I have been a member, and patient, and Parsley Health (PH) for just over a year now. Before PH I was severely struggling with undiagnosed issues, aches, pains, and more. No PCP out urgent care physician or ER staff cared about details of my issues, aches, pain, or more nor cared how those issues were affecting me mentally, physically, or emotionally. Before I signed up at PH, they set up an introductory call so I could ask questions and learn more about the services, doctors, costs. They even let my mom join the call, as she has been along with me for my health journey.

Since joining, I ve been introduced to an outstanding doctor and practice that actually cares about every aspect of my being and takes the time to let me tell my story, and actively listen. The benefit of having a PH Health Coach has opened my eyes to healthy foods, possibilities, and hope and why the way I eat and what I put in my body matters.

Since joining, PH staff have worked with me to treat my undiagnosed issues. They finally got diagnosed and treated! SIBO, gut dysbiosis, candida, and more.

I don t know what I d do or where I d be with PH. I m so thankful for this practice, their mission, the people, and the ample knowledge base they have and offer to folks with and without memberships. They are truly life changing; I am an example of that.

I started using Parsley Health in April 2021, I was excited to start this process. I met with the doctor and health coach in April but then in May, both no showed on me. After the second time of this happening, I decided to cancel my membership especially for that reason. And also because the doctor said she would have someone contact me to walk me through their portal to get the recommendations but no one ever called me. At this point I was annoyed, but what really did it is that they had the nerve to charge me in full for the month of May in the amount of $203.81(which is the monthly charge for the 4 month membership) even though I did not see anyone. I reached out to ask for a refund and they said they could not refund me the whole amount and can only refund $32.00 because the doctor really cost $375. This company did a bait and switch move, the customer service was not good and I would not recommend anyone to come here because they may stand you up for your appointment and go ahead and charge you for it.

Ive been a member for several years. I am a fan of this type of approach, the Dr I utilizes is great as is the health coach. It s had a positive impact on me in many ways. However the model is still clunky...when you need to speak to someone it is impossible. Twice I have been stuck at a lab when my lab request was supposed to be loaded and it wasn tm when the lab called parsley they go a recording. Today this happened again at a radiology appointment. The radiologist needed to speak to someone and no one answers the call ....really frustrating...its been like this for a few years.

I worked with Parsley for two years after feeling ...

I worked with Parsley for two years after feeling stuck with conventional doctors. My experience was average at best, especially with the high expectations I had for the experience. I came to Parsley already having a diagnosis for my condition and the doctor never really took it into consideration she was convinced it was something else. She tried treating me for things other doctors/ functional doctors/ practitioners had already tried, more than once, and I was hopeful that maybe this time it would work. The health coach rarely gave me any tangible advice, usually to drink ginger tea or exercise, things I already did (that didn t help!). After two years of what felt like a lot of guessing on their part, I decided not to renew. I am now back at my regular specialist and have improved immensely in a matter of months. I continue to be frustrated and disappointed that I wasted two years with Parsley when I could have felt better if I hadn t left the specialist I was already working with. I wish I could recommend Parsley for people who need answers, but I just don t trust the approach anymore. I recommend people find a local, independent specialist/practitioner, not a multi-million dollar company.

I went for my first appointment and was really impressed. The space was nice but at this point in my medical journey I could care less meeting in an abandoned warehouse if the care is good. The doctor (Dr. Glassman) was super thorough. She was focussed on symptoms and not past diagnoses. I felt so heard and taken care of, and I loved that the next step is a really in depth blood panel. I ve never had such a long uninterrupted time with a doctor and it was really awesome.

Really great experience. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Certainly doesn t feel like a traditional doctors visit. The waiting room alone is worth it. Can t wait for my health coach appointment.

Parsley Health gave me my life back after several ...

Parsley Health gave me my life back after several years of worsening symptoms. I had been to several different types of specialists over the years and Parsley was the first to successfully identify the underlying cause of my seemingly mysterious symptoms. I'm so grateful for all of their help and support on my journey to wellness!

I am very disappointed in Parsley. My doctor left...

I am very disappointed in Parsley. My doctor left in August and I have had no coverage since then but they keep charging me the monthly fee. It is impossible to speak with a live person. It seems the service has gone down hill very disappointed.
