This place is the best!!!! I called them at 8am and they were able to schedule me an apt with in an hour. My dog is not very happy to see the doctor. The staff was amazing with him and actually adjusted their time for him and not rush through. They trully care about the animals well being and not the dollars. And they even called the next day to see how my dog was doing. Which was a complete shock!! I completely trust them with my dog and will continue to go their for all of my dogs needs. The price is fair, and won't over charge you for needless things. Thank you Pet Care Clinic for taking care of my little guy.

Wish theyd come back to Nampa...shame their building was vandalized while closed due to road construction on Greenhurst..just sad....its a long drive to Kuna...but great vet...just love Robbie

Wonderful friendly staff. Fast and informative care! My dog was seen the next day after making my first and and the same day when I had a follow up. Took very good care of my 6 month old puppy in his check up and lab work. My dog is excited to go to the vet!

This is by far the best vet I ve ever been to! The prices are so reasonable, but that s not even the main draw for us. Tuna (my pup) absolutely LOVES going! I never thought my dog would love vet visits, be he does. The staff treat him like he s their own and he gets so much love and attention! They really take their time in addressing any questions or concerns I have with him - I never feel like they re rushing me out the door for the next appointment - and it s the only place I trust to take care of Tuna when I have to do drop-off appointments. I m so happy to have such a great vet clinic so close by!!

Had surgery done on my dog and they did a terrible job of stitching her back up. Had 3 lumps removed and 1 came apart and another set of stitches started to come up. They wouldnt stitch it back up and wont even return my call. I thought very highly of them but i would stear anyone i could away from that place now.

I love the staff. They really make my dogs feel loved.

We have been taking our cats there for 23 years now.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a small clinic, but more inviting than some giant corporate hospital. They treat your pet like family.

I have been working with the team at PCC since 2003. We've had nothing but positive experiences with them and our four dogs, one cat. They sincerely care about our fur babies and go above and beyond to make sure they are healthy and happy. They are also very affordable, I am guessing this is partly due to having low overhead. Their facility may be an old farm house but it is a clean and efficient environment and I think it is more comforting for us and our pets due to its homey feel.

They used to be a good place to go, but now all they care about is upselling trying to make you feel guilty if you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on your animals.

We use this vet and the whole office is always so welcoming and helpful! They care so much about our pets, are affordable and very helpful! They even helped me out because I have little kids and had my hands full. I love them and won't ever change clinics!

Deeply appreciate humbled vets such as Pet Care Clinic. I have been to several other vets in the valley. And always felt this pressure of highway robbery. It s as though they would pray on your love for your sweet animal to reem as much money as possible out of you during your visit.

This place does not do that. They genuinely Care about you and your family. Our cat has been diagnosed with a unfortunately heart condition that will potentially result in his death. Rather than being referred to a cardiologist and having a bunch a test done that would leave me with no choices other than a $4000 surgery this vet gave me the tools and confidence to care for my animals home until he passes.

Like most normal every day people we don t just have thousands of dollars lying around. I like that they didn t pressure me to do a bunch of things that won t change the outcome of my animal. I like that their visits are an affordable $50. They are easy to schedule with and we enjoy the professionalism of their stuff. This is the type of event for every day people who need their animals taken care of but can t afford two to $300 a visit. Highly recommend!

I used to take my last dog here and now couldn't think of anywhere else to take my new one. They are always gentle with him and really friendly. Not only that, but they never seem upset by his very excited behavior.

The entire office is amazing. We had a very bad experience over the weekend with an emergency vet and we were very happy to get our dog back to these guys on Monday. What a difference. The level of care and service is awesome. These guys are the best.

We took our pup to a local meridian vet and week after week after week we still had no answers on why he was so sick. As a desperate last effort we decided to go to pet care clinic. Thanks to a fantastic vet who took the time to listen to our concerns and his history, she ran a different test and found the cause of his illness, In less than a week! After 3 months of seeing no progress, 2 weeks after seeing pet care clinic we now have a healthy happy puppy!! SO worth the drive from Meridian. All our pets will now be seeing pet care clinic.

