Petersburg Area Transit Reviews

South Park Mall bus is either always late or too early. We all legitimately work hard throughout the day but being that it is summer time and some folks do not have reliable transportation it would be nice if the busses would arrive at the times listed on their website. I rarely have a problem but this is the third time I have been left stranded outside of Ruby Tuesday s, waiting on this bus! Please either get new drivers or follow your schedule correctly.

The buses were clean and on time..... the drivers are great

There is one driver that is so nice and respectful. I do not know her name but she always drives for South Park Mall. She is so sweet that both my son and I enjoy riding with her to and from our destination. There is no other driver like her and she is the best. Can't say that about the other drivers. The other drivers have aweful attitudes. Both my son and I get on the bus and say hello, the driver shrugs and rolls their eyes. When we get off the bus, we always thank them for our trip. The driver huffs and puffs and has a attitude. That goes to all the rest of the drivers. I wish that I knew the name of the driver who drives for South Park Mall because she is so talkative, friendly and enjoyable to ride with. Both my son and I love her so much that we both highly recommend her to everyone. The 5 stars are because of her, I would rate only 1 star for the other drivers because they are all terrible. All of them with attitudes need to be replaced with drivers like the driver who drives South Park Mall. Thank you.

Very courteous employees bus takes you to where you need to be or as close as possible to your destination bus rides are no more than maybe 15 minutes long round trip half to an hour long transfers take place easily but you will have layovers depending on what bus you take

I waited half an hour in the cold this morning and they never came. I had to walk to work. I called customer service and they didn't even answer the phone This is a terrible company.

They have express bus service from the Petersburg station to downtown Richmond, and a Greyhound station, there is no parking. " you might can park on the street or maybe in the field across the street" what is the parking information I was given.

Very seldom do you see transit system have a transit hub where all buses park under one roof, Petersburg Station offers that with both Greyhound and local routes. If you are waiting for greyhound and time permits talk a walk and enjoy the great shops and restaurants in old town before boarding your bus.
5 stars is given for convenience, cleanliness and accessibility.

bus #64 is over why pickup 8 am so my son not ride in the bus .

This is the worst bunch of lazy people ive ever seen..the walnut hill driver just gets on the bus..does not borher to open the door and pulls off..04 13 20 7:55 a.m.

PAT was very comfortable and clean and easy 2 access. Bathroom was clean and fairly or for free.
