We had work down by Pier Magic Stl 1.5 years ago. Now we are having some issues, when I attempted to call the St. Louis branch I was told they are no longer in business. When I spoke to the Kansas City office I was told that even though the St. Louis branch paid them to use the name that they are not affiliated. How can a company that was paid by another entity to use their name not have any legal obligation to cover our "lifetime warranty?"

Elected to use PierMagic for basement repair. Obtained estimates from several vendors. Selected PierMagic for job as they offered the best price and had excellent customer service. The crew including Cory, Jose and Rene were focused, skilled and efficient. There was a minimum of jack-hammer dust at end of job. PierMagic is highly recommended.

The PierMagic team knocked it out of the park! They went above and beyond to ensure that we had all necessary beams and epoxy for cracks. We feel 100% better knowing they did such a quality job. Thank You!!!

I can't say enough good things about Roger and his crew. They have done work on my house a few times and each time they did great work, were prompt and were easy to work with. I would recommend these guys for work!

I want to say that PierMagic Is the only company I will ever let touch my foundation... I had a crack from floor to ceiling in my laundry room when we had the drought a few summers ago. the Gentleman that came out from PierMagic was the only company that I got an estimate from that recommended I do nothing, but water the foundation..... All the rest of the 4 other companies I called wanted do from 8k to 20k worth the work!!!!!!! I did what he suggested and the crack sealed on its own..... It was under a covered deck the its impossible to get water in the crack. but none of the other 4 companies I call said a word about it could seal its self when the drought ends.. They just told me my house was going to cave in...

Been trying to fix my flooded storm shelter by myself for several years with no luck. Up to 2.5 feet of standing water at times and replace with "good/expensive" sump pumps, but had major issues for the last 3 straight wet years. Wife, 3 kids, and myself HATED going into the storm cellar that was always wet and/or very damp.

Got tired and called 3 separate basement waterproofing companies at the beginning of June. 1 said an in-person estimate in mid-July, another in late-June, Pier Magic in a couple hours. So impressed with the service, plan, and estimate, I called off the other places. In 2 weeks, they were on my property. In 1 day they tore out 12-14 inches of flooring, hand dug the channel, laid the drainage pipe, hooked up the top of the line sump pump, installed the floor/wall drainage, and kept me informed in the entire process. On day 2, the cleaned/prepped the entire 12' by 12' shelter, and poured the new concrete. A week later, they "injected" material under the concrete stairs to prevent water getting onto the step and prevent sagging damage.

Throughout the entire process, in-person assessment, phone calls, follow-ups , andoand employees, everything was ABSOLUTELY professional and workmanship was outstanding.

Thank goodness all the professional repairs were completed. I just transferred all the severe weather supplies back into the storm cellar after the concrete dried and the concrete stairs repairs were just finished when on July 1st before 5:30 am, my Wife woke me up and said a Tornado Warning southeast of Buckner just popped up. Wife grabbed all 3 young kiddos and I grabbed our bag of important paperwork and bottled waters. I was personally not ready to see my entire family so relaxed. Previously, it was full of whining and crying due to the wet/damp conditions. This time, it was so non-dramatic, I wished I went there this company years ago.

I am just thrilled that this very seriously repair was completed is such a timely and professional manner. I hope to heavens that nothing ever happens to my family or my property, but Pier Magic has given my Wife and I such a good piece of mind that our little family is as safe as possible. I very rarely give good reviews on anything, but with my family running into a storm shelter at 5:30am and not hearing a single complaint from anyone, speaks volumes to the work and our decision to go with this company.

Company did a great job and at a fair price. Crew was great, showed up on time finished on time and was very respectful. Crew kept me updated to what was going on and answered any questions I had before, during and after job. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The PierMagic crew was very professional, on time and courteous. They completed the job on schedule and left our basement nice and clean. I have recommended PierMagic to neighbors and friends.

