They never answer me, I just know that they are out of business from Google.
PicoBrew doesn't have phone support, you need to contact them through their website. Usually you'll receive a response within 24 hours.
Piss poor customer service!! Have left them multiple emails at 3 different addresses, and have received no reply from anybody! They do not have a phone number to reach them at either...
Have had multiple issues with the machine and the customer service is awful. Would definitely have bought a different product if I d known they wouldn t stand behind theirs.

Bought a Picobrew C and love it. Great customer service. They get back to me often in a matter of hours.
Only downside is shipping cost when ordering pico paks and products is very expensive unless you spend over 75 dollars.
Fraud, Out of Business Comapny...Returned over $1000 worth of product to them in MAR2020. "Doug" responded stating it was with "accounting" at the beginning of APR2020. They stopped communicating and have not issued a refund for those items. No response from their general email, phone, Tom, Tim, Doug, or any of them. They are going out of business and stole money from consumers. Glad you are out of business.

Customer service use to be good. I was one of the first to buy the Zymatic and Keg Smarts. Now I cannot get an answer of the error #1 my machine is telling me. Cannot brew.
Well at first the customer service was good then it turned sour, takes to long to answer my questions and are avoided even as if I buy equipment from them it s 1/3 of the cost for shipping I asked about a discount on shipping to cover the troubles I was having with the machine, that was a no go, just. Got explained that s what it costs outrageous shipping and that s what they have and side tracks my additional questions and never answered directly
I purchased a Pico for my wife as a birthday present, we had an issue with it but, Doug responded almost immediately at 6pm on a sunday, we got our replacement unit within a week, made our first awesome beer and also it made the most amazing Steak with the Sous vide option , they have responded to all my emails quickly no mater what time or day they have been sent ! 6 stares if it went that high ! can't wait to make our next beer !