I will not be recommending this clinic to family or friends and will not be returning.

Called to get estimate on declawing my 6 month old kitten. Told them that my cat was a "pound kitty" and was fixed. He had undergone general anesthesia in the last six months and had obviously done fine with that while being neutered. I was told he would still be required to have blood work and an EKG. I was quoted 439.00 for declawing my cat, seriously! My cat has now been declawed, the procedure was done at Meridian Veterinarian Hospital. My pet received excellent and professional care in a quality environment and I was charged 186.00. I saved over 250 dollars and was not overcharged for needless diagnostic procedures.

Always take good care of our fur babies! And have my favorite kinds of candy on hand!

Dr Britton is not very knowledgeable and extremely immature. She was very rude and unprofessional to me after I did not purchase everything on the estimate for my dog. Slam the door of the exam room with her ending note for me. I have no idea how she has employment at any clinic

They were very friendly, and very good with my daughter's cat.

Very meticulous and caring people. Treated our old cat and helped us keep him happy until it was the time for him to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Even then they were respectful and sympathetic with our grief and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They were careful with him and gently put him under anesthesia. He passed quietly and with the dignity he deserved, sounded by the people who loved him. During the whole process they were very caring and interested in his comfort and ours. I can't recommend them enough.

I've been taking Rocco here for 11 years. Even though I don't live in Kuna anymore, I still drive out of my way to make sure he receives the best care. Dr. Britton is always so patient with him, especially during a nail trim (sorry!). The staff is very friendly, understanding and really care for your pet. They go beyond whats assumed when it comes to customer service!

Excellent compassionate Care for my dogs since 2004

This clinic does not care about you or your animal. We took our Shitzu Chewy in after we caught him with mouse poison in his mouth. We arrived at Kuna Pet Care within 20 minutes and they needed to induce vomiting but they admittadley didn t know what dosage of Hydrogen Peroxide to give him so it took them a few minutes to induce vomiting. Once they finished up and gave him some charcoal they sent him home with us. The next day he was not doing well so we took him to another clinic. After two overnight stays in that clinic and $2500 later we got him home with a feeding tube as he was unable to eat and drink on his own. They told us his mouth, throat and stomach were full of ulcers and lesions so bad that his stomach looked like spaghetti. They told us that the poison didn t do this but it was due to Kuna Pet Care s treatment. When I confronted Kuna Pet Care they asked me to write down everything that happened and email it to them, so I reluctantly did this. After a few days they contacted me and basically said that they were confident in their treatment. They didn t deny that their treatment caused this but they didn t take any responsibility either. I could tell right from the start of my conversations that they didn t care about anything but themselves. They didn t offer me any explanation, any condolences or nothing but instead saying their treatment was correct. What a joke, I am out $2500 due to their treatment and they don t care at all. I will never take another animal to these guys again and I would caution anyone else who considers this Kuna Pet Care Clinic.

The Doctor and the staff are kind and understanding with our cats, even after Charlie bit through the Kevlar butcher gloves.

I have taken my orders here for the past 13 years, the vets here are very good at what they do. The best techs are very courteous and caring. I feel welcome here everytime I visit them.

Moved to the area in October and heard great things about this clinic, went a few times and had a great experience. As well as spent hundreds of dollars in medications for my old dog.The doctor and staff were so friendly. Over the weekend my dog ended up having a seizure I left a voicemail to get her in Monday morning. When the staff called I explained I felt like I might need to put her down as she was 19. I asked for an apt that day or the next. (While crying on the phone) The staff member on the phone told me there were no apt and to go to the emergency vet in garden city. Again being new to the area I called the emergency vet where she told me it wasn t really an emergency and would cost substantially more to been seen there then to go to a regular vet. Long story short I ended up going to Intermountain pet hospital in meridian and saw Dr.Wunz who was amazing. I ended up having to put my dog down and was so disappointed in the fact pet care clinic in Kuna didn t have the empathy to get me in for this situation. Eventually I will get another pet but I will no longer go here.