If you are looking for foundation work alone, they do a good job. I would not suggest them if steps or other concrete work need done. Steps were not done right the first time and still pool water in 2 spots. They seemed rather surprised that I would want to reuse the iron railing that was here. Still finding gravel, nails and screws in the yard 4 months later.

Pier Magic gave me a free estimate on a house I was planning to buy. Most companies were'n't willing to do a free estimate for a house I didn't own yet. Rob was very professional and came on short notice so we could get the estimate during our inspection period. He explained the issues he saw with the house and we decided not to buy the house because of the major issues he found. Thank you Pier Magic and Rob for saving us from a very expensive mistake! I would recommend Pier Magic.

After 2 years the piers they put in cracked and all the slipping is back. Even worse they will not get out and fix this. I have been calling them since Oct. Twice they told me spefic times they were coming to fix the work and did not show up. It is now July and over 1/3 of my building has slipped again and will need a lot of dry wall repair after I get this fixed.

The guys who came out were friendly but kept smoking in my garage after being told not to. They also left their lunch trash all around my basement. Had a few issues with location of pumps and even though it was resolved it was do to compromise on my part. Did not feel like I as the customer was a true priority. We had to hire someone else to come in and touch up the concrete so we could finish the floors. Detail work was not great. Would have been fine if we were putting carpet in. The system seems to be working great just disappointed in the details for the money spent.

Roger and his crew were nothing short of amazing. I got my foundation repaired, a drainage system installed, and sump pump installed. From the get go we had to make changes to the plan due to having a deck in my backyard, but they adapted and overcame no problems. They were very knowledgeable on the process, on the different items being installed and how they worked, explaining every step along the way, and answering any of my questions. When they finished in the afternoons they would clean up any messes they made from their work that day, making it look like they were never there. When done cleaning Roger would discuss/show me what they did during the day and tell me the game plan for the next day. The first day we had to call out a plumber to move some water lines and fixed a sink drain pipe that had separated when the plan changed, and they told us they couldn't come until the following morning. The crew adapted yet again and adjusted what they could get done until the plumber showed up. When he arrived the next morning they worked around the plumber no problems. The following day after that just when it looked like everything was going smoothly, and when the crew was laying fresh cement they heard the water line bust. It was spewing water everywhere, and directly onto their cement. I didn't have a meter key handy to shut the water off. Roger and one of his guys followed me to the meter, his guy ran to get a wrench to shut it off for me. If it wasn't for them I would have had water all over my floor and their cement. Once the water was shut off the crew decided to dig up that section of cement for fear that when the plumber did arrive later that evening, after they had left for the day, more water would drop from the pipes and ruin it. After the plumber left that evening I noticed the kitchen sink drain was leaking again. After doing some handy work to remove the water pooling on the cement, and to avoid ruining it in another location, I called the plumber to come out yet again for the third time. So again on the last day Roger and his crew had to work around the plumber's mistakes/corrections. They relaid the cement they had to remove the previous day and finished the job. Despite having to work around a plumber, and despite having to make last second changes they never got frustrated. They were always professional, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do any foundation repairs. They, like I said earlier, we're nothing short of amazing. Very professional guys, and that's with them driving an hr each way to my house. They were great to work with, and we're confident we made the right choice in choosing PierMagic.

*** Update *** PierMagic made this situation right with us today. The owner and everyone we dealt with was apologetic and pleasant. They came to our home this afternoon after missing the 8:30 appointment this morning. They were efficient and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We are pleased.

Sadly, we had a less than satisfactory experience with Pier Magic. They didn't make it to either appointment they made with us. We had to call them to find out they weren't coming AFTER arranging to work from home both days so that someone could be home. Lots of excuses but none that didn't exemplify a poor way to do business. Then they had already provided us with a contract but the last time I called them they said they had failed to tell us they should be charging us more. Our experience was not a good one.

Last September (2014) we had the opportunity to use the services of Pier Magic to install 12 piers and lift our basement to level the floor. I was most impressed with the professionalism of all representatives of the company that worked on the project. They were most helpful, timely, courteous and efficient. I have no reservations in referring friends to the company.

