Their policies state that it would take them 8-9 business days to prepare the shipment and another 5-8 business days for the delivery. And they also selectively ignore customers' emails or even lie to them. So if you have enough patience, you should shop at Pharmapacks.

I received my ordered product on time, however I panicked when I didn't receive my confirmation order via email so I contacted customer service and she said that when you put in an order via guest it wont send out the email. She sent my order number and tracking number and apologized. (They should fix the glitch ). Other than that I'm good.

Price gouging is illegal yet this company tripled the price of wipes , sprays etc . Placed an order on March 27th still haven t received that the order has been received but they sure debited my account . I ve tried calling but the number directs you to chat or email customer service instead . I ve sent 4 emails so far and still no response or resolution as to my order . SCAM AND CON ARTIST . terrible dishonest company! they re taking advantage of people during the current pandemic! I ordered 3 diff scents of lysol about 2-3 weeks ago. they offer free shipping on orders $25+, so i had to order additional products just so that i wouldnt have to pay shipping! i got an email the other day saying part of my order (the 3 lysols) was cancelled & will be refunded which i have yet to see but thats another story. meanwhile, they have lysol in stock in their store on amazon & the price has nearly doubled now i attempted to contact them in every way possible & the only response i ve gotten was an auto reply from their customer service email... I WILL be reporting this company to amazon & the BBB!
Great seller! Shipped well and it didn't take long to get here. I've looked everywhere for this certain brand of lotion and couldn't find it anywhere else that didn't charge arm and a leg for it. Thankfully I found pharmapacks and they had it for a great price. Thank you so much! I will definitely buy from this company again!
they have very high prices on Walmart.com, much higher than the average suggested retail price at any normally priced store. I never buy from them. I can tell from reading some of these five star reviews, that most likely it is someone who works for them is writing these five star reviews.

Do not order from them on Amazon. If the seller name reads "Pharmapacks", do not buy from it. At 1st my order was late, then lost, then delivered on Dec. 19, right after I messaged them about a refund on the 16th. Still no response/refund, after messaging them again.
I ordered an Inviictus Aqua by Paco Rabanne through Amazon. Shipping took longer than normal. When I finally received the package it was the original Inviictus. At this point I was livid!
My problem has yet to be resolved by Pharmapacks. I've since then returned their overpriced Inviictus by Paco Rabanne.
It behooves anyone who is planning to order anything online to find out the necessary information prior to spending your hard earned money.
I did give the company a two star rating because the original Inviictus was authentic.

I would not recommend this company!!! I ve placed a total of 3 orders. One on 3/31/20 and two on 4/2/20. The funds were immediately debuted from my account but over a month later I still have no merchandise. I ve attempted to contact the company via telephone and email and still no response.

BEWARE!!! Worst company ever! Ordered product through Walmart. Received empty box. Called Pharmapacks explained situation. Lady laughed. Said they got a new automated system that doesn't put items in box sometimes. Said she would get it in mail pronto. Waited 1 1/2 weeks, still no product. Called again, was told item was out of stock. Never again would I order from this company. Just trying to warn you.

I ve made a purchase on 3/29 of 9 items. they've charged me for shipping (read the fine print). then on 4/7 i received an e-mail that my part of my order has been canceled (4/7 1:35 PM), without any detail as to which items are left. I ve sent numerous email and sent numerous Facebook messages. finally received a response via facebook on 4/7 at 3PM that only 1 out 9 items is available. so I ve asked them to cancel my who order - via email (3:27PM) and facebook (3:05PM), he facebook message was read... another facebook message was sent on 4/8 at 8am, which was read as well. today (4/8) i get an email at 12PM - your items shave been shipped. the shipping label was created items were shipped out at 4/8 - 11AM. I ve made numerous requests for a cancel order and refund. they do not answer their phones. they dont answer emails. they are selling products that are not available. shipped me a can of lysol for $4 and charged $21 for shipping.
