Reviewed the specs for 14" 7000 and went down to the store to have a touch and feel. Was disappointed one was not available but William Tay went out of his way to show me through youtube, compared the various models and answered all my probing questions. His professionalism of processing my order and friendly customer service provided a fantastic buying experience from Dell. Thank you, William.

Great experience here! The 1st time I went there to ask about the laptop, the staff was very willing to help me check the promotional price and answer my questions. :) The 2nd time I went there, I was wanting to get the extended battery warranty because the I was NOT informed that battery was not under both premium support and accidental damage warranty from staffs over at Plaza Singapura. A staff graciously offered his help, going out of his way to find ways for me to get the warranty more conveniently instead of having to head down to find the salesperson at Plaza Singapura. Great service! Will definitely recommend this place and buy from NEX store next time

Ordered a laptop online early november, supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, factory made the wrong order and revised shipment was supposed to arrive december 1st. On december 1st i was told that there will be another delay of 1 MONTH.