I live in Nampa and I drive clear to kuna just to have these guys take care of my dogs. The best around friendly knowledgeable and they love animals.

I have been a client for many years. I like that they are fairly close. They are very responsive to phone calls. Getting an appointment with short term notice has worked. I have had many conversations about different health issues for my breed and feel they are knowledgeable. I have a personal interest in health issues and they are my vet for the Morris Animal Foundation cancer study in Golden Retrievers. Very caring vets!

I was so excited to go to a local clinic. They only charge $49 for an office visit. Unfortunately, it was the worst place we could have gone. I went in with my dog to receive treatment for an ear infection, nail trim, and a urine sample. I told the technician that the previous owner informed us that the dog was up to date on shots besides rabies. I gave permission for ONLY the rabies shot. After they ran my card, I saw they gave my dog 3 shots! So they charged me for 2 shots that I declined! They wouldn't refund our money, give us instore credit, or even allow me to pay the cost price, given you can't return shots. They claimed the dog needed these extra "core shots." Do not take your pets there. They just want to take advantage and charge you for services you DECLINED. I don't get how the word NO is so difficult to understand .The staff was so unprofessional about it.

The staff is wonderful, friendly and kind. The doctor was fantastic, ready to answer any questions as well add giving helpful advice. The prices are okay. They have treats and goodies after the visit and the most important thing is they were professional and caring with our puppy.
I highly recommend the Pet Care Clinic.

Love this place. My hound also loved it. The staff is friendly, easy to talk with and it is obvious they love animals.
The exam was thoroughly done and very comfortable for my dog. They offered a complimentary nail trimming which is great before the cold weather hits.
The exam fee was $49.. really a reasonable price especially here on the valley. They never do anything to your pet without asking you first. And when it came time for the bill the tech explained everything to me and what I would be charged prior to me paying. All around, every staff member I met was really just great.
I really do recommend this place.

This is probably the best vet in the area. I know when I take my dog in she is going to get the best care possible by the most knowledgeable and compassionate vets. The entire staff are friendly and helpful AND. Their rates are very reasonable. I live in Boise but I make the trip to Kuna when Annie needs to see a vet. Highly recommend.

The initial visits here went great. Even though we had to put our dog down, they traveled to our house to do it. This was above and beyond traditional service........however, the next visit came and the prices for the x-rays (3) were a little more than I was looking to pay ($196) so I called around and found them for $41 cheaper. I asked if they could match the pricing and they declined to do so. I agreed to the x-rays but am not happy about it. The people are nice but I think from a business standpoint they are stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

Our dog responds well to the doctor and staff, worth driving from Meridian.

Will NEVER tske my dogs anywhere else. Theybare super friendly and always csre about my fur kids. My lab is 9 and they have seen her since she was 2

Had a appointment for 4:00 arrived 18 minutes late due to traffic. Took afternoon off of work and drove 25 miles and they would not take a look at my dog after all of that because I was late. Very poor customer service. Vets are nice and good prices but customer service is VERY POOR

I recently moved to Kuna and switched to Pet Care Clinic. I have already brought in my cat for a check up and vaccinations, and my elderly dog who is in the final stages of lymphoma for a meet and greet. Today, a Saturday, I realized I was out of my dogs meds and called the office with in one hour of closing to see if they could help me out. They were out of what I needed but they were able to write me a prescription to have filled at a pharmacy, and they adjusted the dose from what my previous vet had prescribed so my dog would be much more comfortable. Fantastic! I have met both Vets, Dr Britton and Dr Konzek and both are kind and knowledgeable and make you feel very welcome, taking time to answer any questions you have without feeling rushed in anyway. Every member of the staff has been great so far. I am sooo glad I came to this clinic and will happily be bringing my pets here for all their needs from now on. I highly recommend them! This is the way a Vet's office should feel.
