Pharmeon staff does not seem to enjoy their work. It seems as if they want to avoid working on the customer's website and prefer that the customer neatly transfers the money to them, but that they don't have to worry about it. Multiple employees spoken for different websites; all the employees I have talked to so far show little patience and are annoyed with simple questions during a telephone conversation of up to 10 minutes. I would never recommend Pharmeon to other companies. It is better to choose a company that works with pleasure and thinks about your website.

I have used a professional (physiotherapy) website for years, which can be easily adapted to individual needs, excellent support and a perfect basis for contacting patients online. Advertising for the industry!

Recently established the link of Pharmeon with CGM GP with regard to the patient portal and the "your careoline" app. 2 Software companies where the guidance and attention by Pharmeon stood head and shoulders above the rest. A helpdesk that answers quickly and sends it adequately within the company. A very pleasant experience with regard to proactive thinking and persistence of the CGM employee to solve it. Thank you.

Ikp had some questions about the security in the context of GDPR (within the Netherlands as AVG) and how the data is protected, via the Pharmeon helpdesk. The first email I got back did not contain all the information I needed to assess whether I could trust them with the privacy of my data. Sent a second email and got answers to my questions from Sami Shadad (Safety Officer), with the option to contact him directly. Spoke with this person for 30 minutes and explain what actions they take to ensure that access to data is properly secured, both internally and externally. There are authorized processes that allow internal access to the database or server.
We work with a 6 eyes principle, where the security is the last person who ultimately agrees to access to Databases, which are locally encrypted internally.
