He did a marvellous job selling us the car. If you are looking to buy a Honda by all means see Charlie.

Absolutely disgusting service. Spoke to 5 different salespeople who had no interest in Making a sale. We had cash money for an outright purchase and they were not interested. Would never go there again.

I spent at least half an hour at your Toyota section of the car yard as I was looking at purchasing a Camry. What surprised me was that even though there were a number of salesmen visible, not a single one approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I consequently went to another dealer where my needs were satisfied. I bought two vehicles from Peter Warren in the past therefore I went back there.

(Ford) Services plus the team are so bad, I bought a van here and regret it. The van was due to be inspected in the first three months of its purchase, when I made an appointment for that and arranged everything for that appointment. I went there early in the morning and was surprised that there was no car inspection. This is what the employee said to me. When I inquired of him, he said to me which thousand had passed the specified kilometers for the examination. He did not even apologize or justify it. After that I called the services department and the employee did not care and the end of the call was very provocative. The sales department is poor and does not provide you with all the details. Just avoid them at all and don t waste your money with them.

Exceptionally experienced staff, great sales people and they are always willing to do a deal. What can you ask more for? The other reviews with bad stars seem to have a personal grudge with some of the sales persons. Honda are excellent. I couldn t get any service from Mercedes which was totally weird. No one came out to ask how you are or if you needed help.
Train is very convenient for the car pick up / service.

Worst dealer - I left my car on Friday afternoon with main priority being to fix the2 key fobs. I had also also requested the service department to check AC and breaks and come back to me
However all they did was check and advice me what I already advised, and charged me $330 for diagnosis
I rang at 3pm on Monday afternoon to check if Volvo xc90is ready to pick up. .The service department
came to me after 20 minutes and told me that to fix ac will cost me$2227.00, ,so i told him that i need the car. After couple of week I rang to book for reprogramme of fobs and I ask the service department if they have reprogrammed the computer system which I thought DIAGNOSIS was reprogramming was diagnosis and charged me $330.

A great professional group of people who really know their products. Dealing with Business manager Tiaana was a pleasure and made the experience wonderful.

I would just like to thank Lewis at the Toyota used cars today for confirming exactly why we hate used car sales men. He was full of information while telling me why not to buy a certain car as he stereotyped me as being a stay at home mum. He was rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. I asked to see two cars and explained which ones and he brought keys for two different cars. Everything was someone else s job or to hard. I went in with money to actually drive away with a car today but thanks to Lewis I will not be spending my hard earned money at Peter warren.

Bought 2 cars from the Ford side and i can tell you they have by far the best customer service. Been on a few other side and they are welcoming. The only complaint will be the opposite side of ford where the lowered price used cars are at the customer service is not the best. Will come back and recommend everyone to go and look at the inventory.
