Best Cheesesteak in Tampa!! I always pay for double meat. Also try the Old Bay French fries they're delish!!

Great cheese steak place. I have family from the Philly area, and they approve. Good prices, and a nice atmosphere. Friendly service. I wish they would carry even more Eastern PA products (soda, chips) at their location, but what they have is good.

Good place. About $12 gets you a large Philly cheesesteak, small chilli cheese Fry and a 20oz drink.

They have fountain head brand soda, which is real sugar and not corn syrup. That's a plus.

The chili cheese fries were good, not amazing but they were inexpensive.

The Philly was a great size, the steak was kinda bland, but was better with salt added. I got it with provolone, peppers and onions.

It all fed a grown man and 8 year old.

Absolutely wonderful! They have the most authentic "Phillies" that I have come across in Florida! Great food, friendly atmosphere! If you like a good cheese steak, this is the place to go!

Not the best cheesesteak by Philly standards but for Florida, it's better than most Philly cheesesteak sandos that you can get in the area

First timers here, we both ordered philli cheesesteak subs with the garbage fries! So yummy! Lots of flavor! Very welcoming, happy staff that are very proud of their restaurant.

Love this place!!! As a nurse we are always ordering food (we dont usually get to eat) I have turned everyone on my unit on to this place and they always comeback and say it was amazing. Friendly staff and orders are always correct, as a picky eater this is extremely important to me.

Being in the customer service field, the blonde female in the front needs a bit of work. Common things like you re welcome when thank you is said, instead of an annoyed look and nothing said at all. The food is great. No issue there but this is the second time she has rubbed me the wrong way on a visit. Bad luck, maybe?

I have the Philly cheese with provolone I think there were mushrooms on it but I couldn't tell I did see green peppers I couldn't tell if they were onions on it either it was quite dry the meat was very good they just need to add more veggies maybe Slice them bigger they slice them real small

Tastes just like home!! The cheesesteaks are amazing and taste just like the ones I grew up with in South Jersey.

We Ordered Fried Ravioli, an Italian Hoagie, and a Buffalo Shrimp Hoagie.
We watched as the "should be delivered by" clock ran out on the website, after being 20 minutes after "should be" time, we called and were told "it hasn't even left", we called back around 3:20, concerned that we had now waited 2 hours, to get 2 sandwiches and an appetizers. We didn't even receive our food until 3:45. It was hot, thank goodness so that's why they're getting a half star. The food was average, and tasty, however, after the horrendous wait time, I highly doubt we will be ordering from them again.

The service was excellent. Fast, friendly, and the order was exactly right. Delicious!!

I don't advise the egg salad. I had a big piece of egg shell in mine and it was bland. Also not used to $9 for a egg salad sandwich. Their philly cheese steak also didn't have much flavor. For the things I tried I wasn't very impressed. Staff was very friendly though!

I ordered a Roast Beef hoagie. I am very unhappy with the results. The bread is stale. I order with ONLY lettus, mayo and tomato. My sandwich had pickles, onions, oil, vingegar and a ton of pepper without my mayo. This is by far the worst tasting sandwich I can remember getting. What if I was allergic to onions??? I won't order from there again.

What?? I called to place pick up order and they knew my order and name! Only called in once before.. What a place!! Already amazing food, beyond over the top service. Love these guys!

Best Philly Cheese Steak I've had on the Tampa side. Second IMO only to Delco's in Dunedin, but make that decision for yourself. Steak fresh and well cooked, fries fresh, toppings galore (cherry peppers!!!), craft sodas, good service; I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a taste of Philly, give this place a shot and you're sure to walk away with a full happy belly.

Underwhelming . Can get an identical cheesesteak at Charleys at a cheaper price. Very disappointing.

I'm from P.A., and since I moved down here in the late 90's I've had a lot of good steak sandwiches, but never a proper, honest Philly. Not till I found these restaurants a couple years ago. These are hands down the best steaks around, and the only one's I know of that I consider worthy of being called a Philly. I don't get to one anywhere near as much as I'd like to, but it always makes my day when i do!

Don't count on details of your order being correct for delivery!! That said the food I would give 5 . I frequently order from here both dine in and delivery. I spend well over 100$ a month here easy often much more as myself and co-workers are huge fans of the food. But I always order a side of cheese wiz and 7 out of 10 times it's left out of my bag. Yet I'm charged for it every time!! I understand things happen but the rate at which it is missed. Usually I'm not the type to even call back to complain about something as I've worked in restaurants my whole life and don't want to be"that guy" but damnit check the orders! I don't want anything free just the food I pay for would be fantastic tho!!!

This place was pretty good. Very fast order. I walked in and did a to go order on Friday. I had my food in about 7 minutes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a cheesesteak for delivery and they called me back 4 times to ask me to provide my credit card number to them again. Either they were extremely incompetent or were up to something fishy. Either way, when I expressed my concern over them asking me so many times for my card info they immediately got extremely rude and defensive. I will never eat Philly Phlava again.

I Called And Advised The Gentlemen On The Phone That I Ordered The ChICKEN Not The Steak. Lady In Background Whom I Am Assuming Was The Manager Says There's Nothing That Could Be Done. She Mentioned I Ordered Incorrectly, Which Is Not True. She Made It Seem Like I Was The Problem. When In Actuality I'm Just A Pregnant Woman Trying To Support Local And Eat My Chicken Philly. I Paid For A Service And That's All I Wanted. And Even Added A Restaurant Contribution! See My Order Details Below For Reference. I Would Not Recommend Because This Could Have Easily Been Fixed, And Manager Was Rude And Unprofessional

The philly cheese steak was good not like the cheese steaks chicago but who can compete with chicago no one.

