This was the first time in 20 years I've had my blood drawn and not passed out. Elaine was great!
Not open for testing... would have been nice to note that on the website!!!
Elaine was fantastic. I normally have huge issues getting blood drawn - they blow the veins, dig for them, can t find one at all to start with, etc. I have a huge phobia of getting blood drawn because of all the horrible experiences I have had. I got my blood drawn today and it was quick and painless, Elaine is the best person who has ever done a blood draw on me.
I go here on a regular basis due to taking blood thinners. The main Phlebotomist, Elaine, is excellent! My veins are usually hard to find, and I've had numerous issues with nurses, etc., not being able to easily find a vein, but not Elaine! She finds a vein easily, and I hardly feel the needle! She is great!
Elaine is a goddess. The best blood draw I have had. Didn't feel a thing.
My experience today was the best I ve ever had at a medical lab. I was attended to almost immediately. My phlebotomist reviewed my orders and escorted me to the area of blood withdrawal. Her name was DeDe Adams and I hardly knew she was working on me. She had the magic touch!! I am so thankful I had her do my blood draw. She deserves a gold star!
