I ordered my unit took 3 weeks to arrive no problem I wasn t too worried about that due to covid19...I install my unit and My AC and Steering wheel controls aren t working everything else works great but I need the install code to access these features to sync it with my vehicle I can t get in contact with them to save my life. I only receive automated responses and this could be resolved so easily all I need is to access my install set screen but without the access code I m stuck and no one will talk to me smh so I m riding with no AC smh.....

I don't recommend anyone order from Phoenix Automotive.

1. They are just ordering from AliBaba and upselling it. You'd save money by going directly through AliExpress/AliBaba.

2. I work in I.T. for a living, working quite a bit with Android devices in my line of work.
It took me SEVEN HOURS to get this to a point to be somewhat working. Their support sucked and never could get it working.

3. The company is SHADY! I reached out for an RMA as I could not get this working. I heard nothing back for a few days. I emailed them and was told that they would get me an RMA "soon".
ONE WEEK LATER, I emailed them again simply stating "Still waiting". I had an RMA and a shipping label within 5 minutes...
THEN, when I returned the unit, they claimed that there was a scratch on the bezel (they didn't provide a picture of this) and refused to refund the full purchase price due to the (supposed) damage.

Customer service is absent, I didnt even receive the product and i was turned off.
Had been asked by them to provide details of my car's head unit which i did.
Again asked for details via google docs, which i did.
No replies over the next few weeks so i decided to start chasing it up (christmas period understand that i wont get a reply for awhile)
Then i get an email asking for more info on my car which i provided.
Waiting and waiting i decided to yet again chase them up with no one responding to me.
I had enough and asked for a refund which suprisingly they responded straight away......
I asked them why they could not fulfill the order and they responded with "didnt reply to emails regarding the head unit". I then proceeded to reply with the attached emails showing i had responded several times....
Im still waiting on a reply

I installed the PX6 in my F150. It worked fine until 6 months later I smelled smoke coming from the unit and it ceased to function. I had to remove it and put the 4" OEM unit back in place. I wrote Phoenix numerous times to coordinate returning the unit for a replacement. They acknowledged the receipt of the request but have refused to respond. So I now have a $600 boat anchor. Phoenix Automotive does not stand by their warranty. I do not like giving bad reviews but I have given them multiple chances to stand by their product. This was order # PAF2495

I bought this item I had to wait about 2 weeks before I even received the item,,, the item comes from China which it isn t a problem but wasn t told to me before placing my order... moving right along finally got the product had it professional installed the following day,, less than 24 hours stopped working I had to send the item back,...Now I m waiting on a refund and they telling me it s going to be 2 weeks smdh!!! I don t know what to say about this company I took a chance but I refuse to take another L....

My personal experience went well! The lack of customer service and the fact that it s android based are the only issues I had but I received this system and I am very pleased! I have a 2017 Basic Dodge Durango SXT and this screen brings it to life! It shipped two weeks after purchase, I chose express shipping and received it 2 days after it shipped. 16 day lead time is ok for good product in my opinion! Easy install, plug and play! All functions work as normal! If you re pondering, Go for it! Reasonably priced 12 inch screen! If anything happens within the next couple months I ll be sure to update!

I highly do not recommend anybody buying from this company this is a scam artist they will tell you anything and everything just so you would buy something then you re gonna have to wait for the product up to a half a year minimum. After all the wait My product came in and it s faulty doesn t work!!!!!
No they don t wanna pick up the phone or do anything!!! I have contacted better bureau to help me resolve this issue!!! Don t make the mistake I did!!!!

I called Phoenix Automotives and talk to a tech named Chris. Chris was very cool on the phone and told me why my air condition wasn't coming on. He was patient and even answered questions that was off the subject at hand about the screen. I truly am pleased and happy with the service and recommend Phoenix to everybody. Thanks Chris u truly educated me on this verticle screen.

Talking to a tech via video chat was a huge bonus. I was able to learn a few things that I wouldn't have figured out without the help.

It was a good experience to buy a replacement part and service with those guys. Thank you.

Awesome head units with tons of features and add-ons. Technicians are very knowledgeable as well.

Don't trust them they sell bad equipment from China that won't work and won't replace or give a refund.

Awesome product and great technical support by phoenix automotive. I highly recommend this product. It makes your vehicle look refresh and modern. Totally satisfied with my product expectations.

Best in-dash entertainment system on the market. I have a 2019 INFINITI Q50 and was looking for something other than the old boring InfoTainment dual screens. The Px6Mk3 was the only option I found to replace the stock lack luster Infiniti one. After the install, Chris was very helpful in setting everything up. From settings to customization, he was very professional and answered all my questions. If you're looking to replace your stock system, check out Phoenix Automotive. They are the best manufacturer for aftermarket head units.
