Played at the champion course.

Played at the champion course.
What a disappointing outing.
Everything from tee to green was in terrible shape.
Muni courses are maintained better.
The tee boxes are in poor condition.
The fairways are ok, the greens are challenging but again in need of proper maintenance.
The bear trap is a trap alright, a tourist trap.

Customer service is great. Although, everything is closed. Weather is poor. And room was dirty on the ottoman. Room was said to have a view, but can't see anything because it's pretty much covered by trees. My view from home is better and so are accommodations at my condo. They tried to accommodate, but its just not what was expected, but the customer service from Clarice and Cherish was good.

The grounds were impeccable for the Honda Classic. The parking was easy. The lobby and bar were elegant and modern. The food, champagne and beer didn't stop flowing. A great venue, will definitely be going back

Been here a number of times for events. Today s experience was no different. Plenty of parking. Beautiful CLEAN, I mean spotless, facility. Staff is TOP NOTCH. Food is amazing! The only thing I had issue with is no ramp near conference area. Was hard to unload car for event setup.

Had the opportunity to stay and play at this beautiful resort with my wife. Everyone was super nice and helpful to make this trip a breath of fresh air. Especially the front desk lady, her name is clarrise (like silence of the lambs. lol never forget that) we forgot our room number and jumped at chance to serve us. Thank you PGA NATIONAL

Our first night 7/18/20 our room was great.we experienced a little of the location due to covid there were limitations expect golf courses.full of fun!!!!

Last night 7/22/20 front desk personnel wasn t so helpful. I m guessing either his tired or his just old and grouchy.

Pro shop has nothing much to offer,an ordinary clothings but of course due to its name PGA where pro golfers play prices means business and to ride along will cost you 75$ not sure if that s due to COVID-19 or it s always been the day.
Your not missing a thing,I d say JW Marriott on John young parkway in Orlando attaches to the Ritz Carlton is best yet.

All in all this is a great place to play and stay. If you get a chance absolutely play the championship course. Front9 is relatively tame, the fun starts on the back. Very nice amenities including a spa, or have a nice lunch by the pool.
