I did the half marathon here for the 6th year in a row. Great facility.

Nice facility with a unique public skating speed skating rink and nice hockey rinks.

the best ice in the country. Great quarter mile oval with two hockey rinks in the middle. The outside had a track for running.

Very nice indoor ice skating rink.
But they don't provide any support stands for begginers

When the spec track is open to skate on it is awesome.

I love to come here and skate with friends. I always have a great, fun time here. Price is actually pretty nice amd fair. Everyone here is glad to help. If you get thirsty or a little hungry, you can get some water and snacks from vending machines downstairs.

Excellent ice skating rink. Two hocky rinks in the middle and a rink around the outside.

I don't skate, but love the huge indoor running/walking track. The track is over a quarter mile in length.

This is a fun place to go with friends to get some laps in during the hot summer or really cold winter's. The prices are good and the skates are well maintained.

Their costumer service was really bad and the skated were old, smelled and hurt your feet. The workers were rude to skaters, and also brought back the wrong shoes somehow even though the shoe numbers at the bottom of the skates and match the cubby. The worker then asked what they looked like and so happened to just find them but she kept giving dirty looks.

I come here 6 days a week to use the running track. It is the perfect climate 50-60 degrees for runners who don t want to be in outside in frigid winter temps. I love this place and it s never too crowded.

Great way to spend an afternoon with family and friends! If you are lucky, you can even watch Olympic speedskating practice.

Took my daughter to the Pettit for the first time. Just wanted to thank Jonathan for helping us learn to balance and ice skate for the first time. Good parking, fair prices and they have a concession booth for snacks. Ice was well maintained and the overall experience was a blast! We will be back soon!!

Fun place for public skate. They let you on the olympic speedskating long track which makes it more fun than small turns inside a hockey rink

Other then no HEAT it's a nice venue. Froze my butt off.

This place has everything! Check the schedule online and you can find public skate times, rental options, open hockey rinks, running track, how-to-skate classes, speed-skating open ice time, anything! One of the nicest skate facilities in the nation for sure!

Impressive! I've never seen an ice skating/hockey this big. They even have a running track.

People can not use the score board. Refs stink. Admirals are cheap and trash. Why do you even have the speed skating in the same area as the ice hockey rinks. When you fire the gun it distracts us

Didn't go to euro when to costume place Halloween Express I went to go get a costume

For an Olympic training center this facility is rather disappointing. If you are playing hockey expect to be inconvenienced by narrow stairs and doors. If you are carrying a hockey bag the stairs are pretty much limited to one person at a time.

I enjoyed the public skating, will defenitly come again.

It is such a cool place to Ice Skate at. They have 2 big Ice Rinks which are usually used for Hockey practice. They also have a even bigger Oval that you can Ice Skate on. The price is really good to. It's only about $ 7.50 to go Ice Skating there & that is with the cost of skate rentals. It's a nice place to skate at especially on a hot summer day or even if you are at The Wisconsin State Fair during the 2 weeks of August & it gets too hot outside. Just go over to The Pettit National Ice Center to cool off for a while but make sure that you get you're hand stamped at State Fair so that you can get back in for free once you are done Ice Skating.

Great place to have an Irish Dance Competion. But way too cold and no where to sit.

Not sure how to rate an ice center, but I can tell you it's Olympic grade.

Indoor track is great way to stay active in the winter without a treadmill

First time taking the kids skating- we had a blast. Friendly staff, clean environment. A staff member on the ice gave us tips for getting the kids started.

there are a lot of things that a person and/or family can do at this place ... it is also one of the best places in the area for recreational adult hockey ... the facility is well managed and very easy to get to

One kid says 5 stars("because it's SO fun"). One kid says 4 ("because he falls a lot")

Great place but I found out I can't skate like I could when I was a kid. Must of had a lot more padding when i was a kid

USA Olympic Training Site 4 speed skaters and 4 hockey rinks very nice

The pettit facility should be the pinnacle of hockey in southeast Wisconsin. They dont even have 'A' level adult hockey because no quality players can stand his league, its ice times, or his refs. There is no consistent open hockey to draw in adult players. They dont bring in top level coaches to run hockey camps. Their "pro-shop" is about 150 square feet. How can a business operate out of a glorified closet. It hurts me personally that such an amazing facility is being underutilized to grow the sport in Wisconsin.

Pettit National Ice Center is a beautiful place but unfortunately you cannot count on them to consistently resurface the ice before public skating. As a result many of my friends refuse to go there.

It was great. It was our first time visiting and my daughter's first time ice skating. It was easy to navigate and reasonably priced.

Great place to go running on a track in the winter months. Not expensive. Most of the staff was friendly.
