I went there couple of times and have plan do go regularly. I first visited Piercy Toyota when I moved to California from Florida. They are very responsive and caring. I have met two advisors and they were really nice to me. They understand what my car needs to do. Cost is little bit more but you will get a good service.
I ve had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. I was recommended to Piercy Toyota by a client and was extremely impressed with their customer service. Calvin Ressler did an excellent job to ensure our experience was pleasant. Highly recommend Piercy Toyota!
I'm a fan of Piercey Toyota, since I bought my prius 9 years ago. They take care of my car very well. Their waiting area is always VERY clean, rest rooms are always VERY clean and maintained VERY well. They have complimentary coffee, and donuts in the morning. I don't mind waiting for maintenance services since I use their desks with privacy divider. I see kids enjoying in their kids section with large TV and activities. There's TV monitors to watch while waiting. Their service have been reliable and reasonably priced.
Clint Santiago was exceptional. He tried to listen with my cars concern and amde sure it was communicated well with his mechanics.
The service clerk was very thorough in his description of the work to be performed. The only thing I would recommend is to make an appointment for your service. I dropped by on a Sunday morning a little after they opened and had to wait an hour before I was checked in.

I went with an open mind of seeing what my options were being that I had a Dodge Dart that I have paid a lot of money into for it being only 5 years old and under 69000 miles. I spoke with Ed and he had Tony waiting for me when I rushed over before work. Tony was very kind and took his time while at the same time making sure I wasnt late to work. He had me come back after work and waited for me to clean out my old car and drive away in my new vehicle. Was a great experience. The finance manager was also great...I really enjoyed laughing and talking with him as well as the insurance advisor. Everyone was so nice. I recommend this location to anyone even if you're not in need but want to know your options...START HERE.
This place is very clean. The one I like most is the technian takes the viedeo before start to work on the car, and explain briefly what he will do.

I have been going to Piercey Toyota to service my car for quite a few years. They have provided great service. With an appointment, the waiting time is very reasonable. I like their waiting area - it is stocked with good magazines/coffee/TV and provides a nice sitting area. The service staff is excellent to deal with. I recommend Piercey for car service.

I walked in there to look at two types of SUVs not knowing what they look like inside. The sales guy was walking me over to a Highlander and started asking me 'how much' I want to spend, price range, etc. I explained I haven't even chosen a car.
I found out the Highlander was too big for me and asked about the RAV4. He pointed in some direction where they would be and ABANDONED me.
Had to find another sales guy to help me. When it came down to asking about a price range and I wouldn't hold him to it he points to the sticker price. REALLY?
I left and bought a Honda CR-V.
Rude staff that made us leave. Jetlang or whatever his name was, he was very rude and unprofessional. Took our comments personally and became aggressive.
Convenient dropping off one evening and picking up the next evening...

I was greeted immediately. Everyone so professional and helpful. My salesman David at the Milptas location was beyond the great customer service one gets. Although I was there 4 hours I was so happy and appreciate all the help and attention I was given by all staff. I got a car. Thanks to David and his positive attitude that he would help me and he did. They even offered me beverages and pizza. A great place to buy a car.
My experience at Piercey Toyota was great.
I was thinking of buying a new car starting the end of 2019. It took me some time to think which model I will buy. I requested a quote through Costco car sale program and some other websites after I made my mind to buy the Prius Prime. Of course, I started to receive emails from several dealers after I requested the quote. Among these dealers, Pari Juergens, the Fleet Manager from Piercey Toyota, might be the first person who contacted me. She called me directly and asked my needs, also scheduled an appointment right away. Yes, she is very efficient comparing to some other dealers.
Later, I went to meet her and she showed me the cars I am interested and explained the differences between Prius and Prius Prime, Prius Prime 2019 vs 2020. She also answered many my questions patiently, which was important for me to make my final decision.
In that same weekend, I visited Piercey Toyota again and came back with my dream car, Titanium 2020 Prius Prime. I am very grateful that all the processing had been very smooth with all the help from each person involved. It was a great experience.
Pari also called me later to know my experiences in driving my new car and again she answered several my questions.

The waiting area is pretty big and they had desks to work when you are waiting. Some free amenities here while you wait.

