Great service. I smashed my phone. Called up Nelson. He told me it would take about 10 minutes. I ran over and true to his word, it took probably less than 10 minutes. I would so recommend this place to everyone!!!!

The phone spa is where it s at, I ve known the owner for many years. He s very trust worthy, honest, nice, helpful and gives the best deals. I ve sent a lot of my friends to him for him to fix their phones because he s the ONLY one I would trust. If you have anything wrong with your phone this is the place to bring it too. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!! I went in for a simple screen replacement on an iPhone 6s plus after being told that their other location was open until 8 because it was closer to my location (it wasn't). Called in to the main store 'Jay' answered said he was closing soon we told him we were up the street and would be there no more than 5 minutes. he worked on the phone maybe all of 5 minutes total. I left at 8:15 because he was also attending to other customers. The job was just a screen replacement everything else was working perfectly. No network issues no battery issues the touch did not have a lag. The phone was purchased new less than a year ago. Now the color on the screen is completely off (the white looks more pink than anything). The touch does not work properly. The battery does not go pass 5% even after charging the phone for hours. As i was typing this my phone restated 10 times. I had an emergency last night and could not get a hold of anyone nor could they get a hold of me because of the phone. The only reason i am going back there is for some answers.
Very Good repairing our phones. We need more stores like this place in Los Angeles and other places. We are from Iowa. But we had very good recommendations. This is the best place. This place is busy but they do a great job. If you don t pouch them. We know if you want a great job, you need to wait for that. Great place and faster. All the employees are very nice. They were prompt in returning a diagnosis and gave me a honest opinion, from which they did not profit anything for the company. As I had to buy a new computer, I decided to build one and they were helpful with recommendations. I took my new computer parts to them for setup, and Mr.Nelson and his technicians had set it up the same day.
I canceled my plan and work with another place who said they would charge me for diagnosis so I canceled my work with them and planned to come here for work. At first I hesitated because they had only phone repair reviews. But they do computer repairs too.

These guys are awesome. I smashed my phone before I was about to travel so I needed a really quick fix. I was in and out of here in 30 min and it's a really great price. The new screen is slightly different but you can't beat the cost- they also have a coupon on yelp for a discounted price! They saved my trip!!
