They re terrible for sending wrong council tax let...

They re terrible for sending wrong council tax letters out, I have made several payments and they still hound me with letters. I have tried to be civil with them, if they don t want to listen, then I can t do anything about that. The stress it has on me getting letters out constantly is horrible, it is inappropriate for them to harass me as I have made big payments that I shouldn t be paying.

If the council respect the people that look after their council flats/houses that they re in, they will get the same respect in return.