Service department is great. The wait is still long though even though you make an appointment you still have to wait before a customer service rep sees you. Nice and clean interior with wifi access.
I came in the place looking for a car (of course) but the guy that came to "help me" was very anxious and pushed really hard to get out of the place with a car. The moment I said no I'm just here to look he started with an "I don't give a damn about you" attitude, I asked how much would be this car per month with so and so down payment (typical dealer-language I used) and he answered with VERY vague answers, he said I can't really give you any numbers if you don't want to buy it now. What a douchebag... Don't come here if you are not interested in buying a car desperately, you will walk out of there with a headache. I also have to say that the guy was a little racist since he immediately asked if I was on a visa.
Service writer Reza was great. He was professional and took time to explain everything. The web pages to sign up for the service appointment were easy to use and actually worked... the first time! Amazing.... I'm sure you can look up the total time via the computer records but the only negative experience was the time it took to service the car. It could have been an hour less. Same as last oil change. Cashier was fast and friendly. The lady that helped a couple of us extract coffee from the machine was friendly and helpful as well. Tell whomever left those teaser doughnuts on top of the hot water machine that they are not a nice person. All in all a great visit except it took too long. If things stack up like that all the time, changes should be made in the scheduling. Being retired and a professional geezer now, the long time didn't bother me too much but other customers were getting antsy waiting for their service since they were taking time off of work to come in there as evidenced by their dress. With no 86, Celica, or Solara to drool over in the showroom, most people were sitting there with their phones or Kindles in the comfortable chairs. I liked the little video tge service tech made of my car. He should have held up those air filters so Ibcould see them better. I would have bought new ones in the part$ dept before I left if I could've seen just how yukky they were on the video. The video is worth the time if the tech actually shows the tread depth, leaky differentials, etc. I know they are rushed but, like the service writers, the techs can now be a part of the customer experience. Your customers are used to instructional videos like changing a battery in a tablet, disassembling a trigger group, replacing car parts. Some customers won't care but most will like the tech video, I think. So, what was good, bad, and suggestions on how to fix things. I used to get paid for this!

I was at Piercey Toyota on 5/21/18 for my new Highlander's very first 6 month check up and oil change. I am a mature female working as a Director in the Silicon Valley. I was very impressed by the video I received within an hour showing my car being checked. However, I did have a few issues with the service. My male service rep and another male I spoke to were not very friendly. I had to ask about my shuttle and it was like I was bothering them. I waited a while for the shuttle (I had to ask again), was brought to my workplace 3 minutes away only to be called after 30 minutes that my car was ready. I asked how long it would take and they said about 3 hours -- but it took half that time. So did they even really check my car ? In between these 2 shuttle rides, I saw the video in my email -- it was probably only 2 minutes. The speaker in the video I mentioned spoke really really fast and used certain unfamiliar words (like how a doctor would sometimes talk) so I didn't really understand what he was saying. Thankfully, the mature female shuttle driver was very nice.

She was very knowledgeable in the operations of the accessories and showed me how to use them. I appreciate her. I currently work for VTA the company where people buy new cars all the time. Got a text from Rod - internet sales person. He tells me he hasn't heard from me on my inquiry. The fact is I never got any email so I tell him that. He says he sent it few days ago. I told him I checked my spam and it isn't there. He just thanks me and says that he will close the inquiry. I said wait, I am still looking but he wasn't interested in selling.. I only had text interaction and have a full proof with me on the interaction.
On March 19, 2018 I had my car serviced at Piercey Toyota. Todd Fitzsimmons was my service representative. I was in to do maintenance on the car. Then I told I got a letter about the recall of my airbags. We then scheduled an appointment for today. My older son took the car in to be serviced and we got the airbags done. Todd Fitzsimmons will always walk me through what needs to be done on my 2012 Toyota Corolla. I really appreciate all the good customer service that you all give. Keep up the good work. Betty Won

It takes me approximately 13 miles from my home to the dealership. As with any other drive, being on the road is always 50/50, some days the weather and traffic is good, some days it s horrible. They picked us up with their shuttle to bring us to the car after the service was done. They might have offered to do this, since I might not have thought to ask if they could, but otherwise it was a nice service.
This review is for the service dept. I've been bringing my 08' Sienna here regularly for oil changes, warranty work and recall notices. They've always been nice and there's never any hard sell saying I needed to do anything extra for maintenance. I just follow the maintenance guide and they abide by it too. With the comfortable area inside, I can do my work using the wifi and time goes by just fine. No issues, I'm glad to report. Best to make an appt, as it does get pretty busy.
The salesperson that we encountered needs to be properly educated on the TSS-P features and confident on these features. They need to understand these safety features will be part of the test drive from buyers from now on. Toyota spent billions of dollars developing these features and another millions of dollars advertising these features. If Toyota had any doubt that these features would fail in a walking speed test by average Joe under perfect weather condition, Toyota wouldn't have put these features on the new cars.

I scheduled the 5K and 40K services with Ms. Hong Ly for two of my Toyota sedans. I arrived on-time as scheduled. Hong is a wonderful lady who arranged the team to perform the services on two of my Toyota sedans at the same time. The services were finished 20 minutes by the committed time. What the great experiences that I had with this facility via wonderful service agent Ms. Hong Ly. Definitely will come again :)

I received a Money Carlo Match to Win game voucher from this dealership via mail, which is totally a scam. I hate this kind of lies used for promotion. They have to show their respect to future customers, not attract them with a dishonest and unethical marketing technique.

Brought in my car for a manufacturer recall and also have a engine oil change. Set an appointment on the phone. Lady on the phone was courteous. On day of appointment, service agent was prompt to look up past car services done in this dealership and also the previous one. Not only did they fixed recalls, oil change but they did a multi-point inspection (MPI) and included the details on the printout.
What's sucks is the long wait time for the shuttle service. Overall experience a pleasant one though.
