Pharmapacks never disappoints! While I may look elsewhere, I always order from Pharmapacks because the price is always comparable (or better), the shipping is fast and secure, and the products offered allow me wide choices.

BEWARE: The product was twice the price of Target. I thought the price was for a double pack but the cost was double for just one item. I complained to Walmart and rep said they could not help as it was purchased from an outside vendor, but the rep assured me that Pharmapacks would contact me in 24 hrs. They never did. I would never do business with this company again. Inflated prices and poor service.
Update: I still have not heard back from anyone in this company.

Bought a display of 12 carmex lip balm from them via amazon, they only shipped one tube total, tried calling the phone number on the invoice and it's not in service. Avoid this seller

Pharmapacks are thieves and they should be brought up on charges or put out of business for price gouging during a pandemic. They charged $14 for a $5 can of Lysol. They also take your money and then will not send your merchandise. I ordered 3 separate orders from them on April 4 and on May 2nd and I still don't have any of the merchandise, yet they took my money the day I placed the order. I contacted them and no one got back to me. They are a bad business and should be closed down. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

This company sent me items that expired over a year ago on amazon. I missed the return date and then realized they were expired. Wow so upset and their customer service was terrible

Ordered from pharmapacks back on April 6, 2020. Never received updates on the products we ordered even after emailing the company multiple times. Eventually opened a dispute with PayPal, that is ongoing, and magically our product was shipped. Received it today May 6, 2020 and they didn't even ship the entire order. I have still not received a followup email to my refund request for my entire order or a partial refund for the items not shipped. I will never order from this company again and will continue to dispute these issues until I am made whole. Would rate lower if I could.

Ordered product from Amazon. Received broken bottles and liquid mess. No response for refund or replacement.

Ordered a relaxer kit literally 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. The tracking information says it was returned to the warehouse a few days ago, however I was not contacted. Been on the phone AND emailing customer service but they have failed to do anything. I paid for something I don't even have. They will not give me my money back. I've ordered from them several times but that was the very last time. That's $15 wasted on nothing. Please go to a more reliable place like walmart or amazon.

Worst ecommerce company I ever purchased from. They took money for items which were out of stock from last many weeks. Even after multiple followups they did not mention the items were out of stock and kepy saying the items will be sipped soon. Unfortunately these were medicines these were medicine for infant. I will never ever purchase anything from this store for the false promises. Stay away!

Not recommended. They sent the wrong product and it took 4 attempts and 1 hour to connect to a human during their regular customer service hours. They emailed me a return shipping label (after I refused to get off the phone until it showed up in my inbox).

We ordered form them and they took out money but they never sent us the product. They are a complete scam. Do not buy from them. The positive reviews, are few, and probably fake. Product delivered was not as advertised. The photo was misleading and of the wrong product.

I wish I could give this a negative star review. I ordered a 4 pack of Lysol disinfectant spray. When I received it today I thought it was a joke and had to check to see if this was my address, right company, etc. Absolutely disgusted at what I received. It was a box of 5 large candles that had grime all over them, box it came in appeared to be sitting in a garage for some time. I can't believe I even touched it, that disgusting. I'm still disturbed by this. Hopefully I can post pictures.

This is one of the worst companies I have every dealt with, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The first time I ordered, they forgot to send me the whole order. The second time I ordered, I made a small mistake, I ordered body spray instead of spray deodorant, same brand same scent, and they refuse to do anything to help me. They wouldn't do an exchange even know the product I wanted cost less, and they wouldn't allow me to return. Now I am out $25 and stuck with a product I will never use. This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Their customer service line is horrid and everyone is rude with an attitude. Good luck!

My take was that I would receive two packs, I can buy this from the dollar store for the same price and get a double pack, what a rip off!!
Crooked deal!

Order was delivered promptly and was as advertised on the website. Quality national brand. One concern when ordering over the counter medications or supplements online is expiration dates - these arrived with a very reasonable 16 months available before the expiration date. This is my second order from Pharmapacks and both have been good experiences. Recommend.

I have placed 4 orders in the past and have had good prices and fact delivery . Nothing but good here. Yes I am a real customer and not an employee.

Love Pharmapaks! Great prices, reliable delivery, no problems. About the free shipping on orders over $35: there are conditions. If you see a shipping charge, you have to click on the blue words to see the conditions, for example it must weigh under 10 lbs. Overall, it s a great place to buy.

Bought a dryer with one year warranty. Dryer has burning smell and screeching when used. Contacted their customer service. They replied that they are unable to locate the order. Running business without honesty. Not recommended.

Clairol BW2 tub lightening powder

very disappointed. I expected a fully packed 8ozs of lightening powder in the tub. Instead I got about 4 ozs in a plastic bag inside the tub. The purpose of me purchasing the tub was for it to last me a long time, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I wish you would let viewers see/know that the packaging is not what they expected. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING! I will be requesting an expedited refund please or another tub for FREE. GB

I have been placing weekly orders for a few months now and I've yet to have any type of issue! I still go through Walmart.com.