The crew arrived on time, they were always professional and pleasant to be around.

The work area was always safe. After the digging and filling was completed. The crew cleaned and swept all areas. Except for the concrete patches in the garage, I would have never known that they worked on my foundation.

I would highly recommend PierMagic. Part of our foundation where the sewer line exits the house had been under cut by previous owners. PierMagic came in and supported the affected area in a fairly quick time frame and for less than I had expected to pay. Almost a year later I finally took down some things they had left in place so the concrete could dry only to discover an apparent crack in the sewer line where they had been working. I called them up to complain and expected them to fix it. They were quite courteous and sent someone out to have a look. After a brief investigation it turns out I was wrong and in my poorly lit basement I mistook mold lines on the pipe for a crack, something that if I had investigate more thoroughly I would have been able to figure out on my own. While the issue was my fault PierMagic was professional about it the whole time, not once did they try to get out of responsibility or blame me the situation as I tend to expect from companies. Not only that but the representative that came out was respectful and never made me feel bad or guilty about my obvious mistake.

The crew did a wonderful job of getting the work done 2 days earlier than I expected. The entire crew was very helpful and made sure my dogs did not get out. The clean up work was well done and made all the difference in the world. Alex explained all the steps as they went along and keep me in the loop. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Many thanks to all Pier Magic personnel for making this experience go so smoothly. I was very apprehensive and worried before they started and within the first morning I knew things were well under control.

Alex and his team were great came in did the job and cleaned up the area.

I had them out to do some interior waterproofing and downspout work. The crew arrived on time and did a good job going back over what the job was going to be. The crew was respectful to my property and cleaned up very well at the end of the job.

Alex and his co-worker placed piers under our chimney foundation. I was happy with the work performed and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They were professional and courteous.

Pier Magic installed piers a few years ago for my foundation and recently it seemed that my porch area was moving some. I called them and they checked it out and sent a crew out to dig down and check the piers out. They opened it up, tweaked the piers and had everything back in place like they had never been there. They were done in a day. Awesome job and the foreman Kiel was friendly, knowledgable, conscientious and helped me understand the process. I trust this company and recommend them highly.

My initial interaction with PierMagic was not as positive as I would have liked, however I give credit to the company for reaching out immediately upon learning of my frustrations and doing more than enough to try and win my business back. They were responsive to my requests and accommodating of my timeline. I did use them for a portion of my overall project and was pleased with the results.

Alex and the install team were outstanding. Very professional and he explained the process with a desire to completely address our water issues. Can't recommend this team highly enough.

I did not have work completed by Ronnie but he is truly an honest guy.

We unfortunately had another foundation company recommend $15k in repairs involving piers in the garage. Ronnie recommended bracing in our basement, but said we could also wait a bit if we monitored the movement. Both said the other s repair was not needed.

They had totally different measurements too. Ronnie showing 1/4-1/2 inch variances and the other company up to 5.25in variance!!

Two totally different results. Of course, we didn t know who to trust.

Ronnie understood our position and recommended we get an unbiased third party inspection and told us what a reasonable price would be for an inspection. While I m sure he would have been able to provide a good recommendation on an structural engineer to inspect, he suggested that we make that decision alone so there would be no chance of bias. He stood by his measurements and assessment.

After the third party inspector finished his review, I shared Ronnie s measurements and he concurred that Ronnie has been honest the whole time.

We decided to monitor the basement wall for bracing repairs later. We know exactly who we will call if the basement wall moves any further!

John and the whole crew did a great job. Had some problems but they did their best to make things right. Had 19 piers installed and done in a week! Very hard working crew that was on time every day and did a good job of restoring back to original condition. Highly recommend them for foundation work.

Kiel and his crew did an amazing job.... even my neighbors commented on how great of a job they did leaving the yard like they found it. They were courteous and helpful though the entire process. Doing foundation work can be very intrusive and worrisome but they made me comfortable.

