I'm an agency Nurse and I go out there ALL the time. I've been a Nurse since 2010 and NEVER have I worked at a place that always puts residents first, cares about wounds, and CONSTANTLY educates their Nurses. Tamika, DON, I truely wish I had started working out there as a brand new Nurse! There is a reason your Nurses have been there 15+ years . Total family environment. I would put my family there
