We have been using this company since 2007 and Phoenix Fire has never let us down with their professionalism, quality, and have always met our tight schedules. Their billing department does a great job as well.
I have worked for Phoenix Fire Protection for nearly 8 years. I have honestly never worked for a company that is as dedicated to clients and employees as Phoenix is. From the President of the company, to the newest hire, we are one big family. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and happy employees. As far as I am concerned, if someone wants an aesthetically pleasing, code compliant, mechanically sound system installed by professionals with great attitudes, there is no other company to call. For me, I will retire at Phoenix, because this company has always treated me well. Go Team Phoenix!!!
Very sloppy company and I dont see it last much longer. They have no respect for each other, they under pay they're guys. This company truly is a joke.
I have only worked for the company a short time, but I feel my apprenticeship is going nothing less than great. All of my superiors have been very nice and quick to share knowledge. The fitter I work with everyday has been great to learn from. He has patience and helps me with everything I have any trouble with! I love working for this company.

I don't know who Suzanne Samuels is, but I own Altitude Trampoline Park, and have had nothing but great experiences with Phoenix Fire Protection. During construction they updated our 40K sq foot facility with quick response heads on the fire system. Since taking over the space almost 2yrs ago I have had some small leaks with the original pipes that were installed probably a decade ago. Anytime I have reached out to Phoenix Fire they have had some one out here ASAP to replace pieces of leaking pipe. Replacing the pipe 25ft up into the rafters and sometimes above trampolines is a difficult project, but it's always done quickly and correctly the first time, I definitely recommend Phoenix fire.