Rene and his team were professional and kept us informed during the entire process. They were wonderful to work with and did a great job repairing our foundation.

I had two walls straightened and water proofed and 6 piers installed. The crew did a lot of work in 1 week and when the job was done I ll say I was pleased with the results. We had heavy rains the day after the job was complete and my basement remained dry. They were flexible with my requests as the job went along.

I had a second foundation wall excavated repaired/waterproofed by this company. John came out and got me a reasonable quote. Alejandro and his crew performed the work and I have to say I was very satisfied. They cleaned up the outside mess from the work and made sure that during the work plywood was laid down to minimize damage to the lawn. I will continue to recommend this company to others.

I would stay far away from this company, the sales team has no idea what they are doing, and will bid a job incorrectly, and miss major structural points. As well as having no care for the home they are working on, they seemed to rush threw the job with no care of how the end result would be and left the crawlspace a complete mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone

We had the crew out to install piers this January. Freezing temperature and the whole crew did a great job with smiles on their faces. Excellent experience.

I am very pleased with PierMagic. My wife and have been delaying calling a foundation company for a while because we were afraid of what they would tell us. We had cracks in our walls both inside and outside and they were starting to get bad. We got estimates from two other foundation companies to see what it would cost to fix our home before having the work done.

They gave us a complete breakdown of everything that needed to be fixed. They were honest and priced well. We had 10 piers installed to fix the cracks and level the house. We liked that their work came with a lifetime warranty. Overall we trusted them to do the work.

From start to finish they were professional, efficient and followed up to be sure that we were satisfied. I was not expecting this kind of service out of a foundation repair company. I would highly recommend them.

I procrastinated about having my foundation repaired for OVER a year because I had so much anxiety about it. We had 75% of our home piered by Pier Magic and they went above & beyond what I expected! I had 7 foundation companies to my home before I chose Pier Magic and from their salesman, to the foreman, to the workers, everyone had a wonderful attitude and it was a truly great experience. They finished work today and put my yard back to it s original state. You d hardly even know that they had been here. 10/10 recommend. Wonderfully happy! PierMagic performed excellent for the job I hired them to do. PierMagic pulled the back wall of my 4-plex back in place. PierMagic excavated the entire back wall of my 4-plex They installed 6 anchors 21-23 feet into the ground along the back wall. PierMagic waterproofed 72 feet of the back wall entirely and wrapped an additional 2 feet around the corners. A corrugated blanket material was installed to direct the flow of water to a sump pit. The work they performed is going to protect my building from water for decades! PierMagic installed a sump pump and directed the drain out to the street away from the building. The crew was very respectful and courteous to myself and to my tenants. The project was completed in a timely manner. There was small damage done to a concrete patio during excavation. The concrete was repaired upon request. PierMagic went above and beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend PierMagic for any waterproofing, foundation repair or concrete work that you need.

Cody and his team onsite were absolutely incredible. They added in drain tile in our basement, dug out our window wells, graded our backyard and added in a french drain.

They were professional, efficient, and extremely helpful in answering all our questions. An overall great experience!

Cody the general manager came by our house to complete a review of our situation. After measuring and giving me our assessment. He stated that he would hate to charge us thousands of dollars to fix the small slope in our house if it was not going to move anymore. He let me know that houses will shift and then stop and not move again. He said our house was fine and he would suggest waiting 6 month and check again. If it hasn't moved then we should not do anything. I was so impressed. He was so Honest! He wasn't in it just just make money. It is so rare to fine contractors who are honest and not wanting to fix something just to further their own interests. Great folks!! Thank you!

We had a great experience with Alex and his crew. He took a lot of time to explain everything and answer questions, was kind and courteous and seemed to really know his business.