My orders always arrive in 3 days very neatly packed. I really like the boxes they use for shipping. They are very easy to open due to having a tab you pull that splits the box open right down the middle. (See attached picture) This is important to me as I have a major neck injury that causes extreme weakness in my right hand.

I love the fact that if I accidentally place my order a day late (which I've done at least 3 times) I don't have to worry because my package will be delivered on a Sunday.

As long as the product I order stays reasonably priced, Pharmapacks has a customer for life! I 100% recommend you give them a try!

I've ordered from here twice through Walmart.com and I couldn't be happier. My first order arrived a few days early and the order I received today arrived a week early (I placed the order 3 days ago). Everything arrived neatly packaged and in perfect condition. I was also really happy with the prices of the items I ordered. I was truly surprised to see all the negative reviews because I've had such a great experience both times I've ordered. I will continue to order from them as long as I keep having a positive experience.

Great store always cheap good and shipping on time!

The items were fair priced and arrived quickly. Would order from here again with no worries.

I order a 3 pack of a cleaning spray (thought I was getting the disinfectant version but I got the regular- May have been my fault). No matter what about the product they charged me $12.91 each bottle for a product that should have been that much for all three. Purchased from Amazon - shame on Amazon for partnering with them. (They will accept the return, I pay postage and 15%)

I've made several purchases directly from this company, as well as on eBay and Amazon. Never had a problem. Good value and quick shipping.

I have been ordering weekly for the past 6 weeks large quantities of beauty products for resale their prices can t be beat and always arrives on date they say well packaged my only problem was very minor I do order large quantities of the same item and a couple of times I have been shorted 1 or 2 items customer service is easy to deal with and reships the missing items quickly. I will continue to purchase here and recommend to my friends.

I ordered a product through wallmart when I realized that the product is not worth not that they charge me I decided to cancel but I could not, I asked to make a refund now I must pay the shipping costs and pay the same that they charge me more to return it , I feel ripped off HORRIBLE, AWFUL RETURN SERVICE

Horrible. Just horrible!! They should be ashamed of themselves and suspended from amazon and all other e-commerce sites for price gouging during the COVID19 crisis.

Purchased an item from their website at a really good price but they tried to charge me an extra $15 for shipping when my item was within their parameters of free shipping. I would have rated them 1 star but Mary, the lady who was assisting me, was extremely polite and professional during our 30+ minute long phone call.

Placed two orders on March 29, 2020, neither has been fulfilled, orders have been paid in full. Pharmapacks is selling same type of item on Amazon and has sold on Ebay, for higher prices. I purchased from Pharmapacks on Ebay during this outbreak, same type of item at much higher price with no fulfillment or shipping issues. Can anyone say, price gouging?

I placed an order that had a competitive price point & arrived expediently even during a shelter in place. I am happy with my purchase & would do so again.

I ordered some whiting strips from them through Walmart and it says there's only 2 day till I get it but then it says insufficient address or something which means they don't have the address, street, or any of this stuff oh and say undeliverable. Would not recommend highly at all.

I order March 27, 5 items only received 3 items May 12. The items I received are totally different from anything I order. I would even consider it a 1 star. Due to the representatives just send any items that they chose to pick up and package! Bad service

Wow!!!!! My 1st order and wasn't sure what to expect. The packaging for the liquid and fragile products, all in the same box, were packed in the best way ever! Each item was carefully and securely packaged and created a neat, organized and professional order. Nothing was damaged. The ordering process was clear, timely communications and prompt delivery.Highly recommended. I will order again.

I had free shipping + 20% discount and all arrived as ordered in one box. I didn't pay attention to how long it took but no complaints. Especially with the 20%, everything was cheaper than I would have gotten at Wal-Marts.

Amazing this company is still in business. Ordered replacement rollers for a Pedi Perfect and received a complete new Pedi Perfect instead. While we appreciate the brand new unit worth 5 times what we ordered and paid for, we still don't have the needed rollers. All attempts to contact Pharmapacks via phone and email have gone unanswered.

I ve ordered with this company on Amazon and now directly through them many times. My shipments have always been delivered quickly and nicely packed. Every item is great quality and well priced. I also like the fact they offer discounts if I decide to buy more of the same product.

I ordered soap from them on Ebay. They said product was in stock. They have yet to ship my soap its been 5 days. I messaged them twice, no common courtesy to respond to my messages or refund my money if items are not available. Also price gouging and what appears to be a scam. I will be reporting them to Ebay, PayPal, and the Better Business Bureau, not good business. Be careful when ordering from these people.

You guys sent me free crayons chalk. Never even ordered anything and I also don t have an amazon account buy if it s free why not I actually need chalk and while I m at it I ll be buying some stuff from you guys

Once again an order of mines is screwed up. I ordered Adjustables Air Freshener, Super Odor Killerz, Unscented, Solid, 7 oz, 12/CT and what I received in the mail today was 1 air freshener! Not 12, but 1! I can't wait to speak with these people on Monday!

