Another unethical company stealing or paying to get your private email without consent, then spam you with ads. Using RCS to do their dirty work. I have never had an p&P or RCS card or have done any application for any services, so there is no way they could have used even that option to spam me without consent.

Pick n Pay currently has a promotional campaign wh...

Pick n Pay currently has a promotional campaign where tickets from our Springbok rugby players are given for a certain amount (every R150) of purchases. It is advertised everywhere in your stores with flags, but when I inquired about it at Paarl Mall, after spending more than R1 500, the short answer was: We don't have tickets.
Now I would like to know why advertising and promotion if it is not yet available?
I was picked up quite a bit because my 5-year-old grandson really wanted to gather it.

Good morning

Good morning
Yesterday I purchased some milk online for the office and saw that on special it was R59.99 per 6 pack.
In the way home I decided to pop into the PicknPay store to do my personal groceries and was surprised to see that the SAME milk was selling for R69.79
I am confused as surely PnP has STANDARD pricing for the same item no matter where I purchase it.
I find this unacceptable as you are messing with your customers. It is FALSE ADVERTIZING. I am APPALLED at this and would like an explanation.

When you wait since the 25th of March for a refund as they messed up an order. And its now 9th of June and everytime you email them you get an automated email how busy they are then you honestly give up. PnP online shopping sucks. They dont process refunds. Honestly I would not advise anyone to buy from PnP online. They wont refund you for their mistakes.

Took R400.00 worth points away from my Smart shopper card without any notification.I phoned twice in the last 2 weeks where I was promised they will refund it. It never happened. Must I still be a Pick n Pay customer or must I cut my Smart shopper card and delete their App from my phone?

Overall, the complex made a good impression. It was however obvious that some "work" is in the process of being done in the vicinity of the auditorium as an open space has been converted into an open office area. This creates an impression of untidyness. Trust that this situation will soon revert back to normal. Public bathrooms are clean.

I just came here a few times to visit and ended up staying for lunch at the cafeteria. The premises at this head office is amazing. They have meeting rooms that have great feels about them, and just in general the facilities are really top-class clean and well looked after. They look after their workers!!!

Pick n pay is one of the most frustrating places t...

Pick n pay is one of the most frustrating places to shop! Unfriendly staff, couldn't be bothered to greet customers. Act as if as the customer you are an inconvenience coming in to shop there.
I want to buy a lot of rolls, I'm told "you can't buy so much, I need it for other customers" - what the heck am I then?
I woupd like cash back, and I need change with one of the R200 notes.., I'm told "you can't get I don't have change" - I'm like OK so if I pay for a chocolate with my R200 note how are you going to give me change if you don't have money in your till?.. I'm still refused, so I paid for some tic tacs, and guess what... I got the change, then I bought tic tacs with another R200 note and guess what... I got the change I needed at the end of it all, with fight, rudeness, unprofessional staff.
I bought stuff on special online total of R10k, I paid & chose delivery date. When it wasn't delivered, I went to go check, the purchase hadn't actually gone through. So I contact online team, explain the situation and ask to try again.. I'm responded to with an email saying "you didn't receive an email confirmation so this query has been solved" I respond to say, read my email properly, see the attached screen shots showing I had the stuff in my cart, please assist me to get this price again for the items. Again emailed back the same thing.
This is just 3 examples of the service I'm given...

I do weekly shopping for work, I spend about R10k weekly.
So as a result of Pnp's pathetic service lack of professionalism, rude employees, they've now lost my support. I now do shopping elsewhere!

To the owners of Pnp - your staff are loosing you money! And a lot of it!

Today was our anniversary. Three years of happy ma...

Today was our anniversary. Three years of happy marriage and a beautiful son to celebrate. My wife bought two of your PicknPay branded free range chickens from your Hout Bay store 6 November and decided to make me a fit meal on my return from work tonight.
Thank you for spoiling the occasion.

I wonder how it is that you have not yet recognised that a chicken, be it free range or not, will taste like the food it is fed? It was awful! What the hell did you feed this animal? Was it really free range? I sincerely doubt it. My wife cut the other one up into pieces to make soup for our son. I dread to think what he actually ate. Your greed for profit compromises the satisfaction of your clients. I want a refund. I want to punch the person who has insulted my intelligence with his/your corrupt attitude. The bad taste in my mouth is overwhelmed by the strange chemical aftertaste of the chicken and a distinctly nauseous sensation in my stomach from the portion I ate so as not to upset my wife. Come and collect this toxic thing from us please, but I advise you wear protective clothing. I will not even consider burying it in my garden. I want you to know that we have decided to vote with our feet. You may well refund me, but there is no way we can ever believe that you will change your ways based on this complaint. Regards, Mitch and Sveta Dunn, 3b Chestnut Drive, Hout Bay

Awesome experience from Pick n Pay clothing store in Century City Canal Walk. They took my details promising to call me when they could get the item I was looking for when it was not available in their store. I left the store feeling that I would never hear from them again. Lo and behold yesterday they called me to say that they had sourced the item and it was ready for collection. Fantastic service!! Thank you.

I was at Pick N Pay,Kenilworth Centre @ 9 am asked the information desk if the liquor store returns empty beer bottles as i ussually return them to buy more beers. The Liquor store cashier Zerelyn was standing there s well and listened to my question and replied with no the liquor store doesn't return empty beer bottles as this is not the first time this has happened. It was a very unpleasant experience, then demanded to speak to thee store manager and he came a few minutes later.Elton the store manager then again explained that they don't take empties on a Monday, then i told him but that is not what Zerelyn the liquor store cashier advised, she advised you that the store doesn't return bottles at all and still didn't ant to assist me and i replied then i will have to go somewhere else then, because they turn customers away.
The things is i don't understand how individuals are trying to make there jobs easy and lying to customer and don't put there egos in there pocket or leave then at home when dealing with other parties.Moral of the review don't make you own rule, put them up for customers to see instead of telling one story to another.
Have a good day.

I would like to say thank you to the Pick n Pay store in Soneike Kuilsriver for the excellent service. I purchased chicken from the store and it went off due to load shedding and cold chain was probably being broken in their perishable foods. I only expected the chicken to be replaced, instead with immediate attention, Brian Visser and John showed so much concern about whether my friend and i was ok as we ate from the chicken. They sent Steven Phillips and Elzaan Adams to my work place with a refund of my purchase, compensated me for the dr bill and a bouquet of beautiful flowers. The apologies was so warm and heart felt i felt like a queen. I reside in Maitland and can tell you this much, i will go all the way to the pnp in kuilsriver Soneike branch just to do my shopping. Thank you guys, i applaude you for such good service and hope you are being recognised for all your hard work. kind regards...Vanessa Brooks

Pick n Pay Hermanus treats Black employees as if we are animals on their farms.

All Black people and Democrats must boycott this vile company. It's enough they flog Black employees in Gauteng, when will it stop?

Our money is the same colour and this they greedily grab. I will not spend a cent at Pick n Pay as long as I live.
