We were on a bus trip with 20 in attendance .
The food was senior portion but good. I expected crab not a mini crab cake with a piece of fried chicken. Maybe in the future a choice of fish or chicken (for persons who don't eat fish) would be a choice. After all it should live up to it's name.
Hubby us here for 4th of July. If you simply love seafood-this is the place to come. ALL you can eat and offers many options. Food is delish! They have more then seafood, but since I only eat sea food I can t help you out there... There s always a line here but it goes by pretty quickly. Tried an adult beverage on the (summer time favorites menu). See pics you may can make out the name-I forgot it was tasty but didn t offer that kick haha... Total for 3 of us I believe came to like $130 not including tax.
Worth it? YES... if you go to other locations sign up for the rewards.

Phillips crab house is always the best place to go for CRABS and all your seafood desires: they are unbeatable. ,,Not your typical "all you can eat" seafood shacks. No gimmicks or cheap signage to lure you in. Just great ambiance, great service, and the best tasting seafood by far. we have been going to Phillips for 20 or more years and wouldn't waste our time and money going to the newest, flashiest crab shack. We are ALWAYS SATISFIED AT PHILLIPS, THANKS PHILLIPS!

Excellent restaurant! They have a whole variety of different seafood that you can choose from. The same thing applies for the delicious desserts. Staff are very friendly, and parking is easily accessible. This has to be one of the best restaurants of Ocean City! I would highly recommend going here if you are visiting Ocean City.

Great seafood. Prices are high but what you get for your money is worth it
Over priced $40.00, but they do offer a good selection of seafood and non seafood offerings. The had blue claws (only in season), snow crab legs, fried and steamed shrimp, crab balls, salads, steamed clams and raw, fried and raw oysters, very good steamed muscles. The staff were very attentive and friendly. If you go early when they open there is a special pricing during the first hour.
Oysters on the half very good! The best so far in ocean city! Petite crab balls also very good! Nice service!

Great selection on the seafood buffet including snow crab legs. There is something for everyone! Staff is friendly. A little on the pricey side but not overpriced for the amount and selection. If you are on a tight budget this wouldnt be the place to go.

unimpressive, cold ribs, cold and dry chicken. Tiny crabcakes. $22 pitchers of domestic beer, Ember's was better. Wont be back. 3 stars because desert of the buffet was impressive as well as salad bar our waitress was not.

Had dinner there tonight. Food selection was awesome as usual. Lots of people waiting but we got seated in about 20 minutes. Server Denise was attentive and fantastic. This place never disappoints! My only suggestion is they place the salad leaves before the other related items like tomatoes, cheese, dressings, as it's set up in reverse.
Very good food, grilled salmon was excellent and the chicken with sauteed shrimp and crab meat was excellent as well. Good eats, I recommend Philips!
First time eating at the buffet here in Ocean City. Twas an overwhelming amount of food. The crab legs were terrifying and quite juicy, and my friends kept flicking them at me. It ended up in my hair for hours. The chicken tenders were subpar and the ice cream dishes were too small. But the crab Mac and cheese and the garlic mash were on point. The line to get in looked intimidating, but moved quite quickly. No one rushed us out the door, we could have stayed the whole night! Our waitress was very friendly and the drinks were strong! I must admit, it was quite pricey. So, if you aren't super into seafood, I would suggest dining somewhere else.

My family and I visit this restaurant a couple times a year, during the summer months. Every time I go I recieve great service and food. I get their crab cakes often, which are to die for! Great location and a family restaurant.
Amazing food, I love this place so much. The only bad thing is that there is always a line out the door and down the street because it's so popular.

If you are looking for a great place to eat with a large variety of seafood and delicious side dishes, this is a place to visit. The buffet area is a little challenging to navigate during the busy hours due to the cramped space, but the food is well worth dealing with that little bit of aggravation. You will find meals that will please seafood lovers as well as non-seafood lovers and children. The overall quality of food and variety is so great that you can visit the place multiple times and find something different to eat even if you do just the buffet.
My family and I used to come here when I was a kid I haven't been back in 25 years and the food is just as amazing as I remembered it my wife and I both absolutely loved the food
I came here as a child with my family and made many a fond memory of dinning here. I am now grown with 3 kids, and couldn t wait to bring them, and my husband, here for Labor Day weekend. Wow what a major disappointment and embarrassment that I bragged this place up so much. The service was lousy. The mixed cocktail was watered down. The Early Bird Special fried trio was the worst meal I ever had, and gave me a stomach ache. I ve had better cod straight from a box in the generic section of my local grocery store. $100 bill for literally fried garbage. The shrimp had a chlorine odor. I ll never go back again and it s sad. It was around 5 p.m. on a Friday and the only people coming in were for the buffet. What a shame this OCMD staple has gone so down hill. It s sickening to charge families vacationing in OC such high prices for TV dinners.

An OCMD landmark. Very good seafood buffet. We were going to go to JatW, but took a look at it and decided to go to Phillips. We made the right choice. Plenty of seafood options and other options for those that don't eat seafood. Nice kids bar as well. When we were there it wasn't being stocked well, but we just asked staff and they got us what we wanted. Salad and pasta bars as well. Dessert bar had many options, cakes, cookies, and ice cream. Dessert were good, not great. Clean restrooms. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive.
Food was decent, but the bill was a disaster. We had a large party seated over two tables, and asked about splitting the checks. We waited 30+ minutes and it was wrong multiple times. The manager didn t come out to speak to us until the last possible moment.

Their seafood buffet is amazing. They have so many choices and everything is fresh. They employees work hard to make sure that no dish goes empty for long. Very friendly staff. Busy restaurant, but very big.
Every year we eat there the first night we come to ocean city three staff, service and food are always wonderful. Never had a bad experience and we've been going there for over 20 years.

Before 4pm buffet is a great deal in OCMD! Plenty of options. Take a walk around as there are several buffet areas that have some slight differences in offerings. Quick and friendly service. The sliced prime rib was way better than expected and the made-to-order pasta was a nice touch. Plenty of meat, seafood and other options, including desert.
Went on a recommendation of friends and the current reviews, it was not worth the money. Everything was very dry and cold. Definitely better places to go to in town.
