This is a great location! The staff was awesome. They took care of us in a timely manner and gave us a great vehicle for my trip. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone traveling. They took care of me and I felt safe in the car they provided. I ll be back!
WOW what an experience! Our shuttle driver was super nice, the reps at the counter were super upbeat and answered all of our questions. As we headed outside to pick our rental out we were greeted by big smiles with such a welcoming tone! Hector got us into an SUV that fit our families travels needs and he was super nice and answered all of our very many questions! Thank you enterprise and thank you hector!
Joanna, Marlon, and a 3rd agent whose name I lost were all excellent. Went above and beyond for me when another local enterprise tried to screw me over and upsell me. Matched the rate online as best they could. Enterprise as a whole kinda sucks, but these guys were great.
I have been here couple of times now. There were no cars available all the time. I have to wait for extra 1 to 2 hrs to pick up my car. I have reached out to the customer care 2nd time and they confirmed me that I can pick up the car at the enterprise station, but have to wait again for long time. What is the point if having a reservation?
Chris was a fantastic representative. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They didn t have the car we had expected when we arrived and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with what what we drove away in. After dealing with another company previously I am blown away at how much better this experience was.
One name: Nicholas Berg. He knows the in's & outs of everything involving anything...seriously. he knows more about the car classes than corporate office, and will work with you to get into whatever you can afford--and then some! That man took care of me--now my wife and I will be enjoying the roads in a 2021 Audi Q7! Thank you, Nick! This man is awesome!
The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful! We told him we had a 6-hour layover and I wanted to see the beach and hit in-n-out. He recommended we go to the one on the corner of Washington and Manchester as opposed to the LAX location. And once we pull out of there we could take Washington all the way to Venice Beach. With the traffic in LA, he hooked us up with the best directions. I even had time to hit the Santa Monica Pier thanks to him!
Easy and quick pick up and return. But major issues with damage claims. Did a walk through pointing out blemishes prior to driving off with the car and apparently it didn t get written down, so now we are being pinned for the damage. The damage wasn t even mentioned when we returned it - presumably because we had that pointed out prior. It wasn t until later that evening we got a voicemail stating the issue - voicemail didn t have a call back number or the name of the person who reached out to us. Called enterprise back, well a 24/7 enterprise was supposedly closed when we called. Sent 2 emails over the last 2 weeks with no response, multiple phone calls and getting transferred through many departments and couldn t ever get in contact with the enterprise location we worked with. More frustrated with their poor customer service and response over the blemishes. Lesson learned, don t trust them when they ask you to point out blemishes on the car, take your own pictures and video with a time stamp for proof.
We were so happy to have a caring representative spot that the car initially slated had lingering smoke odor and ensure we were happy with the alternative. Of course we had fun while she got the word which car it was, agreed on a Volvo. I am a Enterprise Plus member and for years have had 100% satisfaction with this car rental company across the USA
I had a great experience renting from this Enterprise location. The staff were all switched ON and very friendly and eager to get you the car you want and have you on your way. The Enterprise location is located upstairs. I was really impressed and will rent again.
