Fun place to do a car show with extremely friendly and helpful staff

If you need an Oktoberfest fix this is a good place. Or if you just want to people watch!

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are delicious and the crew is attentive and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we enjoy a lovely time. highly recommended.

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. I truly liked the environment of this spot. Awesome spot to take my family out for dinner.

Terrible, lousy planning, the best band (Sonora Santanera) played only 4 songs.

I can see why the place only has 4 stars. it should be 6 stars, but it does get packed in there and the wait could take almost an hour. BUT very well worth it. Great beer, great food, love the place.
they also do beer garden a block down, also great.

BEST German food in Anaheim and a great place to knock a few back!

A nice size German restaurant. Has a lot of windows so you don't feel claustrophobic. I bet this is a beer drinker's heaven! For the first visit, I ordered the sausages. The spicy one were too spicy for my liking but hubby enjoyed it. The smoked one is my favorite! I got sauerkraut which was ok, but the red cabbage was good... Service was a little slow that day however they were checking on us often enough which was good. I gave four stars only because the small things that I mentioned that can be improved. But we'll definitely be back there again! Looking forward to the October Fest menu that starts in September!

Good food and atmosphere. Prices are a little high but I will still go because of tradition with family and friends.

Love this place, lots of German culture and entertainment. Great for kids to learn too and great food and beer.

I LOVE this place!!!!! I'm pretty picky and I eat at the Bierstube pretty much once a week (I love hanging out there on Friday nights when they have Renate who sings German favorites and Frank who plays accordion.) The food is seriously good. Favorites include the pot roast sandwich with Gruyere cheese and the Rouladen and the German style potato salad. They just added a few new menu items too that I can't wait to try! My current favorite beer there is the Shefferhoffer (Grapefruit flavored!) Also in the winter time nothing hits the spot like a bowl of the goulash soup (it's like a hearty beef stew).

Also- they have the BEST Oktoberfest!! Getting excited about it already and it doesn't open for another month and week. Not that I'm counting.

Nice place for their New Year's Eve bash. All inclusive dinner and dancing. For a buffet the food was good. The band was ballroom danceable. Fair price. Made you want to get dressed up.

This spot never fails to deliver. They have fantastic food for affordable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.

Not a bad spot if you are looking for a cheaper drink outside of honda center. They just always seem to be closed or having a private event the last few times I have tried to go. Kostritzer Schwartz is the best beer they got

I've really only been here for Oktoberfest and not any other time so I guess this review is mainly for Oktoberfest at the Phoenix Club.

It's more low key than others places so that's a plus. During Oktoberfest, event parking lot is for valet and all other's are street parking. Entrance fee $10 if i remember correctly. Everything here is cash, converted into ticket, but there are ATM's available at the venue. Tickets need to be purchased in order to grab some grub and brew.

If you're a newbie to the Phoenix Club Oktoberfest the ticket system might be a bit confusing. You go to a ticket booth, pay them cash, they give you tickets. You use said tickets to purchase food and grub. Most other Oktoberfest in SoCal just uses cash from what I remember. Tickets are 5=$20, while 2 tickets = 1 Pint of beer. Same goes for most of the food.

The food and beer here are so so. There is the traditional German food, Schnitzels, Bratwurst and beers. But the lines are long, food is fair and parking is fair.

Its just like grandma's cooking . Meat with Meat. There is a dance hall and restuarant as well. Lots of parking . Kinda off the beaten path . Super clean and well organized.
The raddler beer wasn't that authentic but all the other beers were great

We had an absurdly large group and they managed to get us set up the food was great and the live music was a lot of fun. The regulars didn't seem too keen on having a large group of new people around though

Stopped in for lunch with my husband. Had the beef roll and the schnitzel. It was delicious. Would recommend for German food.

Love this venue! The restaurant has great food and the rooms can be rented for parties and weddings too!

Many choices! Great atmosphere . Food looked better than it tasted but I give it 4 stars as The food has a German vibe.

I have grow up at this place it's like a second home to me. Being apart of the dance group has been the best part of my life it's so much fun with all the events that happen. The best place for families and friends to have a great time.

For many years this is been a great German restaurant. There probably are better in Germany but the airfare going to Germany kills the deal. The snitcel is over the top.

Friday night Oktoberfest is not as eventful as Saturday night Oktoberfest. This year's Oktoberfest beer tasted too sweet. Great bratwurst though.

Food is ok. It was packed and one waitress. She did a good job.

I would not use this facility for any event nor would I spend any money at their events such as Octoberfest, simply the coordinator Linda couldn't care less if the employees steal from you or wreak a car in the parking lot. Happened last day of event an 'inside job' termed by Anaheim PD and Linda could only say "I can't believe it" when an ATM was taken from what was a secure area and only a handfull of Phoenix Club employees have access or a key. The car in parking lot with valet mind you the front end was ripped off on the driver side, if i was the owner I would file a lawsuit against the valet company and Phoenix Club which I am sure the car owners insurance company will do
My best advice do not come to this location without both eyes open and be wary of employees as they obviously hire theives and if you have an event you need to feel like your guests are safe from this kind of behavior
Linda refuses to pay for the loss and has the attitude not her responsibility but she hired everyone in question - does this sound like someone who really cares about others?

I'm here at my grandsons prom, I love how things are managed, the security and vigilance of the teens, as for the food it's delicious, everyone should experience coming here

We had heard this was a fun place with good food. Glad we listened. Definitely a place we'll visit again next time we're in town!

I recommend this german restaurant. Food are authentic. Sausage is soooo goood!

Judy and Ruth were exceptionally helpful from the time we booked them for our wedding reception till the very end! They took care of everything. The food was amazing, presentation was incredible! The captain Ilan was fantastic, was there for everything we needed. The room is beautiful! Two weeks later people are still talking about how wonderful it was! Couldn't have asked for a better reception. Will definitely recommend them! Thank you Judy, Ruth, and wonderful staff for making our day so amazing!

I had a lot of fun at a 50th birthday party the Phoenix Club is a very nice place and I really enjoyed their business and professionalism

If you crave authentic German food, this is the place. I thought nowhere could be better than The Amanas in Iowa, but I was mistaken. Best German meal I've had outside of Munich!

I was here for 2018 Octoberfest.
We had a good time and the food is pretty German.
Just one thing, it is extremly expensive. Beer $10, Bratwurst $10, schnitzel $12...
Entrance is $10, fine if the beer price would not keep going up every year.
To the organizers: if the beer gets to $12...enschuldige, we won't be back.

I adore this restaurant very much. there is a great air. The food is good. the service is powerful and the crew is trained. The price is fair. very much recommend.

Oktoberfest is always a fun time at the Phoenix Club! Multiple beer stands. Multiple food stands. These potatoe pancakes with apple sauce is always good seasonally treat. Fun little pop-up booths for shopping. Parking is terrible.

Wonderful German food near Anaheim. A real find fir us as we were just visitors to the area.

I will give 5 starts for the food in a heart beat.
But service is not that great. A server called Robbin is slow and rude. Unbelievable that managers let a rude server by herself on a busy day. Too sad!!
When they Change the way they treat people, I will certainly place a 5 star here, Because for sure good deserves it.

Good bratwurst and German beer, the venue is nice but if you have to park in the Ducks parking lot it's $20!?! Kind of outrageous to take advantage of people attending functions here.

They serve a good breakfast and other meals. Good value.
