I would just like to thank Lewis at the Toyota used cars today for confirming exactly why we hate used car sales men. He was full of information while telling me why not to buy a certain car as he stereotyped me as being a stay at home mum. He was rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. I asked to see two cars and explained which ones and he brought keys for two different cars. Everything was someone else s job or to hard. I went in with money to actually drive away with a car today but thanks to Lewis I will not be spending my hard earned money at Peter warren.
