If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been calling them since 11 am I work 2nd shift. they called me first I've been trying to get a hold of them my bill was incidentally thrown away so I have no way of paying online or by automated system. Terrible company I don't recommend and then the Dr. Office can't tell me how much I owe yet they can take payments I'm trying to set a payment plan..
Its a real shame when your work for the company and dont get even a percentage of discount as an employee like every other company even walmart and kroger employees get a discount because they are employed for same company. Shame on you ADI/phydata for not recognizing this for your healthcare workers.
There were some errors in how I was billed that my Doctor's office made, and my bill was sent to collections. The folks at PhyData helped me solve the problem. Everyone there was very courteous and helpful.
Very unprofessional. After making 2 payments on a radiology bill, they sent me a collections letter! They did agree to do a payment plan with 4 payments. I paid 3 then on the 4th and final I could not get into the website to make a payment. I keep trying to call them and the automated system does not recognize my account number, and when I press 4 to talk to a representative, I keep getting email. I have left 4 voicemails in 5 days and still no call back. They must not want their money too badly. What a joke! I would not be surprised if they are billing me incorrectly too! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
If I could give a zero I would. I ve called for 2 months to update the insurance and no one ever answers. Ever. So I mailed the statement back with the additional insurance info. No changes made but they are now sending me a final notice. I ve been responding since the first notice. I m not convinced they have employees, just an automated system to pay them.
