We had a great time at Oktoberfest, but the beer lines are longer than I'd prefer.

First time being there and all the people were very friendly. I will be going again.

Great atmosphere for oktobrrfest. The beers were a little bit on the pricey side, but they were imported. I didn't get the chance to try the food but it looked pretty good.

Very well organised and accessible spot. They offer large portions and for economical prices. I liked the meals a lot and the waiters were very affable and explanatory. Recommended.

Food excellent for Mother's Day buffet. Great hoffbrau house environment but it's a shame, at least on that day, no German speaking employees anymore.

Totally empty on a Wednesday night, but great service and even better food.

Everyone I know that's eaten here loves it. Good food, nice atmosphere. Service was fine even when busy. This is going to be a regular visit.

You can't go wrong with a reservation at the Phoenix club for special occasions. When I lived in California, we would have Easter brunch here and the food is phenomenal. The Thanksgiving spread I just experienced is top notch, and all the staff members are really friendly.

Went for their Oktoberfest and had a wonderful time. Great selection of German beers and the food was pretty good, too. Definitely will try to go next year.

Great food! Tasty authentic German food. Menu has all our favorites and great dessert too. And of course German Beer that's served in a boot!

I'm out of town took the family on a Sunday for dinner it's a small place but we were able to get a table to fit it's all they had music going ..one was playing the accordion and the lady was singing beautiful songs in german and people would be dancing and it was authentic German food authentic Germans and just had such a wonderful time drinking beer and eating our food it was a blast. The food was marvelous and we had so much to take back

The Bierstube is still a great place to watch a soccer match over a cold beer. Their selection of German drafts is as good as it always has been. The food in the kitchen took a pretty good turn for the worse. I brought my kids in a few weeks ago, since last visiting the Bierstube a few years ago, and was disappointed with our meals. Kind of like what you'd get at a fun park. A quiet place for a cold one and a game though; good as ever.

Tucked away between the Honda Center and car dealerships. My parents used to take me here as a kid. Now i take them here. The Bier Stubbe is the best!

I attend the Orange county chapter of California Society of Enrolled Agents monthly meetings here. The food is always famtastic and the service is top notch.

We went during Oktoberfest, but chose the restaurant rather than the tent. We've eaten in most of the Southern California German restaurants and this is the best of all that we tried. The sauerbraten was unusually good. There was an raisin bread that we had not seen before that we all enjoyed. One of the beers offered was "black beer". It really was black in color, but the flavor was not strong. The apple strudel could have used more apple and less raisins.

This place has lots of cool German stuff! Have a look sometime. And the restaurant food is grrreat.

Sorry, but the food here is horrible. I can not recommend it. This is from both myself and my wife feeling this way. I have eaten Herman food before so I do know what it should taste like. Poor quality food. I did not try the bar food so maybe the bar appetizers are better but if you want a meal forget it. You pay 5$ for parking when there is an event at the Honda center. You can walk there

I love this place. Having lived in Germany and enjoyed the food there, I can honestly say this place offers some of the most authentic German food around. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the beer is almost as perfect as it is when I visit Germany.

Man how I've missed some good German food. Dining al fresco was quite enjoyable with some surprise live entertainment as well. I had the schweinschniztel, a pretzel and apple strudel and must say, other than the pretzel which was quite ordinary, it all came off as quite authentic and delicious. Definitely a great place to bring the family or a date.

Great food, great place, expensive food but totally worth your money.

We had a great time, they spaced out the tables, plenty of ventilation. Food was great and the beer. My friends and I had a great time. See you next year

The Phoenix Club great family events for special ocations. Plenty parking space.

Just attended a catered event here and their food was good, the employees helpful, the space was good, well lit but easy to darken for presentation and it looked nice but not distracting. I well have to return to check out the rest of the large complex, bar & restaurant.

Making the most of an eclectic menu, we got ourselves a wide set of dishes, each of which nearly disappeared soon after making an appearance.and steak stood out as clear favorites, the food and service overall, were excellent.
Their 'first come first served' approach doesn't make it easy but this place is worth visiting and repeating.

Staff is rude & condescending, food is boring & mediocre. Will not be returning.

The street fries was a BOMB! They probably triple fry it i don't know what they do but it's amazing.
The amount of German beer variety they carry (bottled and tap) here is pretty fantastical, anything you can't find elsewhere you can find here.
Also is probably fun for sporting events.

Delicious traditional German dishes, bratwurst, wienerschnitzel, Saurbraten, spaetzle, carved meats, salads and breakfast items. Fantastic buffet!

If you are ever in the mood for some German culture or German food, this is the place to go. They also throw October fest here but the other time of the year this is a great spot for a awesome German beer and an authentic bratwurst.

I visited on September 22, 2019. The visit was unpleasant. A pickle was given with my entree that didn t taste good. When I requested dessert to make up for it, I was not given a choice.

Fantastic German brunch will go again very pleased with the service as well

I went here for the Japanese Festival. The location was sprawling and great for the outdoor festival.
