Burgers were very good. Menu was very clear.. shakes are too heavy to drink.. I wish they had fresh juice too.

Do you ever feel the need to go on a road trip and contemplate life while drinking a fantastic milkshake? Or people watch on a clear summer night while eating onion rings? Then this is the place for you. Peter's is a part of Calgary and a part of the best things in life.

Food tasted ok, tbe shake was really sweet, and really hard to suck through the straw due to the thick consistency.

Great burgers! Good portions and value for food and cool retro vibes for the location.

Peters' has always been true to itself. Good food, good service.

Milkshakes are still terrific. The burgers are decent as well, a nice treat once in awhile. The inefficient counters make for long waits and confusion if you're walking up.

Usually good food but lineups way too long so we didn't stop. We went elsewhere.

I love burgers and fries, but I'm not from Calgary so I had never tried Peters'. The concept and location was super appealing. Unfortunately, there are a lot better burgers out there. The Dave's single from Wendy's is far superior in my opinion and that to me isn't even a destination burger.

Not much selection, they do burgers, fries, onion rings, milkshakes. But they do it well. Worth visiting if you've never been. Be warned the portions are large.

As usual, best burgers and milk shakes in town. Drive thru can ve long but well worth the wait. They also started taking debit cards a couple of years ago.

This place is a must if you go to Calgary, amazing food, so many milk shake flavors and it's just really cool in general.

I was in the area and popped by for a burger and milk shake. I do not recommend the fall seasonal "apple pie" unless you like the taste of sadness with a dash of cinnamon drizzled with caramel syrup.

Awesome hamburger stand. Those lineups are for a reason. FYI -Cash/Debit only. Killer milkshakes, delicious Onion rings, and tasty burgers!

Classic. A great place with great food that hasn't changed, and offers a nostalgic vibe.

The burgers are huge.... Little sloppier than I remember, real fries, tons of rings, shakes can't be beat, don't order a large fries unless your with at least 3 friends

This place is awesome! They have a big parking lot, the service is pretty fast all staffs are so efficient and welcoming! Most specially their milkshakes are so delicious! I bought pina colada, vanilla and watermelon milkshakes.

Nothing like it used to be. Too many poorly mixed drinks from here. They just care about quantity of customers now. New owner ruined the legacy of this restaurant .

Edit: Went once again to see if anything changed. It was 20 minutes before closing with about 20 cars in line for a single open drive-thru window. They got through each customer, on average in about 15 seconds, probably to be able to leave the shift on time, so of course when I got my food, the shake was barely blended, and the burger was cold, and poorly proportioned. To top it off I very poor attitude from the male cashier at the window. I see this place closing down within a decade. I am certainly never going to stop by anymore.. time to look for an alternative.

The best drive thru you will ever go to. I really recommend going if you get a chance.

Love the shakes !!! unlimited choices. Not the biggest fan of the food though. some may love it some may not.

Was a very cool experience! Great milkshakes and fries. However as a vegetarian (health reasons) the only veggie party is a spicey corn and black bean patty. Wish they offered a better meat supplement patty.

I usually like peters. Their milkshakes are the best, yes there is a long wait but it is usually worth it. But yesterday when I went I ordered a burger and found a long hair in it. When I told the supervisor she didn't even seem to care and I got no apology after. Even the random person behind me in line was confused about it to and he offered an apology even though he doesn t even work there. I am pretty upset with the service that I got, I just feel terrible about their service and food now. My friends and I usually go once a month, but I can honestly say that I don t see myself going there again.

Somehow it's losing its old-fashioned charm.

I got an extremely poor customer service today, May 7 2019 , at PetersDrive-in on 16th Avenue.

I ordered for two burgers and and milk shakes.
Burgers were supposed to have friend onions. We told this specifically to Garnet, the Filipino lady that took our orders.
We got completely different burgers compared to our orders.
We were in between when we noticed we got the wrong burgers. At this point, we were still parked at the front of the store.
We went in and complained and the manager was very rude.

She insisted my wife go to the garbage and retrieve the half-completed burger as proof.

she refused to accept her mistakes. I spent north of $25 at this place.

Very rude and unprofessional people. I will definitely not be going back.

Absolutely amazing worth the 3 hour drive go there now!!!!!

Good and classic burger! It s messy, but you get 1 and a half burger in the single burger. Ice cream is great with dip, but don t mess around with the milkshake flavours too much. Classic strawberry is my favourite. The sundae isn t worth it over the ice cream, but the banana split is great.

I had the best chocolate shake in town from Peter's

Great shakes and burgers.... made me really not want to be a vegitarian on this day watching my gf eating a double cheese burger..

Soild place for milkshakes. Staff are friendly and efficient. Thank goodness they take interact now.

Great place! Best milkshakes! The best way to have a burger at Peters is to get a cheese burger with nothing but extra sauce.

Lots of milkshake flavors. The side orders of I'm rings and fries are huge. Classic burger from the classic drive thru. We stop whenever we are in the area

The classic burger and shake that'll make you say "DAAAYUM" as you slowly feed yourself into a coma.

The milkshakes are the real star of the show. Of course you can stick with the classics like Chocolate and Vanilla, but the fun is in finding a flavour (or flavours) that are your own!

Nothing is better at Peter's Drive-In. Why bother when you can stop anywhere else to get better food and service?

SLOW SERVICE. You will wait in line for a long time if you go to this drive through. I went at 7:00 PM and it was still terrible. It is not like McDonald's or any other fast food place where the meal comes quickly.

Personally, i really like their burgers and shakes. I feel the fries get soggy. That said, loads of them are provided. The burgers are quite different as they are "boiled" or soaked in their sauce for a while.

Always busy in the evenings. Bad time to go if you are in a hurry. Wait time is easily 20-30 mins

Always a classic stop in Calgary. Always super busy but a beautiful day to sit at the picnic benches and enjoy some drive in food with family. A must stop.

Their shakes are still some of the best (personal opinion) in Calgary, the burgers I feel have slacked off over the years, still good but could be a little bit better. Otherwise good price and reasonably fast service.

Peters is not the same as it used to be. The milkshakes are still awesome the burgers are different. Still crazy busy so enjoy the wait time.