Got a philly steak and not that impressed...
They did have this amazing orang creamsickle soda that I've never even heard of that was tasty.

It's okay. Very small sub joint. The subs were just ok. The soda selection was lacking. The sitting area was dirty...the bathrooms were dirty...I'm not sure I would eat here again.

Placed an order at 3:39 pm, to arrive at 4:24 per email confirmation. Called at 4:36 and was told my food was on the way and would be here in a few seconds.

Called again at 5:02 and was told my food had not yet been prepared but they'd move it to the front of the line. I live less than 1.5 miles away. It should have been here in 20 minutes, just 2 cheese steaks and 2 fries. Didn't arrive until 5:40 pm - 2 hours after I ordered.

No comp or even an apology from the manager or the guys answering the phone. I like supporting local businesses but not when they treat customers so poorly.

This is not the first time our order was messed up or delayed but it wi be the last.

Born and raise in Philly.The meat was thin and overly
cooked. It was okay The roll was fresh and delicious. If it was amoroso rolls they are best rolls. I give the roll a ten.

Absolutely the best "Philly" experience, outside of the Philadelphia area. Talk about authentic, the thin sliced ribeye steak and the Amoroso rolls come directly from Philly. Don't be fooled by others. At Jersey Mike's for example, I tried to find out what kind of meat was used for the cheesteaks, nobody at the store had a clue. So I emailed Jersey Mike's corporate and got back a reply that stated, that the meat used in their cheesteaks was a proprietary blend of whole muscle meats. Obviously not ribeye steak.

Ordered two sub's at 2:45pm thru their in house delivery service, currently 4:10pm and still no sub's.

Really really good! Chicken tender salad is delicious. I almost didn't have enough lettuce and I'm not mad about it. :)

My husband and I used to frequently order delivery from this place. We love the food here. However, our last experience was quite poor.

We ordered our usual steak sandwiches and fries.When they got here, as soon as we opened the sandwiches we saw they were made wrong.

We immediately called the restaurant to fix the issue. The lady that answered seemed nice, apologized and said she had our order and would have someone deliver the correct sandwiches.

Two minutes later we received a call from the restaurant stating that they had made the sandwiches exactly the way we ordered them and wouldn t be replacing them. I had the ticket and sandwiches in front of me and could clearly see they mixed up the toppings. I advised the person of this and they put me on hold.

When they returned they advised that they would send someone out, and that I would need to return the previous sandwiches. A driver did show up with the replacements correctly made and we returned the old sandwiches. I was extremely disappointed at how they handled the situation, though. All I wanted to do was enjoy my lunch. I was too upset at the way I was treated and will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that your business is valued.

Extremely difficult time ordering at the register to start. Got my sandwich to go. Got home, and did not get what I ordered. On top of it, prob the worst quality cheesesteak I've ever had.

The food isn't that remarkable. STEAK SANDWICHES leave much to be desired. I ordered popcorn shrimp once and noticed the shrimp wasn't cooked thoroughly! Aren't always the most friendliest The most appealing thing on their menu are their burgers and fries.

I use to like this place, visited all three locations,but the service and food was always hit or miss. The location in town and country had someone who spoke little english and while I was waiting for my cheesesteak dropped a roll on the floor and picked it up and put it back on the counter to use. I told her you need to throw it away. The Bloomingdale location was a joke,staff was more interested in making breakfast for other employee then taking my order. After I ate I could not pay because the mgr was at the bank getting money,so I had to stand around and wait to pay. I see they only have one location now listed. Geez I can't imagine why?

I ordered the philly cheesteak. I expected better taste since this is what they are supposed to specialize in. Took them a long time to make it and it was a bit pricey for the size. It was okay but not great

This place is incredible!! The employees are great the food is authentic to philly. We drive 40 minutes to go there for lunch it's worth the trip

The cashier seemed bothered that I wanted a classic Philly Cheesesteak. When I asked a simple question, she continued to play on her phone. I really wanted a Philly, so I drove 30 minutes away to get it. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Great portions for the price. Meat is fresh and cooked right every time. Although the restaurant is small, they also deliver fast and while the food is still hot.

i will be giving no stars because this place is a complete joke ...owner was rude as can be ....he was not helpful at allllll...i asked him why does he give out the smallest bag to fit a hoagie in...i cant fault the driver too much because they give the uber driver subs that are sticking half way out the bag ...my food was exposed ...i was given my food with a hole at the top...i dont not rec this place to ANYONE ...THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE...told me what do you want me to do about it .....zero stars do not order from this place

Ordered through grub hub, the kitchen was an hour late making my order making my delivery almost an hour and a half late and it was cold and un edible went out to get a burger instead. That's what I get for being lazy. when I complained they took 5 days to issue a refund now i have to wait up to another 5 days for it to post to my account. AAAAnd they would only refund $26 of the $52 order.

Cheesesteaks. I have had Pat's. I have had Geno's. These are better. Been eating here for years. Philly products also available. Definitely the best cheesesteaks in this area. With, With, With. They even have whiz.

Best Philly I've had so far in Tampa. However, everytime I go there I get cornered by cosmetology students and they give me a mullet...I mean I do the the versatility of the haircut but sometimes I like to be full business or full party.

Good steak sandwiches, fries and hoagies.go there not too far from home . Staff is very nice. The cashier unlady was phenomenal. I was simply so pleased to talk with her and watch how efficient she was with the cash register .she knows who she is. Thank you for the service I received

I used to love Philly Phlava at their location on Hillsborough avenue. I haven t had a philly from them in years. We came to the Carrolwood location for lunch and the philly wasn t as good as I d remembered. It was fine, but not amazing like it used to be. I m not sure what was different.
