended up with dropped eyelids, the technician Alma tried to fixed applying more Botox. The result were worse, beware of this place for Botox there are not real doctors applying Botox and fillers. I requested a refund and the manager said that I signed a waiver basically given permission to ruin my face and not refunds. Worse experience ever. I paid almost $300 for them to ruin my eyes.Update I posted this review in google around 06/2017, it's been a month and my eyelids still look dropped and my left eyelid has dropped even more. I am very unhappy with their service.

This whole office is fantastic! My son has a port wine stain on his forehead and they have been super friendly and helpful every step of the way. Dr. Goldberg does an amazing job and is very dedicated to his patients and always is kind and informative when he visits with them. I will go to him with all my dermatology concerns.

The people are always very friendly here and the doctors/NP are wonderfully down-to-earth, informative, and helpful. have come here for a few things and they've proven to be very competent and patient-focused.
I've had to many bad experiences here to not say something. First off, be careful with billing. You might get billed for services you never received. The front desk staff are pretty incompetent and often have no answers for my questions. Medical staff are great and I enjoy their professional manner. Although, I have been coming here for years and have had no progress. I feel my medical needs are not taken serious. After over 5 years of coming to Pima Dermatology I will be going to a different dermatologist.
After many enjoyable years spent in the AZ sun, most often on the tennis court, I developed a questionable growth on my left cheek near my nose. Sun blockers had yet to be developed. Pima Dermotology was recommended by my PP and, though nervous about the findings, made an appointment, their findings suggested intervention, and the following surgery eliminated the problem leaving a nearly invisible scar. The entire process was completed in one day and my angst was removed. This team was incredible, from the initial initial visit to the follow-up.

I don't normally give a bad reviews but I felt it necessary with treatment I recieved. I have been going to Pima Dermatology for several years and always felt the Dr's and office employee's sort of like an assembly line. Get you in and out and don't spend time explaining concerns. I had several removals and two biopsy's (one leaving a scar on my back that seemed unnessary for such a small incision). All of the areas removed returned and several of them I had treated twice!!! To boot I was charged an extra $400 on top of what my insurance covered. I paid the bill in installments and in full over time. When I called to complain, I was spoken to with a lack of caring or respect. I was a long time patient that was made to feel like the Dermatologist didn't have time or concern for my dissatisfaction with my treatment. Also, getting an appointment is near impossible, sometimes 3 months out or more. Surfisive to say I am seeking a new Dermatologist.
I have been a patient at Pima Derm for roughly 6 months and have no complaints with regard to the care I have received from the Doctors here. However, the office staff have always been somewhat average in communication and customer service when scheduling appointments and making co-pays at the office. Customer service for Pima Derm took an immediate turn for the worse after I made a call to reschedule a follow-up appointment yesterday with my doctor. In short - the lady I spoke with was attempting to over-talk me while speaking, proceeded to think that arguing with me was the best way to go about the conversation, then blatantly hung up on me when the conversation was clearly not finished or closed properly. Poor customer service is a big one for me and whether I received quality care or not from the Doctors here, I will not be a client of Pima Dermatology anymore nor will I recommend them to anyone as I would never wish anyone to get treated as I did yesterday. In addition to the treatment I received, the rescheduled appointment with Pima Derm could only be made 1-2 months out from now and the new dermatologist I will be seeing got me in as a new patient within 3 days of my phone call and I am not even an established patient. As a customer service professional it is very disappointing to be treated in such an unprofessional manner.

Pima Dermatology is a HORROR show for tattoo removal. Extremely unprofessional. I paid $70 for a consultation fee, and received a written and signed financial agreement for treatment. I had to wait nearly a month for my appointment, and pay for treatment in advance. My credit card was charged $2,584.00 and I was injected full of lidocaine (which was never used before in my treatments on the East Coast). This injection process was far more painful than my laser treatments have ever been ,but Liza Byrne insisted that I would need it because they supposedly had "very powerful lasers". After I was injected and swollen and bruised, I was informed that the agreed upon area to be treated would actually cost me nearly $10,000!!!! Mind you, this is half way through the treatment! The injections took longer than the laser treatment does! The whole experience was HORRIFYING. Seriously. Was it all a scam to get more money out of me? Why was I not informed before I was injected hundreds of times with huge needles full of lidocaine? Not only that, but when I called my laser specialist to ask her about what was going on, she informed me that she used the EXACT same lasers on me. There's nothing special about Pima's lasers and lidocaine should be an OPTION, not a requirement. My arm is still swollen and bruised from the injections over a week ago.

I started seeing Dr. Goldberg in my thirties and now no one thinks I'm 60! Dr. Beal is fabulous too and the office staff is always friendly and helpful.
The staff is all very friendly and efficient. The check in process using the kiosks minimizes the amount of duplicate effort required. I met with Liza for a skin cancer screening and she was thorough and efficient. Overall quite a pleasant experience. I would definitely go back

I set an appointment with this provider in May for September 23nd. That wait time is absolutely RIDICULOUS, but then I received a snail mail letter today saying the Doctor could no longer honor the appointment. WOW......if your active duty or retired Military take note, Tricare gives no ____. These guys SUCK.
I really love Pima Dermatology. I was referred by a friend years ago and now recommend them to all my friends. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and so has my husband and all those we've referred. They are professional, prompt and very responsive to my needs. The office is beautiful and accessible with ample parking and, beautifully decorated with a soothing, no-drama atmosphere. Dr. Beal, his partners and his staff are the best!
Dr Beal is the best! Great bed side manner. He answers your questions, gives you your options, cares about your health, doesn t make you feel rushed or that you are just a number . If something isn t right with your service, staff experience, etc he listens and takes the appropriate steps to rectify the problem.
Dr. Beal and Emily are great. They've done a lot to fight my insurance to cover medications needed. Dr. Beal doesn't cut corners and nothing feels forced or rushed. I appreciate all the staff there.

I found this office on google and it was rated high, so I thought I would try them out. I'm glad I did because Dr. Beal is wonderful! So very nice and professional. I like the location and the office is very clean and plenty to read while you wait. The staff has been friendly during the times I have been there. I've already recommended to my family and friends to use Pima Dermatology!
