I truly hope I can change this rating in future, but as of today my experience as a registered patient at PharmaCannis' Schaumburg location has gone as follows:

-I moved my registration to this dispensary from a competitor before opening day due to the size of the operation and press releases that made me feel that they would be a professionally run business.
-The afternoon before opening morning they made an announcement Schaumburg would not be opening on day 1, but to be patient as they were hoping to open the first week. Tried calling at this point to speak with someone to make sure if I transferred my registration to another of their locations that was planning on being open there would be enough medicine that I could make a purchase. First two calls I was hung up on before I could say hello, and the third I was placed on hold before I could say hello. I then proceeded to wait on hold for 45 minutes before having to hang up as I could spend my whole morning on hold.
-Later that day people on their Facebook page were telling us to be patient and Schaumburg would be opening soon. I waited 'patiently' as hours turned into days, thinking if I switched my registration it would be pointless.
-Friday, they announced finally (the second time they alluded it would be open) Monday would be opening day. An hour later, I see they have now cancelled that. I have posted repeatedly on the announcement asking for a new date to expect opening as I don't have the luxury of time. Every day I wait and avoid registering elsewhere my eye pressure grows and it will cause permanent damage to my optic nerve.
-The afternoon after the announcement and nobody has answered my questions of when it will open or if I transfer to another of their dispensaries if they will have medicine.

Now, I see plenty of people saying they have a wonderful staff, and that's great. So far, I haven't seen that firsthand, every expectation they've placed before me they've now failed to deliver on, and I can't treat my condition with good intentions. To say I'm very disappointed in my experience with PharmaCannis would be a huge understatement at this point. I can understand delays, and if given good information can adapt to them. But this goes beyond opening jitters from where I sit, when they have competitors that have been open since day one providing medicine, good service, and ACCURATE information to their patients. Somehow, they managed to navigate the regulations, opening jitters, etc. and still open when they said they would, provide accurate information to their patients, and not leaving those that registered without access.

Can not in good conscious recommend PharmaCannis at this point which is a real shame as I truly wish the best for businesses in this vertical.

Was told I was hired did the background check and from my standpoint looked like I passed just to be emailed a letter saying they were taking adverse employment against me. Called a billion times to see if I still had the job or not and not a single person answered my many messages. Very rude and unprofessional if you ask me to leave someone hanging on if they have a job or not. And to think I was going to be a patient there as well.

I interviewed with this company for a supervisory role. I thought all the interviews went great. Although, the recruiter for the initial phone screen did not show. She called after the scheduled time to reschedule on another date and was still late for that. I then had another interview after that. After my second interview, they send me a job offer letter. I then noticed the job offer was for a position that we hadn t even discussed in any of the interviews. Also, they had given me no previous communication about this position. They just decided to offer it to me without even advising me on it. And mind you, the job they offered me was for asset protection. I do not have any background in the field at all, whatsoever. This was incredibly shady and very unprofessional of this company. I wouldn t recommend shopping here or applying here.
