I have been a patient at Pima Derm for roughly 6 months and have no complaints with regard to the care I have received from the Doctors here. However, the office staff have always been somewhat average in communication and customer service when scheduling appointments and making co-pays at the office. Customer service for Pima Derm took an immediate turn for the worse after I made a call to reschedule a follow-up appointment yesterday with my doctor. In short - the lady I spoke with was attempting to over-talk me while speaking, proceeded to think that arguing with me was the best way to go about the conversation, then blatantly hung up on me when the conversation was clearly not finished or closed properly. Poor customer service is a big one for me and whether I received quality care or not from the Doctors here, I will not be a client of Pima Dermatology anymore nor will I recommend them to anyone as I would never wish anyone to get treated as I did yesterday. In addition to the treatment I received, the rescheduled appointment with Pima Derm could only be made 1-2 months out from now and the new dermatologist I will be seeing got me in as a new patient within 3 days of my phone call and I am not even an established patient. As a customer service professional it is very disappointing to be treated in such an unprofessional manner.
