Good location, accommodation, dentist, dining hall and the pub. Staff are friendly and rooms are well presented and spacious.

Good location, the rooms are nice and big.
They miss it a little more, it could be better. Breakfast rich and varied. For every compliment.
But lunch and dinner are not up to standard. Not everyone is in the mood for lightly roasted / undercooked meat, a bloody neck or chicken drumstick is not appealing.
The kitchen would have to work hard.

A gorgeous hotel in the heart of the city with only a few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is very friendly and speak perfect English. The rooms are very spacious and the king size bed is more comfortable. Unfortunately, the WLAN does not work very well in the rooms, ma must log in again and again, because you lose the connection after a few minutes.
The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, different sausage and cheese, eggs prepared in different ways, fresh fruits and vegetables, ..... Even the coffee is edible.
For the guarded parking garage you pay 6 EUR / night.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax for a few days from everyday stress.

The best place in the city. There are good amenities, especially the wellness center, as if you are in another city. And as an object is different from oatalih objekata.Ima and restaurants with nice views. Simple place for all the recommendation. Every compliment and even more success.

It is located in an excellent location, within walking distance to the city centre, and many other attractions. Staffs are friendly, and rooms are spacious and clean.
Parking garage available.

Rooms are clean, quiet and secure including amenities such as a safe and minibar.

Breakfast was pleasent with a good range of foods: from cooked such as egg and bacon, to cold meats and cheeses, there was also a few choices of cereals and pastries or yoghurt and granola etc. I was let down by their "English Breakfast Tea" which really did not hit the spot but this is only a minor complaint. The balcony on the 5th floor was a great place to dine in the summer.

More serious complaints are against the reception and check in, anyone considering staying at this hotel should know: they do not need to hold your passport for half an hour to check you in and they definitely should not ask to hold it without you present. Should they attempt something like this insist that you won't leave without your passport. I don't know why this was said to us but I find it extremely shady.

Secondly: despite booking a room for two we were initially placed in a triple room with three single beds, when we asked to move we were told that this hotel does not have double beds. The website does mention this however it is still a disappointment, this hotel is certainly aimed more at business travel than couples.

It is a 4 star hotel. Not much wrong there. :-) good service, taestfull food.

Good hotel. Food delicious. Rooms tidy, clean. The hotel has a SPA Center that can meet some of your expectations. The central part of the hotel is a covered area is an interesting garden solution where you can have a drink. There was also a kind of stage. there were probably some cultural events.

Clean, comfortable, food more than good. Tambourines are correct. Elevator excellent. The only thing that does not have Serbian channels on TV

Because on the fifth floor you can feel very closed !! It's not like feeling downstairs, where space is open and there is air !! Personally, at least that was my impression !!!

It's in beautiful city subotica (SERBIA). I went there with friends and spent 2 nights 3days , rooms have good space and very clean, also they have good room service, tasty and healthy breakfast, good location, very accurate price......

It looks clean and well managed. Has a great craft beer bar that has over 100 beers for consuming.

Nice, comfortable, has a fitness center and a welness center, more conference rooms, in the center of geodesy and has very good food !!