Today we had the guys from Pier Magic out to install their Poly Drain system in our basement floor. Originally, they were supposed to come out Wednesday, but due to inclement weather, they had to reschedule for Friday. I understood the dangers of the road conditions and was not bothered by them being concerned for their crews safety. Luck was on our side that a job was cancelled, so Pier Magic sent two crews out to complete the job in one day. They arrived at 08:30 am and were finished and out of our basement by 2:00 pm. I was very impressed with their cleanup, as it was very muddy with all the rain over this last week. You couldn t tell they had been in our basement other than the fresh concrete they poured over their drain system. Alex, the foreman for one of the crews, was very professional and took the time to explain to me what they had done and future tips for not damaging the Poly Drain when we start framing out our basement for remodeling. From Dierk, the salesman who came out to give us our free consultation, to both crews that were here, it was a very pleasant experience. To give Dierk his credit, we had another competitor out for a free consultation after him. We felt the competitor was trying to update us on added features we were not interested in. After calling Dierk back with a few questions after the second bid, he simply said those are options, but looking at your foundation, you do not need any of that done . We knew then we were making the right choice in hiring Pier Magic for our repair. As a matter of fact, I was talking about the repair being done on our home today at work and another coworker mentioned he was having a basement foundation issue. After seeing their repairs and me singing Pier Magic s praises, he plans on calling them to come out to assess his issue and get a quote for repairs. I will try and post some picture of their handy work to this review. I would highly recommend Pier Magic for any foundation issues you may experience in the fun enjoyment of home ownership!

I had an unusual problem with two large outdoor columns that were rotting due to poor initial construction. These two columns supported a large bump-out of my home which included the kitchen and master bedroom. Being that I live in a log home, if this type of repair was not handled correctly, the whole house could be affected and out of alignment, so to speak.

Jeff and his crew did an exceptional job securing and supporting a section of the house while the two columns were under construction. His crew was very professional, they were attentive to my questions and cleaned up the project site. I would recommend PierMagic again, without hesitation. A big thanks to Jeff, his crew and office staff for a job well done.

Kiel and his crew did an excellent job on our foundation repair. They were here four days. Arrived at 8:30 every day and worked until 5 or 5:30. They cleaned up nice. Enjoyed the crew. I would recommend them completely.

I would not recommend Pier Magic. They damaged my boiler and and refuse to fully compensate me for the repair. After the work was complete I noticed a leak from my boiler.I had my appliance repair person come to my house. He concluded that this was the fault of the recent work Pier Magic had done. I spoke with Pier Magic who where skeptical that they had done anything wrong. After paying thousand for the foundation repair they nickel and dimed me on a $300 repair to my boiler that they damaged.

I would use another service.

We were having some drainage issues in our backyard. They came and dug a new drainage system for us that has completely taken care of the problem. The crew was attentive to detail, and provided fast, quality work. I would highly recommend!

We had a several piers, a drain system, sump pump, and membrane installed about 3 years ago. Although it has never leaked since the work was done, we did have some bolts pop off the piers (because of the record amounts of rain we had this year). I called Pier Magic to tell them that some bolts had broken off. I thought they would just come and screw them back in and be done. Alex and his crew fixed them AND ADDED 2 additional piers at no cost to me! They also redid some of the drains and membrane when they saw that the earth had settled around my foundation. Their workers were extremely hard working, respectful and reliable. I definitely recommend Pier Magic! In fact, both times they have worked on my basement, my neighbors have commented on what a hard working, friendly crew they were.

PIER MAGIC... NOT!!!!! AN UGLY, HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE!!! I paid these so called professionals half payment down on a large project at my home, they totally screwed up the job then kept most of my money. I have never had a more stressful, pathetically handle experience, and I have remodeled 12 homes. It has been 2 years since I dealt with them and I am just now trusting to have workman in my home. I was so terribly burnt by these individuals. I WRITE THIS NOW BECAUSE I SHUTTER AT THE THOUGHT OF OTHERS DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AND BEING HURT BY THEM. I consider myself very business savvy but I was taken for a ride, relieved of my money and dumped. Please proceed with caution!