I recently purchased A La Maison French Liquid Soaps (Rosemary Mint) from Pharmapacks. Previously I had purchased this same item from Amazon. Not only was Pharmapacks price less than Amazon, but my items were far better packaged. In fact, Amazon had just thrown the bottles in the box, and they leaked all over the other items. Pharmapacks, on the other hand, wrapped each item individually and taped the top of the bottles so they could not accidentally leak. Thank you Pharmapacks for packing carefully and delivering so quickly I will definitely be buying more items from you in the future.

This is the only place I can find Pine Brothers Cough drops, I consistently order them from here and have not had any issues. I am complete satisfied.

This company is a scam. Bought something on eBay and they removed the item but still charged me for it...

So upset with Pharmapacks. First time I ordered they had enormous problems with their site. They asked me for a review on line and the review disappeared in the middle of the survey.

This time they referred my order to the Fraud Department because I had both a mailing address and a home address. They told me I would have to send them a copy of my driver's license if I wanted the products or they would cancel the order; she said it was my choice. They couldn't have cared less.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor she had the same attitude and answer. There is no corporate telephone number and she said I could not talk to anyone else.I can't believe this company can exist.

If I can give zero stars I will do it. Horrible company. I bought green tea pills from them, they made me feel sick. I called past the 30 days allowed for return and explained it on 30 May 2017 to their customer service (saying it is ok to return past 30 days because they are no good) he said yes. I paid $8.85 to ship via priority mail to them (box included 12 bottles of green tea pills that won't expire in couple of years). I asked him to put a note on my order about the call he said I will. I called 14 June 17 after they received the return and they said we are not going to refund it is a voluntary return and this is past the 30 days allowed for return. These people are sick just like the pill they send. STAY AWAY.

The most inconsiderate business I have ever experienced as their Islandia facility at 1516 Motor Parkway has been disturbing the area peace for over two years with a external siren alarm that goes off only in the middle of the night several times for up to a half-hour. They have been told repeatedly but refuse to disconnect the external alarm system that serves no purpose expect to grossly disturb the area peace.

The seller is a thief and has poor communication. You will not be able to contact them if you have any issues with the order/delivery. I do not recommend this seller to my worst enemy.

Pharmapacks does not care about the safety or well being of their workers in this place.

Their principal customer is Amazon and they paid their workers less $15/hr.

Amazon should audit this places.

I placed a few orders. Never got anything. No explanation. Got partial refunds according to company but nothing has been received by me.
Never got the supplies which were badly needed. After a week of inquiries without explanation orders were cancelled. I would stay away from this company. Something is really wrong with their ordering website or something.

I was charged more than double the cost of the items compared to regular store prices (shipping was supposedly free). I cancelled my order when I realized the cost. Conveniently within 30 minutes of requesting the cancellation, I received an email stating the order had been shipped.

Horrible company. Only got (1) thing from my order and they wouldn't resend me the products they missed on my order, nor would they refund me. They basically stole from me! Don't order from this company! Horrible customer service!

So I m glad I m not the only one with this experience apparently..like others have stated. It seems that what they did was price gauging they literally never shipped my items out while holding my money hostage and sold my items at higher prices to other customers, how do I know? Well when I went back on their website the Lysol which I paid less than $10 was being sold for $13 and change, all while holding and keeping my money and checking how they can make higher profit on the side without shipping the items. They really did me dirty. Greedy unethical profit seeking bunch. Shame on them. Very unethical and unprofessional business tactics. Scam artists! REFUND the money for items which you never shipped!!!!

Theyre giving me a run around between sending them photos and sending the UPC code which is on the photo!! Now NOTHING. I will keep fighting this is wrong!! I did not order condoms!

Haven't used these folks yet but my local supmkt seems 2 b not stocking the tape anymore. Just floss. The tape is more costly but the floss breaks all the time. Follow the money, honey.

Ordered Excellence haircolor thru ebay. Saved over 2 dollars a box when buying six. I was nervous after reading the poor reviews but decided to give it a chance. Free shipping, very well packed and received the product 2 days earlier than estimate. Hope this isn t a fluke. Will order again.

Ordered items back in March and received itoit a month later which is fine because I understand due to the Covid crisis. However,e several items were missing that I paid for and even though I have emailed their customercare twice about the missing items, I have yet to receive a response. I tried calling also but their phone number literally says they're only accepting emails. It has now been over a month since the first email was sent and zero response in receiving a refund for the items I never received. Horrible customer service when all other companies seem to be functioning pretty normal at this point.

I bought a Versace perfume from Pharmapacks on their seller's storepage on Amazon, they sent me a package and bottle labeled as "Not for sale, Illegal sale" and "Tester". They argue that there is a no return policy with this sale and refused to let me return the purchase, and of course, no refund was made.

THERE PRICE GAUGING!!! They are selling the small can of lysol 7oz for $6.42 a can.

Bait and switch vendor. Showed photo of regular, unscented product on Amazon and then shipped scented product. Set up NO RETURN policy on Amazon, unheard of. Then claimed that while photo didn't match product description, text did. Bait and switch. Show photo of one item, put description of a different item in "fine print" and then refuse to switch out product. I don't want refund, just product as per photo. Company refuses. Scammers. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered a discontinued deodorant my husband loves. Totally happy with my purchase and he s happy to have another years worth of his favorite deodorant.
