Rang for a simple Boot Merc logo. I rang and transferred to parts after being on hold for ages. Then it rang for ages only for someone to answer and tell me I need to wait on hold again. Then when i ask if they have 1 simple boot logo in stock i was told they could not access the inventory unless i gave my car vin. Here is a tip team, i do not carry my car vin everywhere and especially for 1 simple little badge. Wasting my time, i will buy my badge and next AMG elsewhere.

I am giving the five stars to Ghassan, the sale representative. Without his assistance and customer focus and going the extra mile to compensate us for the unpleasant experience we had with Mercedes Benz, they kept giving us false information about the car arrival. If you do not want to be disappointed, just ask to deal with Ghassan.
Very disappointed with the quality of work from the service centre and their customer service. I wont be back.
Last October, i booked my car in for a rear roll bar replacement (under warranty) as it was beginning to rust. I was told that they did not have the required parts at that particular time and i would get a call back when once they received the extra stock. I was aware this would take a couple months. Fast forward to march this year, still no call back. I had to follow up myself and i was told on the phone that i would get a call back in the next hour, as they had to check their stock. I did not get a call back that day. I rang the next day explaining what had happened the previous day and was told i'd get a call back from a service representative in the next hour. I did not get a call back. I had to continue to follow up myself.
Finally after booking the roll bar replacement, i informed the service rep of other issues including a malfunctioning rear hatch lock. When i picked up my car, i was told that that the lock was checked by several employees and not one of them found an issue with the lock. Funnily enough, the lock was not working the very first time i tried opening it at the service centre. I called the service rep and showed him the issue. He inspected it himself and booked the car in for another day.
When collecting the car after the second attempt at checking the lock i was told that they lubricated the locking system and adjusted the lock heights. The genius that adjusted the lock heights raised the tray cover so high that you can fit your fingers between the tray cover and the sides. There is a visible gap. I assume this will allow a lot of water to enter the rear tray on a rainy day. Not even 24 hours after they ''lubricated'' the locking system, it is jamming again.
