Very clean and spacious. I could remember when the Whitney Museum was in the lobby and it was even nicer. This lobby looks a bit shabby with more homeless sitting around and taking up space. A face lift in this area is much needed but other parts of the building is super great like before.

Took my children on their American Flavor tour in the corporate HQ. Was very disappointed they no longer give sample smokes to kids at the end of the tour. Juul was much more kid friendly.
Nice gift shop though.
