Brought into ER by ambulance due to a hard fall at home. I was treated great but my wife was not. She was made to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours not knowing what condition I was in. She said the nurse out front was rude, and just kept saying give us another 15-20 minutes. She continues to ask for updates and is told nothing but you have to wait. Pitiful response with no compassion for what a person is going through. We don t want to be here but sometimes we have to. Out front nurses need to stop and think about how we feel not knowing anything about a loved on instead just pushing people away.

I went and the staff was ignoring a elderly woman in a wheelchair who was having a panic attack in the waiting room. Then I was seen by a nurse taken to the back and they put me in the hallway. I noticed that the staff was talking about the patients behind their back and making fun of them. They took a urine sample after a few hours and a CT scan but just left me in the hallway again for hours. No blood samples no Doctor nothing for pain or even water. Finally the same nurse gave me my results said that she would be back with release papers and pain proscription. I waited another hour. A male nurse finally checked on me and went to get the release and script but waited another 40 minutes. Came back gave it to me then was released. Everyone else seen a doctor but me and checked in on everyone else sometimes but me. But what really got me was how they were making fun of the patients behind their back. So cruel..

I went in to the ER, yesterday, early afternoon. The waiting room was packed. Patients were so rude. The staff never slowed down and went above and beyond. I was on an iv in the waiting room. You would think I would be overlooked after that. No, they continued to check on me and even bring me crackers as slammed as they were. Wish I could recall the name of the one who took care of me, but I was in rough shape. Amazing experience though.

Worst hospital ever! Please go to Fayetteville anywhere but here! Worst customer service and a nurse name Clint had the nerve to tell my sister that she was making too much noise while she was having a seizure. They actually rolled her out while she was having her seizure! I am completely appalled and this will not be the last you hear from us! On top of that, she had two seizures and they did not admit her, order a MRI, or have a neurologist to come see her! How can you not admit a patient who s having seizures in your care??? I will definitely be sending in a complaint and she better NOT get sick again tonight after you released her without proper care. The administration on call will definitely hear this complaint as well as the patient out care organization! This is horrible. This is the night of 09/13/21

Piedmont Newnan was a great place to visit to be healed from Covid-19. I would have given them a five star but I must say that the culture of the E.R staff needed much improvement. The E.R. doctor immediately asks everyone why they are not vaccinated, in front of everyone in the hallways, as if they are already not at a vulnerable point in their life. They don t make you feel welcomed and safe, which I feel is very important for healing purposes. Dr. Jones I believe his name was seemed to have lost his sensitivity. Also, I felt as if my symptoms were minimized. If you couldn t breathe you wouldn t be able to talk. Dr. Jones was terrible with this. It was almost as if you had to prove how sick you were while there.

On the other hand paramedic Nicki was so understanding and helped me heal by listening to where I was struggling at. She gave me recommendations for healing at a pace that I could handle and that would not send me into a coughing fit. I felt as if my EXPERIENCED mother was taking care of me. 6th floor. Nurse Lisa ans Dr. Kevin Sullivan. Tech Hakimah and all other techs and nurses that took care of me understood that healing was not only regaining medical strength but also knowing that bedside manners make the patient feel less scared.
Five days after discharge I received a phone call from Dr. Sullivan, as he said he was just checking on me. AMAZING CARE is all I can say! Please look up everyone who was on my shift after admission. Thank you Piedmont Newnan!

Now, Piedmont Fayetteville is the worst! Such a disgrace

When you have a family member in the ICU it would be nice if you can call to check on them without the nurses being disrespectful to you or lecturing you on you're own health. I just want to know the status of my family member that is in critical condition nothing else. Hopefully my family member stabilizes and is able to be moved elsewhere anywhere would be better then where she is now.
UPDATE: It's now been two weeks with no response from the case manager after leaving voicemails asking to call back, every doctor and nurse has a different story about how she is doing one says I need to let her go another says she is the best patient on the floor. This hospital is awful please just get her stable enough to move her this is beyond ridiculous.

I've been staying in med surge overflow. I had Angelica and Rose. Angelica was really doer. These ladies gave amazing care and provided great customer service. the the was then today again in med surge 30 overflow, I had Kelly. But to me the most proactive nurse I've had period was Tammy. She followed up. She was on top of everything. She checked on me many times. I was really super impressed with her. Sheryl was also fabulous. She was alone nothing dropped. Shelly was a super nurse too, I'm sure I'm leaving off someone. I'm so appreciative of the care. Shelly was also super. And the charge nues Lily.

Dr Edens is the most loving and caring person that I ve met in this hospital. He is very professional and knows his duties as a health care provider. My 13 year old child was treated as if it was his own it doesn t get any better then that! Thanks Dr Edens you are One of a kind!

I use the doctors and staff at Peidmont hospitals alot..my entire family uses the Doctors, technicians, staff there..last year I was admitted about late September. With AFIB and heart disease..between Newnan and Atlanta I was there for about a month u think..everyone I came in contact with from nurses and doctors , technicians, the kitchen staff..all were entirely professional, but very caring..I was on the top floor..the nursing staff was amazing..I remember, have never been in a hospital. And because of covid,...but tge staff assured me I'd be fine ..and guess whay..I was where I was suppose to be and everyone treated me like family and were great...I still have heart problems and health issues, but its getting better and will probably not be %200 better with what I got, but its incredibly great to know that I have such a great second family at peidmont newnan as well to help.me through health problems...ive heard I am on way back to getting healthier...but its slow ..but I'm still happy with my progress...thanks Peidmont..I wish I could give 10 stars
