Not what it used to be. The burgers used to be the best in town but not anymore. Shakes and other items are still good.

This place is a famous meeting place for a younger crowd..but best milkshakes ever..tons of choices..great staff. Picnic benches all around free parking

Delicious food and milkshakes every time. A classic drive-in in Calgary. Very busy throughout the day, especially on weekends.

There have been some changes and new owners over the past 40 years that we've eaten at this hamburger drive through. Not living in Calgary we haven't frequented this establishment as much as we would have liked or as much as others but we've never been disappointed. A go to place to get hamburgers, hot dogs, milkshakes and ice cream when in Calgary (and now Red Deer)

Very good burger like mom make its real business making money...but Calgary wash going real bad no money laft in business

Best place to get milk shakes. You will wait for sure lots of people like this place. Still don't care for the food, not like it is horrible just very bland to me. Has gotten better over the years but still not like the old owners. Definitely will go back for the milk shakes.

This is a classic Calgary drive-in - greasy and good.

Cheerful service in trying times and the burgers and rings just as you would expect.

Best Burger and shake ever! Biggest small box of fries I've ever had and they're fresh!

I have been going there since I was a kid at the old location across the street, the burgers are exactly the same good taste as they were then.

Omg burgers with a pattie & a 1/2, killer milkshakes and greasy fries. What's not to love? Calgary institution.

I ordered a licorice milkshake and an order of onion rings. I didn't taste very much like licorice and the onion rings we're also not up to par. I lived in Calgary for over 6 years and it's not the same old Peters. However the staff was friendly.

They have a new and improved menu for vegetarians! And best of all, they upgraded their millshake game, they are not overly sweet anymore!!

I give it the occasional try when others want to go. I just don't get the draw to this place. The burgers are sub par, the fried aren't anything great (but theyre big). Best thing here are shakes.

Fantastic milkshakes. Traffic moving pretty quickly despite being busy. Staff were wearing gloves and face shields, which is good, though I would have preferred masks.

This place is so popular even though it's just pretty ordinary. Lots of milkshake flavors . Burgers are fresh, not frozen.

Went a couple years back with some friends and once by myself. Portions are massive for fries. Cant even finish the fries before i finish walking around cross iron mills. Burgers are decent but the milkshakes are amazing. Must try

Peters' has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid, and I try to get anyone here that has yet to visit. The overall experience is great, a classic drive in feel, and a no frills menu that satisfies. Whether you want a milkshake, onion rings, or a good old fashioned greasy burger, Peters' has you covered. Grab some friends, get in line, and enjoy a Calgary classic!

If you're visiting Calgary, this is One of those stops you have to make. One of the best places for milkshakes... So many varieties to choose from and endless combinations.

Portions are huge, so if you're going to order fries, order one fry or onion rings for every three people. I'm not a fan of the burgers but the milkshake is worth the trip alone.

The venue was cash only for the longest time, but now accepts debit (as of maybe 2012), and their marquee sign out front was so funny stating something like "it's 1993, we have debit" - I'll never forget how exciting that day was for me.

Doesn't have the best burgers or fries, it's the milkshakes that keep you coming back. Probably the best classic drive-thru in Calgary.

Well what can I say about the famous Peter's. First off, their food sucks. Like its actually horrible. The burgers are more basic then McDonald's and the fries are way too greasy. The reason I gave it three stars is because they do have good milkshakes. I'll go here for milkshakes but not food.

Honestly speaking, their milkshakes are great but their burgers are sub-par and overly processed.

Lots of hype about this place and a landmark in Calgary. Lines here can be insane, the first time I went here there was more staff then customers... until 5 tour buses showed up and the line grew 50 times! I wasn't a fan of the food but if you do dairy I hear the milkshakes are out of this World.

Fries was awesome, sandwich was good but the drink (7-up) was awful

Used to be much better with the previous management. Larger portions at a smaller price. The only upside is that they take cards now.

Very unique and traditional style burger place. Good food: burguers, milkshakes, fries, ice cream... Yum! In warm days you can eat at the tables available either right out of Peter's or by the parking lot.

The milk shakes and onion rings here are unbelievably delicious. But the fries are not that great and the line up in the drive through is really long.
