I have been to temp agencies before, but never a "staffing service". They assessed my strengths and weaknesses. Then found an opportunity that fit my skill set and a work environment that matched my personality. I went into Prestige looking for a job and left with a career.

I am a Prestige employee managing a group of 15 people at present. I am in my 6th year with the company. I think Prestige is a great company to work for. Upper management are friendly, have a sense of humor, and are easy to talk to. After checking you out on the job, their management style is to let you do your thing. Prestige is very good at matching employee skills with the right job. I have seen many employees get hired, gain experience, and advance on to higher levels on a career path at other companies. Prestige also has its own long-term employees. I know three people personally who have over 20 years with Prestige. If you are willing to be reliable and do a good job, you will be happy that you applied to Prestige.

I worked for Prestige as a contractor for about two years. I felt that I was treated well, and I am grateful to have been hired as a fairly recent college graduate with no relevant work experience. I feel that I was given the tools to succeed as a lab technician, and then was able to get management experience after being given a chance at a supervisory role. I feel that without this position, I would not have been able to move on to further my career. The experience I gained helped me to get a great response when I began to apply for more permanent roles.

A lady named Mary D. Stauffer talked to me over the phone and assured me this was nothing like a "staffing agency" and that my husband would be employed directly through the company hiring... however when he made the drive from Dayton to West Chester the paper work he was filling out was a staffing agency paper work that said he would be working for the agency and they could terminate or stop employment at any time.... so Do not believe this woman... She got his resume from career builder.... If the job sounds too good to be true, it is... and when Mary tells you it is NOT a staffing agency and goes into great detail how they are in no way like a staffing agency she is telling you a bold face lie!

It's a woman owned business, but from my experience she's just a prop. The day to day operations are run by a group of men who are not very personable. They all seem to hate people, which is a terrible personality trait when working with people. Do not recommend.

I've worked with Nic & Greg and both were extremely professional & helpful. They were very honest, upfront & communicated exactly what was going on each step of the process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I worked for Prestige upon graduating college and the experience I gained there was truly invaluable. I was placed in the Proctor and Gamble Process lab and through my work there I was able to get experiences with a company that is difficult to get into through its own hiring process.
The staff at Prestige were kind and welcoming when I went in for an interview. Greg Hunt interviewed me and even during the interview he was giving me tips on how to interview and what kind of questions I want to ask. It was my first job out of college and I was unsure what the appropriate questions to ask were. The fact that he was helping me during the interview made me feel like Prestige would be a good place to work for.
Once I accepted the position my optimism was reassured over and over. My lab manager Bill Fulmer was more than accommodating to my training and he also helped me with any professional progression questions I had.
The only reason I am not there any more is because I chose to go back to school and change career paths. I also find it significant to note that when I informed them of me leaving I was met with congratulations and excitement for my endeavor. I have been at some places who only care about how you leaving will inconvenience them. This was not the case with Prestige. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone who is looking to better themselves professionally as well as enjoy their working environment.

I worked with Nick and Greg. The hiring process as far as paperwork went by quickly and they did find me a decent about a week later... HOWEVER! I was let go because i got called for jury duty that required 3 fridays in a row. I let my supervisor at the job site know, and asked for help to get out of it...NOT for the days off, but to get out of jury duty. Needless to say, they smiled in my face as if they would help, and instead of even ATTEMPTING to help. They sent greg to RUDELY call me, not listen to my situation, LIE about ehat I said, nor show any compassion. But to only tell me after me busting my butt and working hard at everything for only 2.5 weeks on the job, that needing 3 fridays off (mind you not 3 consecutive days) "isn't gonna cut it"... Ignored my questions, just said "there's nothing i can do, what's done is done so drop your badge off" ...NEVER AGAIN!!
