Pier Magic gave me a free estimate on a house I was planning to buy. Most companies were'n't willing to do a free estimate for a house I didn't own yet. Rob was very professional and came on short notice so we could get the estimate during our inspection period. He explained the issues he saw with the house and we decided not to buy the house because of the major issues he found. Thank you Pier Magic and Rob for saving us from a very expensive mistake!
