Perth is a beautiful place to visit. There is a lot of Art up on the walls next to the car parks. It makes you stop and take in what Perth has to offer. The wall artist has done some real good painting. Keep up the fab wall art Perth City Centre

There is serious parking issues in Perth city !! Avoid smart parking areas if your from outside Perth !!

Applied for something called a crisis grant 3 times in the space of 7 days and every single application was ignored. Not rejected but totally ignored. The people dealing with such grants are highly incompetent.

They re terrible for sending wrong council tax letters out, I have made several payments and they still hound me with letters. I have tried to be civil with them, if they don t want to listen, then I can t do anything about that. The stress it has on me getting letters out constantly is horrible, it is inappropriate for them to harass me as I have made big payments that I shouldn t be paying.

If the council respect the people that look after their council flats/houses that they re in, they will get the same respect in return.

Useless, misinformation abound. Passed from pillar to post and back again. Shocking.

Having not longed moved to the area, I ve had to contact the council about council tax, bin uplifts etc. and each time I ve phoned, they ve been super helpful, friendly and dealt with my query quickly and very efficiently.

Absolutely appalling, shambolic service. First member of the customer service team was unable to put me through to a planner. The second succeeded but he planner told me if I submitted my plans they would not be approved. There was no opportunity within this 5 minute slot to discuss dimensions to clarify the situation. When I phoned back to do so I was told the planner was not available.
In this situation a very rushed decision was made without reference to any relevant detail.

What an amazing evening my family and I had at the Christmas light switch on.

After suffering a bereavement, the service i received from the council could not have been less empathetic. Is it part of the training to be so uncaring? Service was appalling in multiple departments. Clearly we are just a number to them.

If you ever need anything done in the parking department, bypass everyone, all the women in the parking department, all the supervisors, and just ask for the manager.

Absolutely useless, roof in living room caved in months ago they boarded it up and we've heard nothing since, then when iv had to replace furniture as a result therefor I was late with my rent by a few days they are straight out at the door. Still nothing about roof and when trying to call never get through. Just as well it was only possessions that were harmed when the ceiling fell is all I can say. Shocking standard of all round help with this matter.

Social Work Services, Perth city, Older adults. The grass roots staff are great- professional, caring and reliable. Unfortunately, those in managerial positions have lost those important attributes.
