Some stuff is pricy, but they have some of the older designs at a cheaper price, so that s the one I grabbed. Bought a couple of shirts to take back to da mainland foa rep da hiLife.

The Hi Life designs are my favorite among all the locally designed shirts & I do like most of the other local Hawaiian surf designs. Miss the Kapiolani store with the parking lot though.

Went to Hawaii forgot some stuff I needed and I found it there prices were reasonable I enjoyed shopping there

I ordered a t shirt online and it arrived a little smaller than I expected. I requested an exchange for a different size and was told they do not do returns or exchanges.

They told me each item is made specific for the customer and I should have looked in their FAQ before ordering.

Never had I thought I would need to read FAQ s prior to ordering a t shirt. Also, claiming they do not take exchanges because they do not keep a stock seems peculiar as they have a retail store front with sizes and styles in stock.

Now I am left with a shirt that does not fit. I would have been a happy customer just by exchanging the shirt. Instead I won t be doing business with this company in the future.

I wanted to buy a shirt once I stepped into the store, but the absence of a greeting from the store associate changed my mind. I walked pass, actively grabbed shirts and hoodies and none of this gave her a clue to even say a word. My boyfriend finally said hi and she gave a quick hi back. I then walked by her again and nothing. I took my money elsewhere. I don't spend my money with people who lack manners.

Ordered a sticker Friday avening around 7pm eastern time and got it Monday. That's incredibly fast coming from Hawaii. Thank you so much!!!!
